Hrskav hleb sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (Crunchy bread with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 2 jaja, 90g kokosovog ulja, 180g suvih brusnica, 2 banane, 80g suvih kajsija, 80g suvih sljiva, 80g suvih smokvi, 80g urmi, 150g oraha, 50g indijskog oraha, 150g lesnika, 100g pistaca, 1 kasicica cimeta, 5g praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom. Suve kajsije, sljive, urme i smokve iseci na kocke. Orahe, indijske orahe, pistace i lesnike iseckati.
2) Na pari na srednjoj temperaturi otopiti kokosovo ulje. Jaja umutiti pa dodati kokosovo ulje i banane. Promesati.
3) Pomesati brasno, prasaka za pecivo, cimet i so.


4) Polako dodavati brasno u mesavinu od jaja. Dobro sjediniti.
5) Dodati suvo voce i orasaste plodove i dobro promesati.
6) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje ili namazati sa margarinom i posuti sa malo brasna. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 45 mnuta.

Napomena: ne morate korsititi sve vrste suvog voca ili sve vrste orasastih plodova.

Ingredients: 500g flour, 2 eggs, 90g coconut oil, 180g dried cranberries, 2 bananas, 80g dried apricots, 80g prunes, 80g dried figs, 80g dates, 150g walnuts, 50g cashew nuts, 150g hazelnuts, 100g pistachios, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 5g baking powder, pinch of salt.

Preparation:
1) Mash bananas with a fork. Cut dried apricots, prunes, dates and figs into cubes. Chop walnuts, cashews, pistachios and hazelnuts.
2) Dissolve the coconut oil over medium heat. Whisk eggs and add coconut oil and bananas. Stir.
3) Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
4) Slowly add the flour to the egg mixture. Combine well.
5) Add dried fruits and nuts and mix well.
6) Put baking paper or margarine in a pan and sprinkle with a little flour. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 45 m.

Note: you do not have to use all kinds of dried fruits or all kinds of nuts.
