Marinada za kackavalj (Marinade for yellow cheese)

Sastojci: 400g kackavalja, 250ml maslinovog ulja, 1 1/2 kasicice suvog ruzmarina, 1 1/2 kasicice suvog bosiljka, 1 1/2 kasicice origana, 1 1/2 kasicice kima, 2 lista lovora, 4 zrna bibera, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. Kackavalj iseckati na kockice.
2. U teglu staviti maslinovo ulje, ruzmarin, bosiljak, origano, kim, biber i so. Dobro promuckati.
3. Staviti pola kackavalja, jedan list lovora. Dodati ostatak kackavalja i list lovora. Zatvoriti i ostaviti da stoji najmanje nedelju dana,

Ingredients: 400g yellow cheese, 250ml of olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 bay leaves, 4 peppercorns, a pinch salt.

Preparation:

1. Dice yellow cheese.
2. In a glass jar, put olive oil, rosemary, basil, oregano, cumin, pepper and salt. Shake well.
3. Place half the cheese, one bay leaf. Add the rest of the cheese and bay leaf. Close and let it stand for at least a week,

Sos od belog luka (Garlic sauce)

Sastojci: 500ml slatke pavlake, 2 kasike belog luka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasicica belog luka u prahu ili granulama, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike vlasca (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika margarina.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti margarin i na srednjoj temperaturi pustiti da se otopi.
2. Dodati beli luk i prziti nekoliko minuta povremeno mesajuci.
3. Smanjiti na srednje-nisku temperaturu, dodati slatku pavlaku, beli luk u prahu, persun i vlasac i krckati, uz mesanje, dok ne pocne da se zgusnjava.

Ingredients: 500ml heavy cream, 2 tablespoons garlic (finely chopped), 1 tsp garlic powder or granules, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons chives (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon margarine.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put margarine over medium heat and let it dissolve.
2. Add the garlic and fry for a few minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce to medium-low temperature, add heavy cream, garlic powder, parsley and chives and simmer, while stirring, until it begins to thicken.

Kako napraviti obican sirup (How to make simple syrup)

Sastojci: 200g secera, 200ml vode.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.
2. Dodati secer i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi, konstantno mesajuci, dok se secer ne istopi. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi.
3. Moze se cuvati u staklenoj tegli do dve nedelje.

Ingredients: 200g sugar, 200ml of water.

Preparation:

1. In sauce put the water and let it boil.
2. Add the sugar and cook over medium heat, constantly stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from stove and allow to cool.
3. Can be stored in a glass jar for up to two weeks.

Sirup od badema (Almond syrup)

Sastojci: 250g zutog secera, 160ml vode, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od badema.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti secer, preliti vodom i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi, stalno mesajuci, dok se secer ne otopi.
2. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se prohladi.
3. Sipati ekstrakt od badema i promesati.
4. Sipati u hermeticki zatvorenu kutiju i drzati u frizideru do nedelju dana.

Ingredients: 250g brown sugar, 160ml of water, 1 teaspoon almond extract.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put the sugar, pour water and cook over medium heat, constantly stiring, until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
3. Stir in almond extract and mix well.
4. Pour in a hermetically sealed container and refrigerate up to one week.

Kafa sa dve vrste sosa (Coffee with kinds of sauce)

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 200ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika kakao sosa, 1 kasika sosa od bele cokolade.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, kakao sos i sos od bele cokolade.
2) Sipati u solju i dodati kafu.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 200ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa sauce, 1 tablespoon of white chocolate sauce.

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, cocoa sauce and white chocolate sauce.
2) Pour in mug and add the coffee.

