Uzina 1 – 1 banana + 14 badema.

Uzina 2 – 2 manje jabuke + 14 oraha.

Uzina 3 – 100g borovnica + 14 indisjkih oraha.

Snack 1 – 1 banana + 14 almonds.

Snack 2 – 2 smaller apples + 14 walnuts.

Snack 3 – 100g blueberries + 14 cashews.

Dezert sa mladim sirom i vocem (Dessert with farmer cheese and fruit)

Sastojci: 100g muslija (mlevenog), 50g mlevenih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bdemi, pistaci), 50g margarina (otopljenog), 2 kasike rogaca, za krem – 300g mladog sira, 200g grckog jogurta, 300ml kisele pavlake, 60g secera u prahu, 1 kasika soka od svezeg limuna, 300g voca (jagode, maline, kupine, borovnice, brusnice).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati musli, orasaste plodove, margarin i rogac. Staviti u okrugli pleh. Staviti u zamrzivac na 1 sat.
2) Mladi sir izgnjeciti i pomesati sa jogurtom, kiselom pavlakom, secerom, sokom od limuna. Umutiti mikserom.
3) Dodati voce i promesati. Sipati preko kore i drzati u frizideru 2 sata.

Ingredients: 100g muesli (ground), 50g ground nuts (walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), 50g butter (dissolved), 2 tablespoons of carob, for cream – 300g of farmer cheese, 200g of greek yogurt, 300ml of sour cream, 60g of powdered fresh lemon juice, 300g fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries).

Preparation:
1) Mix the muesli, nuts, butter and carob. Put in a round baking tray. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
2) Mash the farmer cheese and mix with yogurt, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice. Mix with a hand mixer.
3) Add fruit and stir. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Makaron kolacici (Macaroons)

Sastojci: 3 belanca, 50g secera, 200g secera u prahu, 100g mlevenih badema ili lesnika, boja za kolace, za fil – 40ml kondezovamog mleka, 100g mlevenih badema ili lesnika, boja za kolace.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom ali da ne bude previse cvrsto.
2) Pomesati badem i secer u prahu i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Podeliti na toliko delova koliko imate boja. Istiskivati krugove na papir za pecenje i ostaviti 30 minuta.
3) Peci na 160 C oko 7 do 10 minuta.

Kuglice s pivom i orasima (Beer and walnuts balls)

Sastojci: 800g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml piva, 200ml ulja, 350g secera, 200g badema ili lesnika, 250g melevenih oraha, 10g praska za pecivo, za sirup – 400g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 300ml vode, 2 kasike soka od limuna, mleveni orasi.

Priprema:
1) U brasno staviti prasak za pecivo i secer. Promesati.
2) Dodati pivo, ulje i mlevene orahe i promesati. Trebda dobijete gusce testo (srednje tvrso).
3) Na povrsinu sa malo brasno umesiti testo. Praviti kuglice. U svaku kuglicu staviti po jedan badem ili lesnik.

Vocna salama (Fruit salami)

Sastojci: 450g mlevenog keksa, 3 jaja (umucena), 100g oraha (seckanih), 100g badema ili lesnika (seckanih), 450g suvog voca (suve smokve, suve sljive, suve kajsije, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje), 200g secera, 300g margarina, 100g cokolade (na kockice), 1 list oblande (veliki).

Priprema:
1) U serpi na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti margarina sa secerom. Dodati jaja i cokoladu u kuvati nekoliko minuta. Dodati keks i dobro promesati. Skloniti sa sporeta.

Badem kolacici sa limunom (Almond cookies with lemon)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 500g margarina, 5 jaja,180g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, sok i kora od jednog limuna, dzem, badem (po duzini seceni na pola).

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Penasto umutiti belanca.
2) U ciniji pomesati brasno, margarin, vanilin secer i zumanca. Dodat koru i sok od limuna i dobro promesati.
3) Na povrsinu sa malo brasna razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm Vecom casom vaditi krugove dva puta. Casicom vaditi manje krugove na vecim krugovima jednom, tako praveci krugove sa otvorom.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati testo bez otvora. Namazati dzemom. Staviti krug sa otvorom. Namazati belancima. Zalepiti bademe.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 500g margarine, 5 eggs, 180g powdered sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, lemon juice and peel, jam, almond (cut lengthwise in half).

