Vegetarijanske pljeskavice od ovsenih pahuljica (Oat flakes vegetarian burgers)

Sastojci: 500g ovsenih (ili razanih ili psenicnih) pahuljica, 2 sargarepe, 1 crni luk, 3 cena belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno sekanog), 1 kasika prezli, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Sargarepu, crni luk i beli luk oljustiti. Sargarepu i crni luk iseci na komade.
2) U serpu staviti ovsene pahuljice preliti vodom i kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta povremeno mesajuci. Ako ima vode ocediti.
3) U blender staviti ovsene pahuljice, sargarepu, crni i beli luk i usitniti. Staviti u ciniju i dodati prezle i maslinovo ulje. Promesati.

Kuvani djevrek sa tunom i avokado kremom (Cooked bagel with tuna avocado cream)

Sastojci: 180g tune, krem od avokada, kuvani djevrek, brzi kajmak ili krem sir.

Priprema:
1) Napraviti krem od avokada. Napraviti brzi kajmak. Pomesati tunu u avokado krem.
2) Hleb namazati kajmakom ili krem sirom. Staviti 2 kasike meavine tune i avokado krema, poklopiti sa drugim parcetom hleba namazanim kajmakom ili krem sirom.

Ingredients: 180g tuna, avocado cream, cooked bagels, quick cheese spread or cream cheese.

Preparation:
1) Make avocado cream. Make a quick cheese spread. Mix the tuna and avocado cream.
2) Smear the bread with cheese spread or cream cheese. Put 2 tablespoons of tuna and avocado mixture, cover with another piece of bread spreaded with cheese spread or cream cheese.

Hleb bez glutena sa ovsenim pahuljicama (Bread without gluten with oat flakes)

Sastojci: 400g ovsenih pahuljica, 5 kasika susama, 185g semenki lana + 5 kasika mlevenog lana, 120g badema (sirovih sa ljuskom), 300g semenki suncokreta, prstohvat soli, 5 kasika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 500ml destilovane ili prokuvane vode.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti ovsene pahiljice, susam, semenke lana, mleveni lan, badem, semenke sucokreta i so.
2) Dodati kokosovo ulje i vodu i promesati.
3) Sipati u pleh za hleb oblozen papirom za pecenje. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 190 C.

Ingredients: 400g of oat flakes, 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 185g of flax seeds + 5 tablespoons of ground flax, 120g of almonds (raw with husk), 300g of sunflower seeds, a pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (dissolved), 500ml of distilled or boiled water.

Preparation:
1) Put oat flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, ground flax, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt into the bowl.
2) Add the coconut oil and water and stir.
3) Pour into bread pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C.

Sendvic sa grilovanim patlidzanom (Grilled eggplant sandwich)

Sastojci: 3 patlidzana, 2 paradajza, 2 paprike babure, 3 kasike maslinovog ulja, 3 kasike krem sira, 6 kriski hleba, ulje uljane repice za przenje.

Priprema:
1) Patlidzan oprati oljustiti i iseci na kolutove debljine oko 0.5 cm. Posoliti i ostaviti pola sata. Ocediti. Hleb namazati maslinovim uljem. Paprike ocistiti od semenki i iseckati na kockice. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na krugove.
2) U tiganju na srednjoj temperaturi prziti hleb oko 2 minuta s jedne strane. Izvaditi iz tiganja.
3) U tiganj dodati ulje uljane repice ako je potrebno i prziti patlidzan. Vaditi na papir da se ocedi od ulja, Dodati papriku i prziti oko 15 minuta.

Tofu sa povrcem (Tofu with veggies)

Sastojci: 450g tofua, 3 paprike babure (crvena, zuta, zelena), 2 sargarepe, 1 manja glavica karfiola i 1 manja glavica brokolija, 300g pecurki, 1 mladi luk ili 1 praziluk, 3 cena belog luka, 4 kasike ulja, za marinadu – 125ml svezeg soka od limuna, 2 kasike soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti tofu.
2) Paprike oprati, ocistiti od semenki i iseci na trakice. Sargarepu oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kolutove ili trakice. Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol. Pecurke oprati, ocistiti i iseci na listove. Mladi luk ili praziluk oprati, ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Beli luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
3) U ciniji pomesati sok od limuna, soja sos i djumbir. Dobro promesati.
Dodati tofu i marinirati u fizideru 2 sata.

