Hrono graham krekeri (Chrono graham crackers)

Sastojci: 240g graham brasna, 50g belog brasna, (obicnog), 80g margarina (hladnog, iseckanog na kockice), 50ml slatke pavlake, 70ml melase (ili javorovog sirupa, ili meda), 60g zutog secera, 4g praska za pecivo, 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone, 1/3 kasicice soli, prstohvat cimeta, 1/2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U ciniju pomesati oba brasna, secer, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, so i cimet.
2. Dodati margarin i zamesiti rukom.
3. Dodati melasu, slatku pavlaku i ekstarkt vanile i drvenom varjacom promesati da se sjedini. Zatim rukama formirati loptu; napraviti pravougaonik debljine oko 1.5 cm, zaviti u plasticnu foliju i ostaviti u frizider 45 minuta.
4. Na sto staviti papir za pecenje, staviti testo, prekriti drugim papirom za pecenje i oklagijom razviti testo na debljinu od oko 0.5 do 0.8 cm. Skinuti gornji papir za pecenje.
5. Pazljivo prebaciti papir sa testom u pleh za pecenje. Noz blago pokvasiti vodom, umociti u brasno i iseci na kocke ili zeljene oblike. Viljuskom napraviti rupice u testu.
6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 170 C oko 30 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Cuvati u posudi sa hermetickim poklopcem do 10 dana.

Preparation:

1. In bowl, combine both flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
2. Add margarine and knead by hand.
3. Add the molasses, heavy cream and vanilla extract and with wooden spoon stir to combine. Then with hands form a ball; make a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick, wrap in plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Sastojci: 300g neslanog kikirikija (pecenog), 250g secera, 450g susama, 4-5 kasika meda.

Priprema:

1.U serpicu staviti secer i pustiti da se otopi na srednjoj temperaturi.
2. Kada se dobije karamel boja dodati med i kikiriki. Mesati tako da svako zrno kikirikija bude oblozeno karamelom od secera.
3. Dodati susam, prziti (oko 2 minuta) i mesati tako da svako zrno kikirikija bude oblozeno susamom.
4. Dok je jos vruce vaditi zrna kikirikija kasikom, na posluzavnik sa papirom za pecenje. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 300g unsalted peanuts (roasted), 250g sugar, 450g sesame seeds, 4-5 tbsp honey.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan, put sugar and let it melt over medium heat.
2. When you obtain a caramel color, add honey and peanuts. Mix so that each grain of peanut is coated with caramel from sugar.
3. Add sesame seeds, fry (about 2 minutes) and mix so that each grain is coated with sesame seeds.
4. While it is still hot remove peanut grains with spoon, on the tray with baking paper. Allow to cool.

Nepecene stanglice od sargarepe (No bake carrot bars)

Sastojci: 750g ovsenih pahuljica, 2 kasike stevije, 1 kasika cimeta, 1/2 kasicice djumbira, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog oraha, 60ml kokosovog ulja (rastopljenog), 120ml agava sirupa, 3-4 sargarepe (ispasirane), kokosovo ili sojino mleko po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Ovsene pahuljice stavite u blender i izblendirajte. Sargarepe oljustite, iseci na kolutove i ispasirajte u blenderu. Pomesati kokosovo ulje i agava sirup.

Napomena: stavite prvo 500g, pola sipajte u ciniju, pa dodajte 250g na (vrh) vec samlevenih pahuljica, u blender i ponovo sameljite.

2. U vecoj ciniji, pomesati ovsene pahuljice, steviju, cimet, muskatni orah i djumbir. Dodati mesavinu ulja i sirupa. Dobro sjediniti. Zatim dodati sargarepu i opet dobro sjediniti.

Napomena: ako je masa suva dodati prvo jednu kasiku mleka, a posle ako je potrebno dodati jos.

3. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje (i na ivice). Staviti smesu i poravnati rukama.
4. Staviti u frizider na 2 sata pa seci na stanglice ili zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: 750g of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of Stevia, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 60ml coconut oil (melted), 120ml agave syrup, 3-4 carrots (mashed), coconut or soy milk if necessary.

Preparation:

1. Put oat flakes in blender and blend. Peel the carrots, cut into slices and blend in a blender. Mix coconut oil and agave syrup.

Note: put first 500g, put half into the box, and add 250g on top of grinded flakes, in a blender and grind again.