Kakao sos (Cocoa sauce)

Sastojci: 70-120g kakaoa, 30g putera, 80ml kafe (skuvane i procedjene), 150g zutog secera, 1/8 kasicice soli, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti kafu i secer, i na srednjoj temperaturi, kuvati dok se secer ne rastopi, konstantno mesajuci.
2. Dodati 70g kakaoa i so i mesati dok ne postane glatko. Ako zelite jaci sos postepeno dodavati jos kakaoa.
Napomena: ako koristite slan puter izostavite dodavanje soli. Ako vam je sos nije dovoljno sladak dodajte jos malo secera. Vratite na sporet da se secer rastopi.
3. Dodati puter i vanila ekstrakt. Mesati dok se puter ne rastopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4. Sipati u hermeticki zatvorenu kutiju i drzati u frizideru do nedelju dana.

Ingredients: 70-120g cocoa powder 30g buuter, 80ml of decaf coffee (cooked), 150g brown sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put coffee and sugar, and over medium heat, cook until the sugar has dissolved, constantly stirring.
2. Add 70g cocoa and salt and mix until smooth. If you want stronger sauce gradually add more cocoa.
Note: if you use salted butter omit adding salt. If the sauce is not sweet enough, add a little more sugar. Return to the stove to melt the sugar.
3. Add the butter and vanilla extract. Stir until butter melts. Allow to cool.
4. Pour in a hermetically sealed container and refrigerate up to one week.

Cokoladni liker (Chocolate liquor)

Sastojci: 500ml + 3 kasike mleka, 500g + 3 kasike secera, 3 zumanceta, 3 stangle cokolade, 200ml alkohola, 100ml ruma.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati 500g secera i 500ml mleka. Ohladiti.
2) Umutiti zumanca sa 3 kasike secera i 3 kasike mleka. Kuvati na pari. U toku kuvanja dodati cokoladu. Ohladiti. Zatim pomesati sa masom od secera i mleka.
3) Dodati alkohola i rum. Sipati u flase i ostaviti da stoji 3 dana.
4) Pre upotrebe promuckati flase.

Ingredients: 500ml + 3 tablespoons milk, 500g + 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 egg yolks, 3 sticks of chocolate, 200ml of alcohol, 100ml of rum.

Preparation:
1) Cook 500g sugar and 500ml milk. Cool.
2) Whisk egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons milk. Cook by steaming. During cooking add the chocolate. Cool. Then mix with a mass of sugar and milk.
3) Add the rum and alcohol. Pour into bottles and leave to stand for 3 days.
4) Shake bottles before use.

Krem od spanaca (Spinach cream)

Sastojci: 250g kisele pavlake, 100g majoneza, 150g spanaca, 1 mladi luk.

Priprema:

1. Dobro oprati spanac pod mlazom hladne vode. Mladi luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpicu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.
3. Dodati spanac, poklopiti i kuvati 2 minuta. Otklopiti i kuvati jos 1 minut.
4. Procediti i ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseckati spanac.
5. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, majonez, spanac i mladi luk. Dobro sjediniti.
6. Ostaviti u frizideru najmanje 3 sata.

Predlog: ovaj krem mozete posluziti uz slane krekere sa sirom.

Ingredients: 250g sour cream, 100g mayonnaise, 150g spinach, 1 green onions.

Preparation:

1. Wash well spinach under cold running water. Clean green onions and finely chop.
2. In saucepan pour water and let it boil.
3. Add the spinach, cover and cook 2 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Strain and leave to cool. Chop spinach.
5. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach and green onions. Combine well.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Krem od mirodjije (Dill cream)

Sastojci: 250g kisele pavlake, 2 kasike mladog luka (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike suve mirodjije, 2 kasike soka od limuna.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji pomesati sve sastojke. Dobro izmesati.
2. Drzati u frizideru najmanje 2 sata.

Predlog: mozete posluziti uz pecen krompir.