Piletina sa grilovanim tikvicama i povrcem (Chicken with grilled zucchini and vegetables)

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 2 manje tikvice, 1 manji brokoli, 1/2 praziluka, 1/3 komoraca, malo vode ili supe, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Belo meso iseci na kockice ili trakice. Tikvice oljustiti i jednu tikvicu iseci na trakice (kao sibice) a jednu na listove po duzini. Brokoli razdvojiti na cvetove. Praziluk i komorac oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U tiganj staviti 2 kasike ulja i pustiti da se ugreje. Grilovati tikvice. Staviti na papirni ubrus da pokupe visak ulja.
3) Dodati pilece meso i prziti. Izvaditi na papir da se ocedi.
4) Dodati tikvice, brokoli drske i malo vode ili supe. Nakon 7 minuta dodati brokoli cvetove. Posle 3 minuta dodati meso i kuvati jos 2 minuta.
5) Posluziti meso sa povrcem i grilovanim tikvicama.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breast, 2 smaller zucchini, 1 smaller broccoli, 1/2 leek, 1/3 fennel, some water or soup, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cut the white meat into cubes or strips. Peel the zucchini and cut one into like matches and one into sheets lengthwise. Split broccoli into flowers. Peel leek and fennel peel and chop finely.
2) Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and let it warm. Grill zucchini. Put on a paper towel to collect excess oil.
3) Add chicken meat and fry. Take it out to drain.
4) Add zucchini, broccoli stems and some water or soup. Add broccoli flowers after 7 minutes. After 3 minutes add the meat and cook for another 2 minutes.

Med sa suvim vocem za jacanje imuniteta (Honey with dried fruits to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g oraha (celi ili polovine, ne mleveni), 150g suvih kajsija, 150g suvih sljiva, 100g suvih smokava, 200g badema, 150g suvog grozdja, sok i kora od 3 veca limuna.

Priprema:
1) Limun dobro oprati. Iscediti sok. Orahe i bademe iseckati. Suve sljive potopiti u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti suve kajsije, suve smokve i suvo grozdje i koru od limuna. Samleti.
3) U teglu sipati smesu suvog voca, suve sljive, bademe i orahe. Preliti sokom limuna i promesati. Dodati med i dobro promesati.
4) Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi na tamnom mestu 2 dana. Zatim drzati u frizideru.
5) Za decu stariju od 4 godine – 1 kasicica dva puta na dan. Za odrasle – 1 kasika tri puta na dan.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Suvo voce i orasasti plodovi u medu.

Ingredients: 600g honey, 300g walnuts (whole or half, not ground), 150g dried apricots, 150g prunes, 100g dried figs, 200g almonds, 150g raisins, juice and peel of 3 larger lemons.

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon well. Squeeze the juice. Chop walnuts and almonds. Soak the prunes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain.
2) Put dried apricots, dried figs and raisins and lemon peel in a blender. Blend well.
3) Put a mixture of dried fruits, prunes, almonds and walnuts into a jar. Pour over the lemon juice and stir. Add honey and stir well.
4) Leave at room temperature at dark place for 2 days. Then store in the refrigerator.
5) For children older than 4 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day. For adults – 1 kasika three times a day.

Citrusne kocke leda protiv prehlade (Citrus ice cubes against cold)

Sastojci: 200ml svezeg soka od pomorandze, 200ml svezeg soka od grejpfruta, 100ml svezeg soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) U bokalu pomesati sok pomorandze, soka od grejprfruta i sok od limuna.
2) Sipati u modlu za led. Staviti u zamrzivac da se smrzne.
3) Citrusnu kocku leda staviti u caj ili vodu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Djumbir kocke od leda za imuni sistem.

Ingredients: 200ml fresh orange juice, 200ml fresh grapefruit juice, 100ml fresh lemon juice.

Preparation:
1) In the pitcher mix orange juice, grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
2) Pour in the ice mold. Put in the freezer to freeze.
3) Put the citrus ice cube in tea or water.

Domaci puter od soje (Homemade soy butter)

Sastojci: 200g pecene soje, 130ml vode + jos ako je potrebno, 1/4 kasicice soli (samo ako koristite neslanu soju), 2 kasike kokosovog ulja ili ulje od uljane repice ili maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika agava sirupa.

Priprema:

1. U ciniju staviti soju, preliti vodom i ostaviti da nabubri.
2. U blender staviti soju  (i vodu ako je ima) i blendirati dok ne dobijete gust pire.
3. Dodati ulje, so i agava sirup i blendirati jos malo.
4. Ako je potrebno dodavati jos po malo vode i blendirati dok ne dobijete zeljenu gustinu.

