Krem od meda (Honey cream)

Sastojci: 1 belanac (sobne temperature), 200g meda, prstohvat soli, 170g secera u prahu (prosejan), 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanile.

Priprema:
1) Umutite belanac, med i so u velikoj ciniji elektricnim mikserom na velikoj brzini dok se smesa ne zgusne i udvostruci, oko 5 minuta.
2) Smanjiti brzinu miksera na nisku i mutite secer u prahu dok se ne sjedini. U smesu dodati ekstrakt vanile i promesati tek dok se ne sjedini.
3) Cuvati u frizideru u poklopljenoj posudi do 2 nedelje.

Ingredients: 1 egg white (room temperature), 200g honey, pinch of salt, 170g powdered sugar (sifted), 1 tbsp vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Beat egg white, honey and salt in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until mixture is thick and doubled in volume, about 5 minutes.
2) Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in powdered sugar until thoroughly combined. Add vanilla extract into mixture just until incorporated.
3) Refrigerated in a covered container up to 2 weeks.

Preliv od cimeta (Cinnamon topping)

Sastojci: 80g secera, 50g zutog secera, 3 kasike visenamenske smese za pecenje, 1/2 kasicice mlevenog cimeta, 2 kasike margarina (rastopljenog).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati zajedno secer, zuti secer, smesu za pecenje i cimet dok se ne sjedine.
2) Dodatimargarin i dobro promesati dok se ne sjedini i postane mrvicasto.

Ingredients: 80g sugar, 50g brown sugar, 3 tablespoons all-purpose baking mix, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter (melted).

Preparation:
1) Mix together sugar, brown sugar, baking mix and cinnamon until blended.
2) Add butter and mix well until blended and crumbly.