Kolac sa visnjama 2 (Cake with sour cherries 2)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 4 kasike secera, 1 prasak za pecivo, 1 solja ulja, 1 solja mleka, 750g – 1 kg visnji (tresnji), 1-2 vanilin secera, 1/2 solje secera, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.

2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati ulje i mleko i postepeno dodavati brasno-po potrebi (da bude srednje gustine tj. malo redje).

3. Sipati u podmazan pleh i peci.

4. Pomesati polja solje secera sa vanilin secerom i visnjama (tresnjama).

5. Kada je kolac na pola pecen prekriti visnjama i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 baking powder (10g), 1 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 750g – 1kg sour cherries (cherries), 1-2 vanilla sugar (2 tablespoons of vanilla extract), 1/2 cup sugar, flour as needed.

Preparation:

Priprema:
1) Pomesati orahe, secer, cokoladu i umucena belanca.
2) Vaditi po malo od ove mase, u sredinu staviti po jednu visnju i formirati kuglice.
3) Uvaljati u secer i susiti na vazduhu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Bombice sa visnjama.

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts, 200g of powdered sugar, 200g of grated chocolate, 2 egg whites, cherries from compote, sugar.

Preparation:
1) Mix the walnuts, sugar and well beaten egg whites.
2) Remove a little of from this mixture, in the middle put one cherry and form small balls.
3) Roll in sugar and air dry.

Biskvit bez jaja (Biscuit with no eggs)

Sastojci: 125g secera, 250g margarina (omeksao), 500g brasna.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom.
2) Dodati brasno i formirati testo.
3) Pleh premazati margarinom i posuti brasnom. Staviti biskvit u pleh i poravnati prstima. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 25-30 minuta ili dok ne porumeni.

Ingredients: 125g sugar, 250g butter (softened), 500g flour.

Preparation:
1) Whisk margarine with sugar until foamy.
2) Add the flour and form a dough.
3) Smear pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Place the biscuit in pan and flatten with your fingers. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C, about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Keksici sa dzemom i zacinima (Cookies with jam and spices)

Sastojci: 700g brasna, 250g secera u prahu, 250g margarina, 3 jajeta, 20g vanilin secera, 1/2 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog orascica, 1 ili 1/2 kasicica kakaoa, kora od 1 limuna, dzem.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati brasno, margarin, secer, vanilin secer i koru od limuna i zamesiti testo. Podeliti na 4 dela. Jedan deo ostaviti zut, u jedan dodati cimet, u drugi muskatni orascic a u cetvrti kakao. Svaki deo testo ponovo zamesiti.

2) Razviti modlom za kolace ili casom vaditi keksice, redjati u pleh. Na sredinu svakog keksa napraviti udubljenje i staviti dzem. Peci na 200°C dok blago ne porumene.

Savet: mozete pogledati kako se priprema dzem za mekano voce ili kako se priprema dzem za cvrsto voce

Ingredients: 700g flour, 250g powdered sugar, 250g margarine, 3 eggs, 20g vanilla sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 or 1/2 teaspoon cocoa, rind of 1 lemon, jam.

Preparation:

3) U serpu sipajte 750ml mleka i i pustite da provri. Dodati vodu, med i na kraju mesavinu mleka i brasna. Kuvati uz konstantno mesanje, drvenom varjacom dok se krem ne zgusne.
4) Sipati u cinijice i posuti lesnicima, bademima i orasima.

Predlog: ovaj puding mozete posluziti posle Tuniske corbe od jogurta i spanaca.

Ingredients: 600g sharp flour, 400g of honey, 300 ml of water, 80g hazelnuts, 80g almonds, 80g walnuts, 1.5 liters of milk.

Preparation:
1) Chop hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.
2) Mix the flour and 750ml milk.
3) in a saucepan, pour 750ml milk and let it boil. Add water, honey and finally a mixture of milk and flour. Cook with constant stirring, with a wooden spoon until the cream thickens.

Krempita (Cream pie)

Sastojci: 500g lisnatog testa 1 ili lisnatog testa 2, poslasticarski krem.

Priprema:

3) Smesu sipati u modle i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 10 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Banana dezert.