Ingredients: 200g roasted soybeans, 130ml water + more if needed, 1/4 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted soy), 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or rapeseed oil, or olive oil, 1 tablespoon agave syrup.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl put the soy, pour water and leave to swell.
2. In a blender put soy (and water if any) and blend until you get a thick puree.
3. Add oil, salt and agave syrup and blend some more.
4. If you need, add little water and blend until you get the desired consistency.

Vegan Majonez (Vegan Mayonnaise)

Sastojci: 200ml sojinog mleka, 1 1/2 kasika soka od svezeg limuna, 1 kasika senfa, 200ml maslinovog ulja, prstohvat soli, prstohvat bibera.

Priprema:

1. U blender staviti mleko, sok od limuna i senf i blendati 30 sekundi.

Preparation:

1. In a blender put the milk, lemon juice and mustard and blend 30 seconds.
Note: you can use a hand blender and put the ingredients in a jar.
2. While blending gradually add the oil until it thickens.
3. Add salt and pepper and blend for another 30 seconds.
4. Try and if necessary add a little more salt and/or pepper.

Domace kore 2 (Homemade phyllo dough 2)

Sastojci: 750g mekog brasna, 140 g secera, 380 ml mleka (mlakog), 15g suvog kvasca, 150g margarina (otopljenog), 1 vece jaje ili 2 manja, prstohvat soli, par kockica margarina.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji, pomesati mleko, kvasac, secer i 1 kasiku brasna. Promesati i ostaviti da nadodje.
2. U vanglu staviti brasno, so, jaje (jaja) i margarin. Dodati nadosao kvasac i zamesiti testo.
3. Vanglu pokriti vlaznom krpom i na toplom ostaviti pola sata da naraste.

Napomena: ako filujete kore vocem koje pusta sok, voce pomesati sa secerom i ostalim sastojcima, zavisno od recepta, pre samog filovanja.

4. Testo podeliti na 3 dela. Razviti svaki deo, filovati sa filom prema receptu, urolati i staviti u pleh namazan margarinom. Pokriti i ostaviti pola sata da nadodje..
5. Zavisno od recepta, kore se obicno peku u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 45 minuta. Pre pecenja odozgo staviti par kockica margarina.

Ingredients: 750g soft flour, 140g sugar, 380ml of milk (lukewarm), 15g dried yeast, 150g of margarine (melted), 1 bigger egg or 2 smaller, a pinch of salt, a couple of cubes of margarine.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the milk, yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir and let it rise.
2. In bowl, put the flour, salt, egg (eggs) and margarine. Add yeast and develop a dough.
3. Cover bowl with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place half for hour to rise.

Note: if you fill your crusts with fruit that releases juice, mix fruit with sugar and other ingredients, depending on the recipe, just before filling.

4. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Develop each part, fill them with the filling according to the recipe, roll up and put in a baking pan greased with margarine. Cover and leave for half an hour to rise..

Preparation:

1. Grind all the ingredients.

Pire od patlidzana i paradajza (Eggplants and tomatoes puree)

Sastojci: 4 patlidzana, 400g pileceg belog mesa, 1 tikvica, 1 manji praziluk, 2 cena belog luka. 500ml sosa od paradajza, 2 paradajza, maslinovo ulje, malo tople vode.

Priprema:

1. Pripremiti patlidzan “ako pecete u rerni”.
2. Tikvicu, praziluk, beli luk i paradajz ocistiti i iseci na kocke.
3. Pilece belo meso namazati maslinovim uljem i priziti u tiganju na srednjoj temperaturi sa obe strane. Staviti na papirne ubruse da upije visak ulja. Iseci na kocke.
4. U tiganju, sipati malo maslinog ulja i proprziti beli luk i praziluk. Dodati tikvice i nastaviti sa przenjem (na srednjoj temperaturi), konstanto mesajucu dok ne omeksa povrce.
5. Dodati sredinu patlidzana. Promesati. Dodati sos od paradajza i paradajz. Naliti sa malo tople vode i promesati. Kuvati dok suvisna tecnost ne ispari. Ostaviti da se ohaldi.

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 3 paradajza, 1 komad korena celera, maslinovo ulje za przenje mesa, za preliv – sok od pola svezeg limuna, 5 kasika maslinovog ulja, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Pilece belo meso istanjiti cekicem za meso. Paradajz oljustiti, ocistiti i iseci na kocke. Koren celera oljustiti i izrendati (na krupno).
2. Pilece belo meso premazati maslinovim uljem i prziti u tiganju sa obe strane. Staviti na papirni ubrus da upije visak ulja. Iseckati na kocke.
3. Za preliv – pomesati sok od limuna, 5 kasika maslinovog ulja i so po ukusu.
4. U ciniju staviti pilece belo meso, paradajz, koren celera, preliti prelivom i promesati.