Ingredients: 250g sour cream, 2 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons dried dill, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Preparation:

1. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Viski sirup (Whiskey syrup)

Sastojci: 60g putera, 120g zutog secera, 1/4 kasicice soli, 150ml slatke pavlake, 2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta, 1 1/2 kasika viskija.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti puter i otopiti na srednjoj temperaturi. Skloniti sa sporeta.
2. Dodati secer, so i slatku pavlaku i dobro izmesati.
3. Vratiti na sporet i kuvati 5 minuta od momenta vrenja, konstatno mesajuci.
4. Skloniti sa sporeta i umesati vanila ekstrakt i viski. Dobro promesati.
5. Sipati u hermeticki zatvorenu kutiju i drzati u frizideru do 2 nedelje. Moze se ponovo zagrejati u mikrotalasnoj ili u serpici na sporetu.

Ingredients: 60g butter, 120g brown sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 150ml heavy cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 1/2 tbsp whiskey.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put the butter and melt over medium heat. Remove from stove.
2. Add sugar, salt and heavy cream and mix well.
3. Return to the stove and cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling, constantly stirring.
4. Remove from stove and stir in vanilla extract and whiskey. Mix well.
5. Pour into hermetically sealed box and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. It can be re-warmed in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove.

Coko kafa (Choco black coffee)

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 80ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika cokoladnog sirupa, 1 kasika vanila sirupa, kockice leda (opciono)

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, cokoladni i vanila sirup.
2) Sipati u casu, dodati kafu i kockice leda.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 80ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, ice cubes (optional).

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, chocolate and vanilla syrup.
2) Pour into a glass, add coffee and ice cubes.

Vanila sirup (Vanilla syrup)

Sastojci: 380ml vode, 330g secera, 2 kasike vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

  1. U serpicu staviti vodu i secer. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi dok se blago ne zgusne, oko 3 minuta.
  2. Skloniti sa sporeta i umesati vanila ekstrakt. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
  3. Sipati u hermeticki zatvorenu kutiju i drzati u frizideru do 2 nedelje.

Napomena: ovaj vanila sirup mozete koristiti za kafu i sladoled.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Coko espreso.

Ingredients: 380ml of water, 330g sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put the water and sugar. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
2. Remove from stove and stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool.
3. Pour into a hermetically sealed container and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Note: this syrup you can use for coffee and ice cream.

Suggestion: you can make Choco espresso.

Zalogaji od mocarele, čajne i paradajza (Mozzarella, kulen and tomato bites)

Sastojci: mini mocarela sir, cajna (isecena na kolutice), mini paradajz, cackalice (duze); preliv za zalogaje: 100ml maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu ili granulama, 5 lista bosiljka (sitno iseckanog), prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

  1. U manju teglu staviti sastojke za preliv i promuckati. Ostaviti pola sata.
  2. Na cackalicu redjati, sir, cajnu, pa paradajz.
  3. Preliti zalogaje i posluziti.

Savet: mozete da koristite i obicnu mocarelu, samo je isecite na polovine ili cetrvtine. Takodje, mozete koristiti veci paradajz, i isecite na polovine ili cetvrine zavisno od velicine paradajza.

Frape od avokada (Avocado smoothie)

Sastojci: 1 1/2 avokada, 200ml soka od pomorandze, 300ml soka od grejpfruta, 300g jagoda, 2 banane, 10 kockica leda, 1 kasicica agava sirupa.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti avokado i banane i iseci na kockice.
2) U blender staviti sve osim leda. Blendirati. Dodati led i opet blendirati.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 avocado, 200ml of orange juice, 300ml of grapefruit juice, 300g of strawberries, 2 bananas, 10 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon agave syrup.

Preparation:
1) Peel avocados and bananas and cut into cubes.
2) In a blender put all but ice. Blend. Add ice and blend again.

Kisela voda sa šlagom (Soda water with whipped cream)

Sastojci: 2×125 ml kisele vode, 2 kasike slatke pavlake, 2×2 kasike sirupa po zelji, 2×3 kocke leda, umucen slag, 2 tresnje.

