Cokoladni stapici (Chocolate sticks)

Sastojci: 220g brasna, 70g secera, 150g margarina (putera), hladnog, 20g kakaoa, 1 jaje, 300g lisnatog testa 1 ili lisnatog testa 2 (odmrznuto), 100g secera u prahu,  2 kasike vruce vode, 50g badema (sitno seckanih ili mlevenih), 200g cokolade, 2-3 kasike ulja.

Priprema:

1) Odvojiti belance od zumanca.

2) Pomesati brasno, secer, zumance i umesiti prhko testo. Uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frizider 30 minuta.

3) Poslagati listove lisnatog testa jedan na drugi, posuti sa malo brasna i isecite pravouganike 10x30cm. Dobro umutiti belance i premazati svaki pravougaonik.

4) Prhkom testu dodati kakao i opet zamesiti da se masa izjednaci.  Zatim razviti i iseci pravougaonike 10x30cm. Zatim staviti na lisnato testo i dobro pritisnite. Isecite ostrim nozem na trake debljine 1.5 cm. Svaku traku uviti u spiralu.

5) Papir za pecenje stavitu pleh i poredjati stapice i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200° oko 20 minuta.

6) Secer u prahu pomesati sa vrucom vodom. Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem, u manjoj, uzoj posudi. Stapic uhvatiti prstima na sredinu, jednu stranu umociti u secer i posuti bademima, a drugi kraj u cokoladu.

Ingredients: 220g flour, 70g sugar, 150g margarine (butter), cold, 20g cocoa, 1 egg, 300g puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2 (defrosted), 100g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water, 50g almonds (finely chopped or grinded), 200g chocolate and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
2) Combine flour, sugar, egg yolk and then knead dough. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Stack puff pastry sheets on each other, sprinkle with a little flour and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Mix the egg white and coat each rectangle.
4) Add cocoa to the dough and knead again to equalize mass. Then develop and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Then put over the puff pastry and press good. Slice with a sharp knife into strips thickness 1.5 cm. Twist each strip.
5) Put baking paper in pan, align sticks and bake in pre-heated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
6) Mix powdered sugar with hot water. Melt chocolate with oil in a smaller, narrower bowl. Catch each strip with your fingers in the middle, dip one side in sugar and sprinkle with the almonds, and the other side dip into the chocolate.

Karamel koh (Caramel cake)

Sastojci: 150g secera + 4 kasike secera, 200ml mleka, 2 kasike brasna, 4 jaja, ulje za podmazivanje pleha.

Priprema: 

1) Prziti secer do rumene boje, pa dodati mleko i brasno i sve kuvati uz neprestano mesanje. Kada masa pocne da se odvaja od serpe, skinuti sa vatre i ostaviti da se ohladi.

2) Odvojiti zumanca od belanaca. Dodati zumanca, 4 kasike secera i sneg od belenaca prethodno ohladjenoj smesi. Promesati.

3) Staviti u podmazan pleh i peci na 200 stepeni.

Ingredients:150g sugar + 4 tablespoons of sugar, 200ml milk, 2 tablespoons flour, 4 eggs, oil for greasing pan.

Preparation:
1) Fry sugar until golden, then add milk and flour and cook with constant stirring. When the mass starts to pull away from edges, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2) Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add egg yolks, 4 tablespoons of sugar and snow from egg whites to previously chilled mass. Stir.
3) Put in a greased pan and bake at 200 degrees.

Kvadratici punjeni bademom (Squares filled with almonds)

Sastojci: 8 kasika brasna, 2 kasike secera, 1 kasika masti, 4 kasike ruma, na vrh noza soli, 4 zumanceta i malo mleka (toliko da se dobije mekano testo), za fil – 3 jaja, 2 kasike secera, 10 kasika mlevenih badema, ulje, vanilin secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, so, secer, mast, rum, zumanca i zamesti mekano teso sa malo mleka.
2) Dobro izmesiti, zatim ga razviti u tanku koru i secite nozem na kvadrate.
3) Za fil – odvojiti zumanca od belanaca. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom. Umutiti belanca, pa odvojiti 2 kasike pene i dodati zumancima. Dodati bademe. Promesati.
4) Umutiti 4 belanca, pa premazati svaki kvadrat i staviti malo fila na sredinu. Zatim preklopiti drugim komadom kvadrata, oko nadeva prstima pritisnuti testo. Ivice pritisnite viljuskom.
5) Prziti na vrelom ulju da porumene sa obe strane. Posuti vanilin secerom.