Ingredients: 400g of chicken breasts, 3 tomatoes, 1 piece of celery root, olive oil for frying meat, for the dressing – juice of half a fresh lemon, 5 tbsp olive oil, sea or Himalayan salt.

Preparation:

1. Pound chicken breast with meat hammer. Peel tomatoes, clean and cut into cubes. Peel celery root and grate (on large holes of box grater).
2.  Coat chicken breast with olive oil and fry in a pan on both sides. Put on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Cut into cubes.

4. In a bowl, put the chicken breasts, tomatoes, celery root, pour dressing and mix well.

Hrono meksicki sos od avokada (Chrono guacamole)

Sastojci: 2 zrela avokada, 2 kasike soka od limuna (svezeg), 3 kasike sitno seckanog mladog luka, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), 1 srednji zreo paradajz, 1/4 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli.

Priprema:

1. Avokado iseci na pola, izvaditi kosticu, nozem iseci na nekoliko mesta i kasicicom izvaditi “meso” avokada. Paradajzu ocistiti gornji i donji deo, preseci na pola, kasicicom izvaditi “meso” paradajza i semenke a zatim iseci na kockice.
2. Avokado izgnjeciti viljuskom. Dodati so i sok od limuna. Promesati, pa dodati mladi luk i persun. Promesati..
3. Posudu u kojoj je sos dobro pokriti/uviti plasticnom folijom i ostaviti u frizider do sluzenja.
4. Pre sluzenja dodati paradajz. Dobro promesati.

Savet: cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana, pokriveno plasticnom folijom.

Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh), 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), 1 medium sized ripe tomato, 1/4 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt.

Preparation:

1. Avocado cut in half, remove the kernel, with a knife cut in several places and with a spoon remove the “meat” of avocado. Clean tomato on the top and bottom, cut in half, and with a spoon remove the “meat” of tomato and seeds and cut into cubes.
2. Squeeze  avocados with fork. Add salt and lemon juice. Stir, then add the green onion and parsley. Combine well…

Sastojci: 300g pileceg belog mesa, 100g mladog spanaca, 3 paradajza, 150g kiselog mleka, 4 parceta hleba bez kvasca 1 ili hleb bez kvasca 2, 1 cen belog luka, 2 mlada luka, za preliv – sok od jednog limuna (svezeg), 2 kasike maslinovog ili kokosovog ulja, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Belo meso istanjiti cekicem za meso i premazati uljem. Mladi spanac oprati, otresti vodu i iscepkati na manje komade. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Beli luk oljustiti i preseci na pola. Mladi luk ocistiti i iseci na kolutove.
2. U gril tiganj staviti belo meso, na srednju temperaturu i grilovati sa obe strane dok ne bude gotovo. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseckati na kocke.
3. Hleb tostirati, natrljati belim lukom i iseci na kocke.
4. Za preliv – pomesati sok od limuna, ulje i so.
5. Pomesati sve sastojke i preliti sa prelivom. Promesati.

Ingredients: 300g of chicken breasts (boneless), 100g of baby spinach, 3 tomatoes, 150g sour milk (yogurt), 4 slices of bread without yeast 1 or bread without yeast 2 , 1 clove of garlic, 2 green onions, for the dressing – juice of one lemon (fresh), 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil, sea or Himalayan salt.

Preparation:

1. Pound chicken breasts with kitchen hammer and coat with oil. Wash baby spinach wash, shake off water and cut into strips. Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. Peel garlic and cut in half. Clean green onions and cut into slices.

Keleraba sa pilecim belim mesom (Kohlrabi with chicken breasts)

Sastojci: 4 kelerabe, 250g pileceg belog mesa, 1/2 struka praziluka, 1 kasika kokosovog ulja ili 1 kasika masti, 1 cen belog luka, 1 kasika sveze mirodjije ili 1 kasicica suve, mlaka voda, morska ili himalajska so (za kuvanje kelerabe).

Priprema:

1. Pripremiti i skuvati kelerabu.
2. Belo meso iseci na kocke. Beli luk i praziluk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
3. U tiganj, staviti ulje (mast) i pustiti da se ugreje (istopi). Dodati beli luk i praziluk i kratko proprziti. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu.
4. Dodati pilece belo meso i prziti dok meso ne promeni boju. Povremeno dolivati vodu i dinstati dok meso ne omeksa. Kad omeksa dodati kelerabu (koren i lisce) i kuvati jos par minuta.
5. Kad sva voda ispari dodati mirodjiju, promesati i skloniti sa sporeta.