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Mix the margarine with powdered sugar until foamy. Whsk egg whites until foamy.
2) Mix flour, margarine, vanilla sugar and egg yolks in a bowl. Add the peel and lemon juice and stir well.
3) On a surface with a little flour, develop a dough 0.5 cm thick. With a big glass remove the circles, twice. With small glass, remove smaller circles on larger circles, once, making circles with an opening. Continue reading

Punjena bombonjera (Stuffed chocolates)

Sastojci: 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 250g gi puter, 150g secera u prahu, rum, visnje, 100g badema.

Priprema:
1) Gi puter iseci na kocke. Cisnje potopiti u rum (ili razblazen rum) i ostaviti 1 sat.
2) Na pari, na srednjoj temperatuiri (4) otopiti cokoladu. Dodati gi puter i secer u prahu i mesati da se sve sjedini. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3) Sipati u modle za cokoladu do pola. Staviti visnju pa preliti. Na vrh staviti po jedan badem.

Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate (dark chocolate), 250g ghee butter, 150g powdered sugar, rum, sour cherries (pitted), 100g almonds.

Preparation:
1) Cut the ghee butter into cubes. Soak the sour cherries in rum (or diluted rum) and leave for 1 hour.
2) Melt the chocolate at medium temperature (4 over steam). Add ghee butter and powdered sugar and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly.
3) Pour into chocolate molds halfway through. Put the sour cherry and pour. Put one almond on top.

Domaci musli (Homemade muesli)

Sastojci: kinoa, 250g ovsenih pahuljica (i/ili psenicne i/ili razane), 2 kasike susama, miks semenki – 1 kasika semenki lana, 2 kasike semenkli bundeve, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike cia semenki, 3 kasike kakao zrna, 250g seckanih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci), 250g seckanog suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve), 5 urmi (bez kostica).

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou.
2) U serpicu sipati ovsene pahuljice i preliti sa vodom. Kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta. Ocediti. Ako necete da kuvate pahuljice, mozete da ih sameljete u blenderu u prah.

Hleb bez glutena sa ovsenim pahuljicama (Bread without gluten with oat flakes)

Sastojci: 400g ovsenih pahuljica, 5 kasika susama, 185g semenki lana + 5 kasika mlevenog lana, 120g badema (sirovih sa ljuskom), 300g semenki suncokreta, prstohvat soli, 5 kasika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 500ml destilovane ili prokuvane vode.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti ovsene pahiljice, susam, semenke lana, mleveni lan, badem, semenke sucokreta i so.
2) Dodati kokosovo ulje i vodu i promesati.
3) Sipati u pleh za hleb oblozen papirom za pecenje. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 190 C.

Ingredients: 400g of oat flakes, 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 185g of flax seeds + 5 tablespoons of ground flax, 120g of almonds (raw with husk), 300g of sunflower seeds, a pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (dissolved), 500ml of distilled or boiled water.

Preparation:
1) Put oat flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, ground flax, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt into the bowl.
2) Add the coconut oil and water and stir.
3) Pour into bread pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C.

Tiramisu sa kokosovim mlekom i lucuma prahom (Tiramisu with coconut milk and lucuma powder)

Sastojci: domaci keks, 150g indijskog oraha, 100g badema, 100g lesnika, 100g oraha, 50g pistaca, 6 kasika lucuma praha, 250ml mleka od badema (ne zasladjenog), 400ml kokosovog mleka (iz frizidera), 2 kasike meda, oko 300ml skuvane i procedjene turske kafe (hladne), 2 kasike rogaca u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Indijske orahe, bademe i lesnike preliti prokljucalom vodom i ostaviti 3 sata. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti indijske orahe, bademe, lesnike i orahe i usitiniti sa mlekom od badema i med. Sipati u ciniju i staviti u frizider.
3) U ciniju staviti kokosovo mleko i mutiti stapnim ili rucnim mikserom dok se ne zgusne. Dodati postepeno lucuma prah i dalje mutiti, oko 10 minuta.
4) Dodati krem od indijskih oraha i promesati dobro. Podeliti na dva dela.