Ingredients: 4 bananas, 50g sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 150ml milk, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of margarine.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 600g ananasa, 200g piskota, 150g margarina (sobne temperature), 1 jaje, 3 kasike secera u prahu, 50ml ruma.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Dodati jaje i sjediniti.
2) 400g ananasa iseckati na kocke i dodati u smesu od margarina.
3) Potopiti piskote u rum, pa spojiti sa prethodnom smesom.
4) Prekriti okrugao pleh masnom hartijom. Staviti smesu u pleh, poravnati. Na sredinu staviti 1 krug ananasa, a okolo poredjati cetvrtine preostalog ananasa. Ostaviti u frizider.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Tortu sa ananasom i bananama.

Ingredients: 600g pineapple, 200g Biscotti, 150g butter (room temperature), 1 egg, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 50ml rum.

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with powdered sugar until foamy. Add egg and combine.
2) 400g pineapple cut into cubes and add to the margarine batter.
3) Soak Biscotti in rum and mix with the previous mixture.
4) Cover the loaf pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture into a baking pan, flatten. In the middle put one round of pineapple and around arrange the remaining quarters of the pineapple. Refrigerate.

Suggestion: you can make Cake with pineapple and bananas.

Kolac od marmelade (Cake with jam)

Sastojci: 300g integralnog brasna, 100g margarina, 300g marmelade/dzema, 1 zumance, 2 kasike tecnog meda, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Margarin umesiti sa brasnom, medom i solju u mikseru. Dodati 5 kasika hladne vode. Mutiti dok ne dobijete loptu. Ako je testo suvo dodati jos malo vode.
2) Staviti u ciniju i ostaviti pola sata u frizider.
3) Testo podeliti na dva dela. Jedan veci a drugi manji. Razviti veci deo testa u precniku od 24cm. Izbusiti testo viljuskom i premazati marmeladom ili dzemom. Razvite drugi deo testa i isecite trake. Rasporedite trake preko marmelade (dzema) tako da dobijete mrezu.. Premazati zumancetom.
4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 25 minuta.

Ingredients: 300g wholemeal flour, 100g butter, 300g marmalade or jam, 1 yolk, 2 tablespoons of the liquid honey, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:
1) Mix margarine with flour, honey and salt in a hand mixer. Add 5 tablespoons of cold water. Stir until you get the ball. If the dough is dry add a little water.
2) Put in the bowl and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
3) Divide the dough into two parts. One larger and the other smaller. Develop greater part of the dough in diameter of 24cm. Make holes with fork and spread marmalade or jam. Develop the second part of the dough and cut into strips. Arrange strips over marmalade (jam) to get network .. Brush with egg yolk.
4) Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 25 minutes.

Italijanski Bozicni hleb sa kremom od jagoda (Italian Christmas bread with strawberry cream)

Sastojci: italijanski Bozicni hleb, 400g jagoda, 100g seckanog badema, 50ml ruma, 60g secera u prahu, 400g slatke pavlake (ili slaga). 2 jaja (pazljivo odvojite belanca od zumanaca).

Priprema:
1) Umutiti pavlaku (ili slag), secer u prahu, rum, zumanca dok ne dobijete penast krem. Sipajte u ciniju i ostavite u frizider oko 2 sata.
2) Jagode oprati, ocistiti. 150g iscekati na polovine, a 250g izgnjeciti. Posuti sa malo secera i ostaviti u frizider.
3) Belanca penasto umutite i pomesajte sa kremom od pavlake (slaga). Dodajte jagode i promesati. Posuti bademima i posluziti sa Bozicnim hlebom.

Ingredients: Italian Christmas bread, 400g strawberries, 100g chopped almonds, 50ml rum, 60g powdered sugar, 400g heavy cream (or whipped cream). 2 eggs (carefully separate the egg whites from egg yolks).

Preparation:
1) Whisk the heavy cream (or whipped cream), sugar, rum, egg yolks until you get a creamy cream. Pour into the bowl and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Pogacice sa orasima (Blinis with walnuts)

Sastojci: 250g mlevenih oraha, 200g secera u prahu, sok od jednog limuna, 100g strugane cokolade.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti orahe, secer u prahu i sok od limuna.
2) Testo podeliti na dva dela, pa u jedan dodati cokoladu. Kalupom ili casicom vaditi pogacice, pa spajati jednu tamnu sa jednom belom.
3) Ostaviti da se suse 2-3 dana.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Kuglice s orasima.

Ingredients: 250g ground walnuts, 200g powdered sugar, juice of one lemon, 100g of grated chocolate.

Preparation:
1) Knead walnuts, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
2) Divide the dough into two parts, and in one add chocolate. Cut blinis with mold or small glass and connect with one dark with one white.