Ingredients: 4 kohlrabi, 250g of chicken breasts, 1/2 waist of leek, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or 1 tablespoon of lard, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dry, lukewarm water, sea or Himalayan salt (for cooking kohlrabi).

Preparation:

1. Prepare and cook kohlrabi.
2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Clean garlic and leek and finely chop.
3. In a frying pan, put the oil (lard) and let it heat up (melt). Add garlic and leek and fry briefly. Reduce to medium temperature.
4. Add chicken breast and fry until the meat changes color. Periodically add water and cook until the meat is tender. When tender add the kohlrabi (root and leaves) and cook a few more minutes.
5. When the all water evaporates add dill, stir and remove from the stove.

Pilece kocke sa paradajzom i zacinima (Chicken cubes with tomatoes and herbs)

Sastojci: 500g pileceg belog mesa, 3 paradajza, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike persuna sitno sekcanog ili 2 kasicice suvog, 1 kasika svezeg bosiljka (sitno seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika sveze mirodjije (sitno seckane) ili 1 kasicica suve, 1 kasika sveze nane (sitno seckane), 60ml kokosovog ulja, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Paradajz oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Pilece belo meso iseci na kocke. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U tiganj sipati ulje i zagrejati. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu, dodati pilece belo meso i proprziti dok ne promeni boju.
3. Dodati paradajz i so po ukusu. Dinstati povremeno dolivajuci vodu.
4. Kad je meso gotovo i kada je sva tecnost isparila, dodati persun, bosiljak, mirodjiju i nanu. Promesati i proprziti jos minut-dva.

Savet: pilece belo meso mozete zameniti sa svinjskim ili junecim mesom.

Ingredients: 500g of chicken breasts, 3 tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped or 2 teaspoons dried, 1 tablespoon fresh basil (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon fresh dill (finely chopped) or 1 teaspoon dried , 1 tablespoon fresh mint (finely chopped), 60ml coconut oil, sea salt or Himalayan.

Preparation:

1. Wash tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Chicken breasts cut into cubes. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2. In a frying pan put oil and heat up. Reduce to medium temperature, add the chicken breasts and fry until it changes color.
3. Add tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook occasionally pouring water.
4. When the meat is done and when all the liquid has evaporated, add the parsley, basil, dill and mint. Stir and fry for another minute or two.

Tip: chicken breasts can be replaced with pork or beef meat.

Paradajz punjen kiselim mlekom (Tomatoes stuffed with sour milk)

Sastojci: 3 paradajza srednje velicine, 200ml kiselog mleka, 3-4 lista svezeg bosiljka (sitno iseckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Paradajz operite, obrisite, odsecite vrh, pa kasicicom izdubite sredinu. Posoliti pa okrenuti naopako da se iscedi.
2. Pomesati kiselo mleko i bosiljak i promesati. Zatim dodati sredinu paradajza i sjediniti.
3. Napuniti paradajz.

Predlog: mozete posluziti uz Hleb bez kvasca sa semenkama ili uz Hleb bez kvasca.

Napomena: ako koristite kupovni hleb, obavezno ga tostirajte.

Ingredients: 3 medium-sized tomatoes, 200ml sour milk, 3-4 leaves of fresh basil (finely chopped) or 1 teaspoon dried, sea or Himalayan salt.

Preparation:

1. Wash tomatoes. wipe, cut off the top, and with teaspoon scoop out the middle. Add salt, and turn it upside down to drain.
2. Mix sour milk and the basil and stir. Then add the tomatoes meat and combine well.
3. Fill tomatoes.

Suggestion: you can serve it with Bread without yeast with seeds or with Bread without yeast.

Rolnice od tikvica sa pilecim belim mesom (Zucchini rolls with chicken breasts)

Sastojci: 4 mlade tikvice, 500g pileceg belog mesa, 300g sitnog sira ili mladog sira, 3 kasike svezeg bosiljka (sitno seckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, morska ili himalajska so po ukusu, kokosovo ulje.

Priprema:

1. Tikvice oprati, odseci krajeve pa sa ljustilicom (nozem) iseci tanke listove.
2. Belo meso iseci na tanje snicle i blago istanjite sa cekicem za meso. Isecite na trake sirine tikvica.
3. Na jedan list tikvice stavite, jednu traku belog mesa, pa urolajte i krajeve pricvrstite cackalicom. Ponovite postupak dok ne potrosite materijal.
4. U tiganj stavite ulje i zagrejte. Stavite rolnice, smotana strana dole, i przite nekoliko minuta, pa okrenite i przite drugu stranu. Okrenuti na stranu gde su tikvice i peci dok ne porumene.
5. Rolnice staviti na tanjir i ostaviti da se prohlade.
6. Pomesati sitan sir, bosiljak i so i promesati. Ako koristiti mladi sir, izgnjecite ga viljuskom.
7. Odmotati rolnice i premazati sirom i ponovo urolati.