Nepecene rogac stanglice sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (No baking carob bars with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 4 kasike rogaca, 500g suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suve brusnice i urme), 300g orasastih plodova (badem, orasi, lesnici, indijski orah, pistaci, 1 kasika soka od pomorandze, rendana kora jedne pomorandze, 2 kasike kakao zrna, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog).

Priprema:
1) Suvo voce i orassaste plodove iseckati.
2) Suvo voce preliti vrucom vodom i ostaviti 15 minuta. Ocediti.
3) U blender staviti 125g orasastih plodova i usitiniti oko 2 minuta.
4) Dodati suvo voce i blendirati jos 3 minuta.

Pirinac sa vinom i cikorijom (Rice with wine and chicory)

Sastojci: 300g pirinca, 2 sargarepe, 100g badema, 850ml supe, 125ml belog vina, 125ml mleka, 1 crni luk, 3 cena belog luka, rendana kora jednog limuna, 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 50g lista cikorije, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Pirinac dobro oprati i ocediti.
2) Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Bademe iseci. Celer oljustiti i ostaviti u komadu. Sargarepu oljutiti i iseci na kockice.
3) Zagrejati ringlu na nisku temperaturu (2). Dodati bademe i proprziti povremeno mesajuci oko 5 minuta. Izvaditi iz serpe i ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) U serpu staviti maslinovo ulje. Kad se zagreje na srednju temperaturu (4), dodati crni luk i prziti dok ne postane zlatno braon. Dodati beli luk i sargarepu i prziti dok ne pusti miris.

Nepecen kolac od indijskog oraha (Non-baked cashews cake)

Sastojci: za koru – 280g badema, 190g lanenog semena u prahu, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 1 1/2 kasike meda, prstohvat soli, za fil – 190g indijskog oraha + 190ml vode, 190g rogaca, 8 kasika mlevenih lesnika, 2 kasike meda, 80g kakao zrna, 190ml kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 2 kasike cia semenki, 250g bobicastog voca po zelji.

Priprema:
1) Staviti indijski orah u vodu i ostaviti 3 sata. Procediti.
2) U blender staviti bademe i usitniti. Dodati laneno seme, kokosovo ulje, med i so i blendati jos 5 minuta.
3) U pleh sa pomerajucim stranicama staviti koru od badema i pristisnuti prstima da poravnate. Staviti u zamrzivac na 30 minuta.

Med sa suvim vocem za jacanje imuniteta (Honey with dried fruits to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g oraha (celi ili polovine, ne mleveni), 150g suvih kajsija, 150g suvih sljiva, 100g suvih smokava, 200g badema, 150g suvog grozdja, sok i kora od 3 veca limuna.

Priprema:
1) Limun dobro oprati. Iscediti sok. Orahe i bademe iseckati. Suve sljive potopiti u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti suve kajsije, suve smokve i suvo grozdje i koru od limuna. Samleti.
3) U teglu sipati smesu suvog voca, suve sljive, bademe i orahe. Preliti sokom limuna i promesati. Dodati med i dobro promesati.
4) Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi na tamnom mestu 2 dana. Zatim drzati u frizideru.
5) Za decu stariju od 4 godine – 1 kasicica dva puta na dan. Za odrasle – 1 kasika tri puta na dan.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Suvo voce i orasasti plodovi u medu.

Ingredients: 600g honey, 300g walnuts (whole or half, not ground), 150g dried apricots, 150g prunes, 100g dried figs, 200g almonds, 150g raisins, juice and peel of 3 larger lemons.

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon well. Squeeze the juice. Chop walnuts and almonds. Soak the prunes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain.
2) Put dried apricots, dried figs and raisins and lemon peel in a blender. Blend well.
3) Put a mixture of dried fruits, prunes, almonds and walnuts into a jar. Pour over the lemon juice and stir. Add honey and stir well.
4) Leave at room temperature at dark place for 2 days. Then store in the refrigerator.
5) For children older than 4 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day. For adults – 1 kasika three times a day.

Suggestion: you can make Dried fruits and nuts in honey.