Londonske stanglice (London bars)

Sastojci: 125g masti, 5 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera, 250g brasna, 5 belanaca, 10g vanilin secera, dzem, 250g secera, 250g mlevenih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Dobro umutiti mast, pa dodati zumanca i sve dobro umutiti. Dodati brasno i vanilin secer. Celu masu rastanjiti u pleh namazan margarinom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.
2) Napola peceno testo premazati dzemom i vratiti u rernu da se kratko pece.
3) Penasto umutiti belanca, dodati vanilin secer, secer i orahe. Promesati. Ovu masu sipati ravnomerno preko dzema i vratiti u rernu da se krarko pece. Stanglice seci vruce.

Ingredients: 125g of lard, 5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 250g flour, 5 egg whites, 10g vanilla sugar, jam, 250g sugar, 250g ground walnuts.

Preparation:

2) Zamesiti i formirati salamu. Posuti prah secerom.
3) Ostaviti da se susi nekoliko dana.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Vocnu salamu.

Ingredients: 75g chocolate, 3 tablespoons water, 2 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 250g ground walnuts, grated rind of one lemon, 100g chopped almonds.

Preparation:
1) Melt chocolate with water. Add the eggs, sugar, walnuts, lemon rind and almonds.
2) Knead and form salami. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Slatke loptice (Sweet balls)

Sastojci: 250g margarina, 350g brasna, 200g secera, 3 zumanca, dzem.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin i secer, pa lagano dodati brasno i zumanca. Dobro izmesati pa praviti male loptice. Blago ih pritisnuti.
2) Pleh namazati margarinom i poredjati loptice. Drskom varjace na svakoj napraviti udubljenje i staviti da se pece u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C.
3) Kada su pecene loptice na svako udubljenje staviti malo dzema.

Ingredients: 250g butter, 350g flour, 200g sugar, 3 egg yolks, jam.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the butter until foamy. Add sugar, then slowly add flour and egg yolks. Stir well and make small balls. Slightly press them.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti belanca, pa dodati bademe, secer, vanilin secer i struganu cokoladu. Promesati.
2) Na pleh namazan margarinom vaditi puslice pomocu kasicice i susiti ih u toploj rerni.

Ingredients: 180g of ground almonds, 100g sugar, 40g vanilla sugar, 50g of chocolate, 2 egg whites.

Preparation:
1) Whisk egg whites until foamy and add the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar and grated chocolate. Stir.
2) On a baking sheet smeared with margarine place meringues using teaspoon and dry them in a warm oven.

Gratinirane palacinke (Au gratin crepes)

Sastojci: palacinke, za fil: 150g mlevenih oraha, 150g seckanih oraha, 50g suvog grožđa, 1 kasika secera, 10g vanilin secera, rum; za preliv: 500ml slatke pavlake, 50g vanilin secera, 100g secera u prahu, 1 zumance.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke za fil osim ruma, zatim filovati svaku palacinku, poprskati rumom i saviti u rolnu. Preseci svaku palacinku na pola i poredjati u vatrostalnu ciniju.
2) Lagano pomesati sve sastojke za preliv, preliti preko palacinki i kratko zapeci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 250C.

Ingredients: crepes, for the filling: 150g ground walnuts, 150g finely chopped walnuts, 50g raisins, 1 teaspoon sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, rum; for the topping: 500ml heavy cream, 50g vanilla sugar, 100g powdered sugar, 1 egg yolk.

Preparation:
1) Combine all ingredients for the filling except rum, then fill each crepes, spray with rum and fold to roll. Cut each crepes in half and arrange in the baking dish.
2) Gently mix all the ingredients for the topping and pour over crepes and bake shortly in preheated oven at 250C.

Ceske vanilice (Czech cookies)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenih oraha+jos malo valjanje vanilica, 2 jaja, 250g secera u prahu, 1 kasicica cimeta, dzem od kajsija, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 1 kasicica kakaoa, 1 kasicica margarina.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti testo od oraha, jaja, secera u prahu i cimeta. Testo razvuci, pa casicom vaditi vanilice. Peci na tihoj vatri.
2) Pecene i malo ohladjene vanilice lepiti dzemom.
3) Skuvati secer sa vodom. Dodati kakao i margarin.
4) Vanilice umakati u sirup, pa uvaljati u mlevene orahe.

