Vocni parfe sa grckim jogurtom (Fruit parfait with greek yogurt)

Sastojci: 4 kajsije (na kockice), 2 breskve (na kockice), 500ml grckog jogurta, 3 kasike meda, 1 kasika cia semenki, 150g muslija.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti grcki jogurt i musli. Ostaviti da stoji 2 sata.
2) Dodati kajsije i breskve i promesati.
3) Dodati med i cia semenke i promesati.

Ingredients: 4 apricots (cubed), 2 peaches (cubed), 500ml greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 150g of muesli.

Preparation:
1) Put greek yogurt and muesli in the bowl. Allow to stand for 2 hours.
2) Add apricots and peaches and stir.
3) Add honey and chia seeds and stir.

Sirup od breskve (Peach syrup)

Sastojci: obican sirup, 250g breskvi (iseckane na kockice).

Priprema:

1. Skuvati obican sirup.
2. U ciniji izgnjeciti breskve viljuskom.
3. Dodati vreo sirup, promesati i ostaviti pola sata.
4. Procediti kroz cediljku. Cvrsti deo breskve baciti.
5. Moze se cuvati u staklenoj tegli do dve nedelje.

Ingredients: simple syrup, 250g peaches (chopped into cubes).

Preparation:

1. Cook simple syrup.
2. In a bowl squeeze peaches with fork.
3. Add hot syrup, stir and leave for half an hour.
4. Strain through the strainer. Discard peach solids. .
5. Can be stored in a glass jar for up to two weeks.

Rolnice od prsute sa breskvama (Prosciutto rolls with peaches)

Sastojci: 12 vecih tanjih reznjeva prsute, 5 breskvi, 12 oraha, pera vlasca, 1 struck celera, maslinovo ulje, sok od limuna.

Priprema:
1) Celer ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Breskve oljustiti i iseci na kriske. Orahe isecite na cetvrtine. Sve pomesati i zaciniti maslinovim uljem i sokom od limuna.
2) Staviti ovu masu na prsutu i urolati.

Ingredients: 12 large thin lobes prosciutto, 5 peaches, 12 walnuts, chives, 1 bunch celery, olive oil, lemon juice.

Preparation:
1) Clean celery and finely chopp. Peel peach and slice. Cut walnuts in quarters. Combine all and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
2) Put this paste on prosciutto and roll in.

Priprema voca za sokove

1) Voce pazljivo odaberite da bude zrelo ali jedro, operite ga i stavite da se potpuno ocedi od vode.
2) Jagode i maline ocistite od lisca, sljivama povadite kostice, visnjama takodje.
3) Breskve i kajsije oljustite od ljuske pa i njima povadite kostice, sa dinje i lubenice skinite koru, oslobodite ih od kostica, isecite u komade zeljene velicine.
4) Kruske oljustite, povadite im jezgro, rasecite ih na 4 dela pa ih desetak minuta prokuvajte u zasladjenoj vodi. Vreme racunajte od momenta kljucanja sirupa.
5) Ukoliko ostavljate kompot od ananasa, ocistite ga od kore, izvadite drvenasto jezgro, pa ga isecite na duguljaste komade duzine 3 cm a sirine 1 cm.

Priprema vocnih sokova (Preparation of fruit juices)

Sastojci: voce po potrebi i zelji (jagode, maline, sljive, breskve, kajsije, kruske), na 1 l soka 500g secera (kristal).

Priprema:
1) Ocistiti i oprati voce, povaditi kostice i izgnjeciti ga. To je najbolje raditi u staklenom ili porcelanskom sudu ukoliko nemate masinu za cedjenje.
2) Sok ocediti pa dodati secer.
3) Tako pripremljen sok kuvati najakoj vatri.

Napomena: ukoliko se sok brze ukuva utoliko ima lepsu boju i prirodniji miris.

Ingredients: fruits as needed and desired (strawberries, raspberries, plums, peaches, apricots, pears), 1 liter juice 500g sugar (crystal).

Preparation:
1) Clean and wash the fruit, remove the pits and mash it. This is best done in a glass or porcelain container if you do not have a juicer.
2) Drain the juice and add the sugar.
3) Cook the juice on the high heat.

Note: if the juice is boiled quickly it has a nicer color and a more natural smell.