Vocni frape protiv celulita (Fruit frappe against cellulite)

Sastojci: 300ml jogurta ili grckog jogurta, 250g jagoda ili malina ili kupina ili borovnica ili brusnica (suvih), 1 banana, sok od pola svezeg limuna, 5 kom badema, 1 cm korena djumbira (oljusten, iseckan na kolutove), 1/2 kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:
1) U blender sipati jogurt. Dodati jagode ili maline ili kupine ili borovnice ili brusnice, bananu, bademe, djumbir i cimet i napraviti frape.
2) Frape odmah popiti.

Ingredients: 300ml buttermilk or greek yogurt, 250g strawberries or raspberries or blackberries or blueberries or cranberries (dried), 1 banana, juice from 1/2 fresh lemon, 5 almonds, 1 cm ginger root (peeled, cut into rings), 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Pour in the buttermilk or greek yogurt in blender. Add strawberries or raspberries or blackberries or blueberries or cranberries, banana, almonds, ginger and cinnamon and make a frappe.
2) Drink frappe immediately.

Zamena za prezle (Substitute for bread crumbs)

Sastojci: 200g badema, 150g semenki od bundeve, 150g semenki od suncokreta.

Priprema:

1. Samleti sve sastojke.

Ingredients: 200g of almonds, 150g of pumpkin seeds, 150g of sunflower seeds.

Preparation:

1. Grind all the ingredients.

Amaretto liker od badema (Amaretto almond liqueur)

Sastojci: 120g suvih kajsija, 185ml flasirane ili preciscene vode, 500ml votke, 500g krupno seckanih badema, 230ml rakije, 60g krupno seckanih suvih tresanja ili visanja, za sirup – 120g zutog secera, 120g secera, 120ml flasirane ili preciscene vode, 120ml votke, 120ml rakije, 2 kasicice ekstrakta od badema, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od vanile, platnena bebi pelena ili veca gaza, papirni filter za kafu.

Priprema:

1. U vecu teglu sa poklopcem, sipati vodu i dodati suve kajsije. Zatvoriti i ostaviti da stoji 3 sata.
2. Dodati votku, bademe, rakiju i tresnje (ili visnje). Zatvoriti i dobro protresti.
3. Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi, na mracnom mestu mesec dana. Svake nedelje teglu dobro protresti.
4. Cediljku staviti na ciniju. Platnenu bebi pelenu (ili vecu gazu) staviti preko cediljke. Sipati sastojke iz tegle. Uzeti sva cetiri kraja pelene, jednom rukom drzati krajeve pelene, a drugom uhvatiti sastojke i uvrtati, da se ocedi. Cediti preko cediljke u ciniju.
5. Tecnost sacuvati a pelenu i sastojke baciti.
6. Isprati cediljku. Uzeti drugu ciniju i na nju staviti cediljku. U cediljku staviti filter za kafu i sipati sacuvanu tecnost. Ostaviti da se cedi oko 5 sati.
7. Skloniti cediljku a filter baciti.
8. Izmeriti tecnost. Trebalo bi da imate izmedju 430 i 500ml.
9. Za sirup – u serpicu sipati vodu, dodati zuti i beli secer. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi, mesajuci dok se secer ne istopi, oko 5 minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi.
10. U procedjenu tecnost, dodati votku, rakiju, ekstrakt od badema i vanile. Dobro promesati.
11. Dodati pola sirupa od secera i probati liker. Zavisi koliko slatko volite, mozete dodati jos malo ili sav sirup. Dobro promesati.
12. Sipati u flasu ili manje flasice, dobro zatvoriti i cuvati na sobnoj temperaturi, na mracnom mestu do 6 meseci.

Ingredients: 120g dried apricots, 185ml bottled or purified water, 500ml of vodka, 500g coarsely chopped almonds, 230ml brandy, 60g coarsely chopped dried cherries or sour cherries, for syrup – 120g brown sugar, 120g sugar (granulated), 120ml bottled or purified water, 120ml of vodka, 120ml brandy, 2 teaspoons almond extract, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, baby cloth diaper or larger gauze, paper filter for coffee.

