Pasteta od belog mesa (Chicken breasts pate)

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 4 sargarepe, 2 jaja (tvrdo kuvana), 3 crvene paprike (pecene, oljustene), 250ml majoneza, 1 kasika senfa.

Priprema:
1) Pilece belo meso skuvati. Sargarepu oljustiti i skuvati.
2) U secka staviti belo meso, sargarepu, jaja i paprike.
3) Pomesati majonez i senf, i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Ostaviti u frizider nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Junecu pastetu.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breasts, 4 carrots, 2 eggs (hard-boiled), 3 red peppers (roasted, peeled), 250ml mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken breast. Peel carrots and cook.
2) In food processor, put chicken breasts, carrots, eggs and peppers. Blend.
3) Mix mayonnaise and mustard, and add to the previous mixture. Combine well.
4) Leave in refrigerator for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make Beef pate.
