Jagnjeca corba od povrca (Vegetable lamb chowder)

Sastojci: 150g jagnjece dzigerice, 200g jagnjeceg mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka, 3 kasike ulja, 3 sargarepe, 125g brokolija, 125g boranije, 125g graska, 1 koren persuna, 1 koren celera, 400ml soka od paradajza, 2 lista lovora, so, biber.

Priprema:
1) Jagnjecu dzigericu i jagnjece meso sitno iseckati. Crni luk, koren persuna i koren celera oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Brokoli i boraniju iseckati.
2) Na ulju proprziti crni luk. Dodati jagnjecu dzigericu i jagnjece meso. Kad meso omeksa, dodati povrce i sipati vodu. Staviti listove lovora i kuvati.
3) Kad je povrce skuvano dodati sok od paradajza i kuvati jos 10 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Belu jagnjecu corbu.

Ingredients: 150g lamb liver, 200g lamb meat, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons oil, 3 carrots, 125g broccoli, 125g green beans 125g peas, 1 parsley root, 1 celery root, 400ml tomato juice, 2 bay leaves, salt, pepper.

Preparation:
1) Finely chop lamb liver and lamb meat. Peel onion, parsley root and celery root and finely chop. Chop broccoli and green beans.
2) In oil fry onion. Add lamb liver and lamb meat. When the meat becomes soft, add the vegetables and pour the water. Add bay leaves and cook.
3) When the vegetables are cooked add the tomato juice and cook for another 10 minutes.

Suggestion: you can make White lamb chowder.

Domaci puter od kikirikija (Homemade peanut butter)

puter-od-kikirikijaSastojci: 350g kikirikija (pecenog, neslanog), 3 kasike meda, 10 kasika ulja.

Priprema:
1) Kikiriki samleti na masini za orahe.
2) U secka ili blender, staviti kikiriki, dodati med i ulje. Blendirati dok se ne dobije glatka smesa (skoro glatka ako pravite Uskrsnja cokoladna jaja).
3) Staviti u staklenu teglu.

Predlog: mozete posluziti sa Palacinkama.

Ingredients: 350g peanuts (roasted, unsalted), 3 tablespoons of honey, 10 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Blend peanuts in walnuts grinder.
2) In food processor or blender, put the peanuts, add honey and oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth (almost smooth if you make Easter chocolate eggs).
3) Put in a glass jar.

Suggestion: you can serve with Crepes.

Pasteta od belog mesa (Chicken breasts pate)

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 4 sargarepe, 2 jaja (tvrdo kuvana), 3 crvene paprike (pecene, oljustene), 250ml majoneza, 1 kasika senfa.

Priprema:
1) Pilece belo meso skuvati. Sargarepu oljustiti i skuvati.
2) U secka staviti belo meso, sargarepu, jaja i paprike.
3) Pomesati majonez i senf, i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Ostaviti u frizider nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Junecu pastetu.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breasts, 4 carrots, 2 eggs (hard-boiled), 3 red peppers (roasted, peeled), 250ml mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken breast. Peel carrots and cook.
2) In food processor, put chicken breasts, carrots, eggs and peppers. Blend.
3) Mix mayonnaise and mustard, and add to the previous mixture. Combine well.
4) Leave in refrigerator for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make Beef pate.

Punjen francuski hleb (Stuffed french bread)

Sastojci: 1 francuski hleb, 250g margarina (putera), omeksao, 3 jaja, 180g sunke, 180g mortadele, 200g pecenice, 300g kackavalja, 1 glavica crnog luka.

Priprema:
1) Jaja tvrdo skuvati. Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Belanca, sunku, mortadelu, pecenicu i kackavalj iseckati na kockice. Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Margarin umutiti sa zumancima. Dodati sunku, mortadelu, pecenicu, kackavalj i crni luk. Dobro sjediniti. Zatim dodati belanca. Promesati.
4) Hleb iseci na pola. Izvaditi sredinu i napuniti filom. Zamotati u foliju i ostaviti u frizideru nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Francuski hleb sa salatom od jaja.

Ingredients: 1 French bread, 250g margarine (butter), softened, 3 eggs, 180g ham, 180g mortadella, 200g sirloin, 300g yellow cheese, 1 onion.

Preparation:
1) Boil eggs hard. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Egg whites, ham, mortadella, sirloin and cheese cut into cubes. Clean onion and finely chop.
2) Whisk margarine with egg yolks. Add ham, mortadella, sirloin, cheese and onion. Combine well. Then add the egg whites. Stir.
4) Cut bread in half. Take out the middle and fill with the filling. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make French bread with egg salad.

Pita sa origanom (Pie with oregano)

Sastojci: 250g feta sira, 4 jaja, 250ml jogurta, 150ml ulja, 250g pileceg mesa (moze i od preostalog obroka), 4 kisela krastavcica, 200g kukuruznog brasna, 100g psenicnog brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 kasike origana, so.

Priprema:
1) Pilece meso skuvati i iseckati. Fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno i psenicno, prasak za pecivo, origano i so.
3) Umutiti jaja, dodati fetu, jogurt, ulje, mesavinu brasna, pilece meso i krastavcice.
4) Pleh podmazati uljem, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 230C.

Ingredients: 250g feta cheese, 4 eggs, 250ml buttermilk, 150ml oil, 250g chicken breasts (could be leftovers), 4 pickles, 200g corn flour, 100g wheat flour, 10g baking powder, 2 tablespoons oregano, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken  breasts and chop. Squeeze feta with fork. Finely chop pickles.
2) Combine corn and wheat flour, baking powder, oregano and salt.
3) Whisk the eggs, add feta, buttermilk, oil, flour mixture, chicken meat and pickles.
4) Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake in 230C.
