Piling za telo za bolne misice (Body scrub for sore muscles)

Sastojci: 250g secera, 70ml tecnog kastilj sapuna, 65g kokosovog ulja, 10 kapi esencijalnog ulja peperminta, 10 kapi esencijalnog ulja tamjana, 10 kapi esencijalnog ulja lavande, 10 kapi esencijalnog ulja zimzelena (wintergreen).

Priprema:
1) Na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti kokosovo ulje. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
2) U ciniju staviti secer i kastilj sapun i dobro promesati.
3) U kokosovo ulje dodati esencijalna ulja i promesati.

4) Dodati kokosovo ulje u ciniju sa secerom i kastilj sapunom i promesati.
5) Sipati u staklenu teglu, zatvoriti i cuvati kupatilu.
6) Umasirati blago u telo i na bolna mesta kruznim pokretima od stopala ka ramenima. Ostaviti 2 do 3 minuta da ulja upiju u kozu. Isprati se mlakom vodom.

Predlog: mozete namazati balzam za bolne misice ili ulje za masazu za bolne misice.

Ingredients: 250g granulated sugar, 70ml liquid castile soap, 65g coconut oil, 10 drops of peppermint essential oil, 10 drops of frankincense essential oil, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops of wintergreen essential oil.

Preparation:
1) Melt the coconut oil in a bowl over steam, at a medium temperature (4). Allow to cool slightly.
2) Put sugar and castile soap in a bowl and mix well.
3) Add essential oils to coconut oil and stir.
4) Add coconut oil to a bowl with sugar and castile soap and stir.
5) Pour into a glass jar, close and store in the bathroom.
6) Massage gently into the body and sore spots with circular movements from the feet to the shoulders. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes for the oils to soak into the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Suggestion: you can apply balm for sore muscles and/or massage oil for sore muscles.