Ingredients: 8 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lard, 4 tablespoons rum, salt on the top knife, 4 egg yolks and a little milk (enough to get a soft dough), for the filling – 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 10 tablespoons ground toasted almonds, vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Combine flour, salt, sugar, lard, rum, egg yolks and knead soft dough with a little milk.
2) Knead well, then develop it into a thin crust and a cut with knife into squares.
3) For the filling – separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk egg yolks with sugar. Whisk egg whites and take 2 tablespoons of foam and add to the egg yolks. Add almonds. Stir.
4) Whisk 4 egg whites, brush each square and put some almond filling in the middle. Cover with another square, press with your fingers around filling. Press edges fork.
5) Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Knedle sa sljivama (Dumplings with plums)

Sastojci: 500g krompira, 1/4 kasicice soli,  1 jaje, 1 zumance, 250g brasna, sljive, prezle, ulje, secer (po ukusu), 10g vanilin secera, 1 kasicica cimeta.

Priprema:

1) Krompir obariti, oljustiti ga, pa ispasirati.

2) Dodati so, jaje, zumance i brasno, pa rukom zamesiti glatko testo.

3) Sljive oprati i ocistiti od kostica.

3) Od testa otkidati komadice, raziviti u krug, pa na sredinu svakog kruga staviti jednu sljivu. Oblikovati rukama knedle pa kuvati u slanoj kipucoj vodi.

4) Kada knedle isplivaju na povrsinu vode, vaditi rupicastom kasikom, ocediti i poredjati u posudu.

5) Mrvice proprziti na ulju i posuti preko knedli.

6) Pomesati secer, vanilin secer i cimet pa posuti preko knedli.

Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 250g flour, plums, breadcrumbs, oil, sugar (to taste), 10g vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Cook potatoes, peel and blend.
2) Add salt, egg yolk and flour, and knead by hand.
3) Wash plums and remove pits.
3) Take pieces from the dough, develop into a circle, and in the middle of each circle put one plum. Form dumplings with hands and cook in salted boiling water.
4) When the dumplings rise to the surface, remove with perforated spoon, drained and put in dish.
5) Fry breadcrumbs in hot oil, and sprinkle over dumplings.
6) Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dumplings.

Rezanci sa dzemom (Noodles with jam)

Sastojci: rezanci-osnovni recept, margarin (puter) za podmazivanje posude, dzem.

Priprema:
1) Napraviti isto kao rezanci osnovni recept, samo ih nemojte prziti u ulju.
2) Stavite u posudu namazanu margarinom, zatim red dzema, pa opet red rezanaca i tako dok ne utrosite sve rezance.

Ingredients: noodles-basic recipe, margarine (butter) for greasing the dish, jam.

Preparation:
1) Make Noodles-basic recipe, just do not fry them in oil.
2) Put noodles in dish greased with margarine, then layer of jam, then layer of noodles and so on, until you spend all noodles.

Rezanci-osnovni recept (Noodles-basic recipe)

Sastojci: 500g mekog brasna, 2 jaja, na vrh noza soli, malo vode (toliko da se zamesi tvrdo testo), prezle, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno so i jaja sa vodom i zamesiti tvrdo testo.
2) Razvuci u tanku koru, na dasci za mesenje. Ostaviti da se kora malo prosusi.
3) Ostrim nozem iseci rezance, pa ih kuvati u slanoj kljucaloj vodi. 4) Kada rezanci isplivaju na povrsinu vode, skinite ih sa vatre, procedite, isperite toplom vodom, ocedite.
5) Prezle proprziti na ulju, dodati rezance i jos malo proprziti.

Ingredients: 500g soft flour, 2 eggs, salt on the top of the knife, a bit of water (enough to knead into hard dough), breadcrumbs, oil.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, salt and eggs with water and knead a hard dough.
2) Develop the thin crust, on kneading board. Leave to dry out a bit.
3) With sharp knife cut noodles, and cook them in salted boiling water.
4) When noodles rise to the surface of water, remove them from the heat, drain, rinse with warm water, drain again.
5) Fry breadcrumbs in oil, add the noodles and fry a bit more.