Ingredients: 4 baby zucchini, 500g of chicken breasts, 300g of cottage cheese or farmers cheese, 3 tablespoons fresh basil (finely chopped) or 2 teaspoons of dried, sea or Himalayan salt to taste, coconut oil.

Preparation:

1. Wash zucchini, cut the ends, and with vegetable peeler (knife), cut thin sheets.
2. Cut chicken breasts in thin steaks and lightly beat with a meat hammer. Cut into strips like width zucchini.
3. Put one sheet of zucchini, place strip of chicken breasts, roll it and then secure with a toothpick. Repeat the process until you have used material.

Sastojci: 200g+200g razanog brasna, 150g jecmenog brasna, 50g heljdinog brasna, 1/2 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja, 1 kasika psilijuma (ljuspice), 2 kasike susama, 400ml vode, 2 kasike soka od svezeg limuna, 4g praska za pecivo, 4g sode bikarbone, 2 kasicice suve mirodjije.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati 200g razanog brasna, jecmeno i heljdino brasno, so, psilijum, mirodjiju i susam.
2. Dodati vodu i ulje pa promesati.
3. Postepeno dodavati razano brasno (200g) i mesiti rukom dok ne dobijete glatko testo.
4. Pokriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti 6 sati da nadodje.
5. Pomesati sok od limuna prasak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati testu i premesiti testo oko 5 minuta.
6. Sto posuti sa malo razanog brasna, staviti testo i oblikovati pogacu.
7. U okruglu tepsiju staviti papir za pecenje, staviti pogacu, premazati vodom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 50-60 minuta. Pokriti folijom i peci jos 15-20 minuta.

Ingredients: 200g+200g rye flour, 150g barley flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon psyllium (husks), 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 400ml water, 2 tablespoons juice of fresh lemon, 4g baking powder, 4g of baking soda, 2 teaspoons dried dill.

Preparation:

1. Mix 200g rye flour, barley and buckwheat flour, salt, psyllium, dill and sesame seeds.
2. Add the water and oil and stir.
3. Gradually add rye flour (200g) and knead by hand until you get a smooth dough.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 6 hours to swell.
5. Mix the lemon juice, baking powder and baking soda. Add to the dough and knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle table with a little rye flour, put the dough and shape the focaccia.
7. In a round baking pan, put baking paper, put the focaccia, smear with water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 50-60 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 15-20 minutes.

 

Brušeta sa kremom od avokada (Bruschetta with avocado cream)

Sastojci: francuski hleb ili baget, 3 kašike putera (sobne temperature), prstohvat belog luka u prahu ili u granulama, 4 manja paradajza, bez semenki (iseckana na kockice), 80g mlevenog crnog luka, 4 čena mlevenog belog luka, 60g seckanog bosiljka (svežeg), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 2 kašičice sirćeta, 1/4 + 1/8 kašičice soli, 1/8 kašičice bibera, pire od jednog zrelog avokada, 2 kašičice soka od limuna, mocarela sir ili neki lako topljivi po želji.

Priprema:

1. Zagrejati rernu na 220 stepeni. Postaviti žicu na sredinu.
2. Isecite hleb na pola, a zatim narezati 1.5 do 2 cm debele komade.
3. Rastopiti maslac i dodati beli luk. Promešati.
4. Na pleh staviti papir za pečenje.
5. Premazati svaki komad hleba (obe strane) puterom i poređati na pleh. Peći 10 minuta, s tim što nakon 5 minuta okrenite na drugu stranu. Ostaviti da se ohladi 5 minuta.
6. U činiju staviti paradajz, crni luk, beli luk, bosiljak, maslinovo ulje, sirće, 1/4 kašičice soli i biber i sve blago promešati.
7. U pire od avokada dodati sok od limuna i 1/8 kašičice soli. Promešati.
8. Svako parče hleba premazati pireom od avokada.