Preparation:

1. In a larger jar with a tight lid, pour water and add the dried apricots. Close and let stand for 3 hours.
2. Add the vodka, almonds, brandy and cherries (or sour cherries). Close and shake well.
3. Leave at room temperature at dark place for a month. Every week, shake well jar again.
4. In the bowl put strainer. Baby cloth diaper (or bigger gauze) put over strainer. Pour ingredients from jar. Take all four corners of the diaper with one hand and hold the end of the diaper with another, and twist to drain. Drain through strainer into a bowl.
5. Save liquid and throw diaper and the ingredients.
6. Rinse strainer. Put strainer over another bowl. In the strainer put coffee filter and pour saved liquid. Leave to drain for about 5 hours.
7. Remove the strainer and throw filter.
8. Measure liquid. You should have between 430 and 500ml.
9. For the syrup – in small saucepan, pour water, add brown and white sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from stove and allow to cool.
10. In the filtered liquid, add vodka, brandy, almond and vanilla extract. Mix well.
11. Add half of the sugar syrup and taste the liquor. It depends on how sweet you like, you can add some more or all of the syrup. Mix well.
12. Pour into a bottle or smaller bottles, seal and store at room temperature in a dark place for up to 6 months.

Tuniski puding sa orasastim vocem (Tunisian pudding with dried nuts)

Sastojci: 600g ostrog brasna, 400g meda, 300ml vode, 80g lesnika, 80g badema, 80g oraha, 1,5 L mleka.

Priprema:
1) Iseckati lesnike, bademe i orahe.
2) Pomesati brasno i 750ml mleka.
3) U serpu sipajte 750ml mleka i i pustite da provri. Dodati vodu, med i na kraju mesavinu mleka i brasna. Kuvati uz konstantno mesanje, drvenom varjacom dok se krem ne zgusne.
4) Sipati u cinijice i posuti lesnicima, bademima i orasima.

Predlog: ovaj puding mozete posluziti posle Tuniske corbe od jogurta i spanaca.

Ingredients: 600g sharp flour, 400g of honey, 300 ml of water, 80g hazelnuts, 80g almonds, 80g walnuts, 1.5 liters of milk.

Preparation:
1) Chop hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.
2) Mix the flour and 750ml milk.
3) in a saucepan, pour 750ml milk and let it boil. Add water, honey and finally a mixture of milk and flour. Cook with constant stirring, with a wooden spoon until the cream thickens.
4) Pour into a bowls and sprinkle with hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.

Suggestion: you can serve this pudding after Tunisian buttermilk and spinach chowder.

Sremska torta (Sremska cake)

Sastojci: 5 jaja, 120g secera, 100g+50g mlevenih badema, 1 kasika griza, za krem: 2 zumanca, 2 kasike secera, 70g margarina.

Priprema:

1) Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od belanaca. Penasto umutiti belanca. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom. Dodati 100g badema i belanca.

2) Pleh namazati margarinom, posuti brasnom, sipati masu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C. Kad se ohladi preseci na pola.

3) Kuvati zumanca sa secerom konstantno mesajuci sve dok se ne zgusne. Ohladiti pa dodati penasto umucen margarin.

4) Staviti prvi deo torte, premazati kremom, preko staviti drugi deo torte i opet premazati kremom. Posuti sa 50g badema.

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 120g sugar, 100g + 50g ground almonds, 1 tablespoon semolina, for cream: 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar, 70g of margarine.

Preparation:

1) Carefully separate the yolk from the egg whites. Whisk egg whites until fluffy and foamy. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Add 100g of almonds and egg whites.

2) Line baking sheet, brush with margarine, sprinkle with flour, pour the mass and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C. After cooling cut in half.

3) Cook egg yolks with sugar constantly stirring until it thickens. Cool and add well mixed margarine.

4) Place the first part of the cake, spread the cream, put over another part of the cake and cover with cream. Sprinkle with 50g of almonds.

Refresh Your Complexion

Clean Face
Stir 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel, 2 teaspoons corn flour, 6 teaspoons of ground almonds and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Apply to face and gently massage in circular motions. Then rinse with lukewarm water, wipe your face and apply moisturizing cream.
For Better Skin Circulation

2 tablespoons of buttermilk mix with fresh lemon or orange juice, a spoon of honey and a spoon of corn flour. Gently massage in on face, hold for 20 minutes and rinse with chamomile tea. Then apply cream to the face.
