Priprema vocnih sokova

Sastojci: voce po potrebi, na 1 l soka 500g secera (kristal).

Priprema:

1) Ocistiti i oprati voce, povaditi kostice i izgnjeciti ga. To je najbolje raditi u staklenom ili porcelanskom sudu ukoliko nemate masinu za cedjenje.

2) Sok ocediti pa dodati secer.

3) Tako pripremljen sok kuvati najakoj vatri.

Napomena: ukoliko se sok brze ukuva utoliko ima lepsu boju i prirodniji miris.