Ingredients: French bread or baguette, 3 tablespoons butter (room temperature), a pinch of garlic powder or granules, 4 small tomatoes, without seeds (cut into cubes), 80g minced onion, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 60g chopped basil (fresh), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, one mashed ripe avocado, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, mozzarella or other yellow cheese that melts easily.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 220 C degrees. Place the wire rack in the middle.
2. Cut the bread in half, then slice 1.5 to 2 cm thick pieces.
3. Melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir.
4. On a baking sheet put baking paper.

Spagete od tikvica sa Bolonjeze sosom (Zucchini spaghetti with Bolognese sauce)

Nacin 1:

Sastojci: 3 tikvice, Bolonjeze sos ili Bolonjeze sos 2.

Priprema:

1. Tikvice oprati i obrisati. Odseci krajeve, preseci na pola i izvaditi sredinu. Ljustilicom za krompir, iseci na tanke listove, a potom iseci nozem na rezanca.

2. U serpu, sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca, na srednjoj temperaturi. U drugu serpu staviti hladnu vodu. Spustiti rezanca u vrelu vodu i kuvati 2-3 minuta. Prebaciti rezanca u hladnu vodu, da se zaustavi kuvanje.
3. Ocediti rezanca. Na 1-2 papirna ubrusa staviti rezanca i pokupiti visak vode sa 1-2 druga papirna ubrusa.
4. Spagete (rezanca) od tikvica preliti Bolonjeze sosom.

Nacin 2:

Sastojci: 3 tikvice, 1 1/2 kasike kokosovog ulja, 90ml tople vode,  Bolonjeze sos ili Bolonjeze sos 2.

Priprema:

1. Tikvice oprati i obrisati. Odseci krajeve, preseci na pola i izvaditi sredinu. Ljustilicom za krompir, iseci na tanke listove, a potom iseci nozem na rezanca.

Napomena: ako nemate ljustilicu za krompir, nozem iseci na tanke listove, a potom iseci nozem na rezanca.

2. U tiganju, na srednjoj temperaturi ugrejati ulje. Dodati rezanca i proprziti 1 minut konstatno mesajuci. Dodati vodu i kuvati dok tikvice ne omeksaju, oko 6-7 minuta.
3. Ocediti rezanca. Na 1-2 papirna ubrusa staviti rezanca i pokupiti visak vode sa 1-2 druga papirna ubrusa.
4. Spagete (rezanca) od tikvica preliti Bolonjeze sosom.

Way 1:

Ingredients: 3 zucchini, Bolognese sauce or Bolognese sauce 2.

Bolonjeze sos (Bolognese sauce)

Sastojci: 350g nemasnog juneceg mlevenog mesa, 2 stabljike celera, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 80g pancete, 100ml crvenog suvog vina, 550-700ml junece ili pilece supe, 3 kasike paradajz pirea, morska ili himalajska so, 200ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Celer i pancetu iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpu zagrejati ulje na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodali celer i beli luk i prziti dok ne omeksa, oko 7-8 minuta.
3. Dodati mleveno meso i pancetu i prziti dok ne postane braon oko 15 minuta.
4. Dodati vino i prokuvati 1 minut stalno mesajuci.
5. Dodati 550ml supe i paradajz pire i promesati da se sjedini. Smanjiti na nisku temperaturu (2) i krckati oko sat i po, povremeno mesajuci. Posoliti po ukusu. Promesati.
6. U serpicu zagrejati vodu. Postepeno dodavati vodu sosu. Delimicno poklopiti i krckati na niskoj temperaturi dok sos ne upije vodu, oko 45 minuta.
7. Ostaviti da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi (ne pokrivati). Sipati u teglu, zatvoriti poklopcem i cuvati u frizideru 2 dana.

Napomena: ako zelite redji sos dodajte preostalih 150ml supe, koji se dodaje u koraku 6.

Ingredients: 350g lean beef minced meat, 2 stalks of celery, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 80g pancetta, 100ml dry red wine, 550-700ml beef or chicken stock, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, sea or Himalayan salt to taste, 200ml water.

Preparation:

1. Chop celery and pancetta. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2. In pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add celery and garlic and fry until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and pancetta and fry until brown about 15 minutes.
4. Add the wine and boil 1 minute constantly stirring.
5. Add 550ml of stock and tomato paste and stir to blend. Reduce to a low temperature (2) and simmer for about an hour and a half, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
6. In small saucepan, warm water. Gradually add water to the sauce. Partially cover and simmer on low heat until the sauce absorbed water, about 45 minutes.
7. Leave to cool at room temperature (do not cover). Pour into a jar, close the lid and refrigerate for 2 days.

Note: if you want thin sauce, add the remaining 150ml of stock, which is added in step 6.