Priprema:

U svaku casu staviti po tri kocke leda, 125ml kisele vode, dve kasike sirupa, kasiku slatke pavlake. Odozgo staviti umucen slag i ukrasiti sa po jednom tresnjom.

Ingredients: 2x125ml sparkling water, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 2×2 tablespoons of syrup (you like), 2×3 ice cubes, whipped cream, 2 cherries.

Preparation:

In each glass put three ice cubes, 125 ml of sparkling water, 2 tablespoons of syrup, tablespoon of heavy cream. On top add whipped cream and garnish with the cherry.

Sendvic od pilecih prsa sa mocarelom (Chicken breast sandwich with mozzarella)

Sastojci: za marinadu: 2 komada pilecih prsa, 250ml maslinovog ulja, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasicica ruzmarina, 2 kasike jabukovog sirceta, 1/2 kasicice soli, za pohovanje: 400g prezli,  4 kasike parmezana, 1/4 kasicice soli, za premaz: 100g krem sira, 1 kasika svezeg rumarina ili 1 kasicica suvog 1 kasika svezeg bosiljka ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika svezeg persuna ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika svezeg vlasca ili 1 kasicica suvog, 4 kasike kecapa, i jos: 1 veci duguljasti somun ili dve lepinje, 4 tanje kriske mocarele.

Priprema:

  1. Za marinadu: beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Ruzmarin sitno iseckati. Pomesati maslinovo ulje sa belim lukom, ruzmarinom, sircetom i solju. U plasticnu kutiju staviti pileca prsa i sipati mesavinu ulja i zacina. Ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
  2. Za pohovanje: pomesati prezle sa parmezanom i solju. Promesati.
  3. Za premaz: ako koristite sveze zacine sitno ih iseckajte. Pomesati krem sir sa zacinima. Promesati. Podeliti na dva dela. Jedan deo ostaviti beo, u drugi dodati kecap. Promesati.
  4. U tiganj sipati maslinovo ulje i pustiti da se ugreje, a zatim smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4). Izvaditi piletinu iz marinade, pa uvaljati u mesavinu prezli, sa obe strane. Prziti dok spolja ne postane hrskava a unutra peceno. Zatim izvaditi i staviti na salvete ili ubruse da upije visak masnoce. Kad se prohladi iscepati na komadice. Podeliti na dva dela.
  5. Somun preseci na pola po duzini, pa jos na pola po sredini. Lepinje iseci na pola po sredini. Donji deo somuna ili lepinje premazati crvenim krem sirom, a gornji belim krem sirom (ili obrnuto). Na donji deo somuna ili lepinje dodati jednu krisku mocarele, pa pileca prsa, prekriti sa drugom kriskom mocarele i gornjim delom somuna ili lepinje.

Sendvic sa 3 vrste sunke i tursijom (Sandwich with 3 types of ham and pickles)

Sastojci: tursija: 4 kasike seckanog karfiola, 4 kasike seckane paprike, 4 kasike seckanog zelenog paradajza, 4 kasike seckanih kiselih krastavcica, za sendvice: 1 veci duguljasti somun ili dve lepinje, 2 kasike putera, 4 tanje kriske mocarele ili 8 lista tost sira, 8 lista sunke, 8 lista suvog vrata, 8 lista pecenice.

Priprema:

  1. Somun preseci na pola po duzini, pa jos na pola po sredini. Lepinje iseci na pola po sredini. Obe polovine somuna ili lepinje premazati sa po jednom kasikom putera.
  2. Pomesati karfiol, papriku, zeleni paradajz i kisele krastavcice. Podeliti na dva dela.
  3. Na donju polovinu somuna ili lepinje staviti pola jednog dela tursije, zatim staviti po dva lista sunke, suvog vrata i pecenice. Preko staviti dve kriske mocarele ili 4 lista tost sira. Ponovo staviti po dva lista sunke, suvog vrata i pecenice i staviti drugi deo jedne polovine tursije. Pokriti gornjim delom somuna ili lepinje.