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts + a little more rolling cookies, 2 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, apricot jam, 200g sugar, 100ml water, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp margarine.

Preparation:
1) Knead dough with walnuts, eggs, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Stretch the dough, then small glass or round mold cut cookies. Bake at low heat.
2) Baked and slightly cooled cookies glue with jam.
3) Cook the sugar with the water. Add cocoa and butter.
4) Dip cookies in syrup and roll in ground walnuts.

Prstencici od badema (Almond rings)

Sastojci: 175g mlevenih badema, 75g seckanih badema, 300g margarina, 350g secera, 20g vanilin secera.

Priprema:
1) Od svih sastojaka zamesiti testo. Praviti prstencice i stavljati ih na uljem namazan pleh. Testo ostaviti preko noci, a ujutro ga sasvim bledo ispeci.
2) Tople prstencice uvaljati u prah secer.

Ingredients: 175g of ground almonds, 75g finely chopped almonds, 300g butter, 350g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Knead dough from all the ingredients. Form rings and place them on a before smeared with oil baking sheet. Leave it overnight and in the morning, bake it until quite pale.
2) Warm rings roll in powdered sugar.

Domaci puter od kikirikija (Homemade peanut butter)

puter-od-kikirikijaSastojci: 350g kikirikija (pecenog, neslanog), 3 kasike meda, 10 kasika ulja.

Priprema:
1) Kikiriki samleti na masini za orahe.
2) U secka ili blender, staviti kikiriki, dodati med i ulje. Blendirati dok se ne dobije glatka smesa (skoro glatka ako pravite Uskrsnja cokoladna jaja).
3) Staviti u staklenu teglu.

Predlog: mozete posluziti sa Palacinkama.

Ingredients: 350g peanuts (roasted, unsalted), 3 tablespoons of honey, 10 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Blend peanuts in walnuts grinder.
2) In food processor or blender, put the peanuts, add honey and oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth (almost smooth if you make Easter chocolate eggs).
3) Put in a glass jar.

Suggestion: you can serve with Crepes.

Cokoladne oblande sa kokosom (Chocolate wafers with coconut)

cokoladne-oblande-sa-kokosom-chocolate-wafers-with-coconutSastojci: 600ml mleka, 380g secera, 500g margarina, 600g mlevenog keksa, 100g kokosa, 50g cokolade, 5 oblandi (manjih).

Priprema:
1) U serpu staviti 300ml mleka sa 200g secera i ostaviti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu, dodati 250g margarina i mesati dok se ne otopi. Podeliti na 2 dela. U jedan deo dodati cokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi. Skloniti sa sporeta, dodati 250g mlevenog keksa i promesati. Ostaviti da se ohladi, povremeno promesati.
2) U serpu staviti 300ml mleka sa 200g secera i ostaviti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu, dodati 250g margarina i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati kokos i promesati. Zatim dodati 350g mlevenog keksa. Zatim dodati drugi deo iz koraka 1) i promesati. Ostaviti da se ohladi, povremeno promesati. Podeliti na 3 dela.
3) Redjati sledecim redom: list oblande, zuti fil, list oblande, crni fil, list oblande, zuti fil, list oblande, crni fil, list oblande, zuti fil.
4) Prekriti masnim papirom, staviti posluzavnik, poredjati par teskih knjiga, ostaviti da odstoji pa seci zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: 600ml milk, 380g sugar, 500g margarine, 600g plain biscuits (ground), 100g coconut, 50g of chocolate, 5 wafer sheets (smaller).

Preparation:
1) In saucepan, put 300ml of milk with 200g of sugar and allow to boil. Reduce the temperature to medium, add 250g margarine and stir until is melted. Divide into 2 parts. In one part, add the chocolate and stir until is melted. Remove from stove, add 250g ground plain biscuit and stir. Allow to cool, stir occasionally.
2) In saucepan, put 300ml of milk with 200g of sugar and allow to boil. Reduce the temperature to medium, add 250g margarine and stir until is melted. Add coconut and stir. Then add 350g ground plain biscuit. Then add the second part from step 1) and stir. Allow to cool, stir occasionally. Divide into 3 parts.
3) arrange in following order: leaf wafer, yellow filling, wafer sheet, black filling, wafer sheet, yellow filling, wafer sheet, black filling, wafer sheet, yellow custard.
4) Cover the oily paper, put the plate, align a pair of heavy books, and let it sit for a while, then cut into desired shapes.