Hrono podloga za picu (Chrono pizza crust)

Sastojci: 150g speltinog brasna, 100g razanog brasna + jos malo za posipanje, prstohvat morske soli, 5g praska za pecivo, 165ml mlake vode, kokosovo ulje.

Priprema:

1. Prosejati speltino i razano brasno. U plasticnu ciniju pomesati speltino i razano brasno, prasak za pecivo i so. Dobro sjediniti.
2. Postepeno dodajuci vodu, mesite testo rukom. Ako je testo lepljivo dodati jos malo speltinog brasna.
3. Oblikovati loptu i ostaviti da stoji 10 minuta.
4. Mesite testo jos 5 minuta.
5. Testo podeliti na dve lopte. Na posluzavnik staviti papir za pecenje, posuti speltinim brasna, staviti obe lopte i pokriti vlaznom kuhinjskom krpom. Ostaviti 1 sat na toplom.
6. Jednu loptu rukama istanjite u krug tako da krajevi ostanu malo deblji..
7. Pleh premazati uljem i posuti brasnom. Staviti podlogu.
8. Filovati picu prema receptu i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 230 C 10-12 minuta.

Ingredients: 150g spelt flour, 100g rye flour + some more for sprinkling, a pinch of sea salt, 5g baking powder, 165ml lukewarm water, coconut oil.

Preparation:

1. Sift spelt and rye flour. In a plastic bowl, combine spelt and rye flour, baking powder and salt. Combine well.
2. Gradually add water, kneading the dough by hand. If the dough is sticky add a little more spelt flour.
3. Form the ball and let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Knead the dough for another 5 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into two balls. On the tray put baking paper, sprinkle spelt flour, put two balls and cover with a damp kitchen towel. Allow to stand for 1 hour at warm.

Pesto sos sa bosiljkom (Pesto sauce with basil)

Sastojci: 2 solje lisca bosiljka (svezeg), 250g oraha (seckanih), 1-2 cena belog luka, 100ml maslinovog ulja, 50g parmezan sira, so po ukusu.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati parmezan i so. Beli luk oljustiti.
2. U blender, staviti bosiljak, orahe, beli luk i blendirati 1 minut.
3. Iz dva puta sipati po malo ulja (oko 50ml) i blendirati po 15 sekundi.
4. Dodati mesavinu parmezana i soli i blendirati dok ne postane kremasto.

Ingredients: 2 cups of basil leaves (fresh), 250g walnuts (chopped), 1-2 cloves garlic, 100ml of olive oil, 50g Parmesan cheese, salt to taste.

Preparation:

1. Mix Parmesan and salt. Peel garlic.
2. In a blender, put the basil, walnuts, garlic and blend 1 minute.
3. At two times, pour a little oil (about 50ml) and blend 15 seconds.
4. Add mixture of Parmesan cheese and salt and blend until creamy.

Hleb bez kvasca sa semenkama (Bread without yeast with seeds)

Sastojci: 250g graham brasna, 150g razanog brasna, 150 heljdinog brasna, 400-500ml mlake vode, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike suncokreta, 2 kasike semenki bundeve, 2 kasike susama, 100ml maslinovog ulja, 1 kasicica kumina, 1 kasicica belog luka u granulama,  1/2 kasicice jodirane soli.

Predlog: mozete napraviti hleb bez kvasca od integralnog graham brasna.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve suve sastojke.
2. Dodati vodu (400ml) i ulje i sjediniti sastojke ili drvenom varjacom ili mikserom.
3. U pleh za hleb staviti papir za pecenje,
4. Posuti brasno na sto, sipati testo i lagano premesiti. Ako je potrebno (ako je retko) dodajte jos vode.
5. Stavite testo u pleh. Pokriti folijom
6. Peci u nezagrejanoj rerni na 230 C oko sat vremena, ili dok cackalica koji ste stavili u sredinu ne izadje cista.
7. Hleb ostaviti da se ohladi pa umotati u cistu kuhinjsku krpu.

Ingredients: 250g graham flour, 150g rye flour, 150g buckwheat flour, 400-500ml warm water, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 100ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic granules, 1/2 teaspoon of iodized salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add water (400ml) and oil and combine ingredients with wooden spoon or mixer.
3. In baking pan for bread place baking paper.
4. Sprinkle flour on the table, pour the dough and gently knead. If necessary, add more water.
5. Place the dough in a baking pan. Cover with foil.
6. Bake in unheated oven at 230 C for about an hour, or until toothpick that you put in the middle comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool then wrap in a clean kitchen towel.

Suggestion: you can make bread without yeast with integral graham flour.
