Cokoladni krem sa kestenom (Chestnut chocolate cream)

Sastojci: 300g kesten pirea, 100g secera, 100g margarina, 100g cokolade, 100g mlevenih oraha, 2 kasike ruma.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom. Cokoladu otopiti na pari.
2) Pomesati kesten pire, margarin, cokoladu, orahe i rum.
3) sipati u cinijice i ostaviti u frizider.

Ingredients: 300g chestnut puree, 100g sugar, 100g margarine, 100g chocolate, 100g ground walnuts, 2 tablespoons of rum.

Preparation:
1) Mix the margarine with sugar until foam. Dissolve the chocolate over steam.
2) Mix chestnut puree, margarine, chocolate, walnuts and rum.
3) Pour into small bowls and refrigerate.

Vocna salama (Fruit salami)

Sastojci: 450g mlevenog keksa, 3 jaja (umucena), 100g oraha (seckanih), 100g badema ili lesnika (seckanih), 450g suvog voca (suve smokve, suve sljive, suve kajsije, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje), 200g secera, 300g margarina, 100g cokolade (na kockice), 1 list oblande (veliki).

Priprema:
1) U serpi na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti margarina sa secerom. Dodati jaja i cokoladu u kuvati nekoliko minuta. Dodati keks i dobro promesati. Skloniti sa sporeta.

Punjena bombonjera (Stuffed chocolates)

Sastojci: 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 250g gi puter, 150g secera u prahu, rum, visnje, 100g badema.

Priprema:
1) Gi puter iseci na kocke. Cisnje potopiti u rum (ili razblazen rum) i ostaviti 1 sat.
2) Na pari, na srednjoj temperatuiri (4) otopiti cokoladu. Dodati gi puter i secer u prahu i mesati da se sve sjedini. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3) Sipati u modle za cokoladu do pola. Staviti visnju pa preliti. Na vrh staviti po jedan badem.

Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate (dark chocolate), 250g ghee butter, 150g powdered sugar, rum, sour cherries (pitted), 100g almonds.

Preparation:
1) Cut the ghee butter into cubes. Soak the sour cherries in rum (or diluted rum) and leave for 1 hour.
2) Melt the chocolate at medium temperature (4 over steam). Add ghee butter and powdered sugar and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly.
3) Pour into chocolate molds halfway through. Put the sour cherry and pour. Put one almond on top.

Medeno srce (Honey hearts)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 500ml mleka, 80g secera, 250g meda, 100ml ulja, 20g sode bikarbonem, 200g dzema od kajsija, 100g cokolade + 20g gi putera.

Priprema:
1) U serpicu staviti mleko da prokljuca na srednju temperaturu (4). Dodati secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati med i mesati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) U vanglu pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati mleko sa medom i dzem i dobro promesati. Pokriti i ostaviti 1 sat.
3) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C. Kad se ohladi vaditi srca modlama ili seci na kocke.
4) Otopiti cokoladu sa gi puterom na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
5) Umakati u otopljenu cokoladu. Poredjati na posluzavnik oblozen papirom za pecenje i ostaviti da se stegne.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 500ml milk, 80g sugar, 250g honey, 100ml oil, 20g baking soda, 200g apricot jam, 100g chocolate + 20g ghee butter.

Preparation:
1) Put the milk in a pot and let it boil over medium heat (4). Add the sugar and mix to dissolve. Add honey and mix to dissolve. Allow to cool.
2) Mix flour and baking soda into the bowl. Add milk with honey and jam and mix well. Cover and leave for 1 hour.

Princes krofne (Princesses donuts)

Sastojci: 190g ostrog brasna, 3 jaja, 150ml ulja, 150ml vode, za fil – 1.5 L mleka, 375g margarina ili gi putera, 350g secera, 125g ostrog brasna, 120g vanila pudinga u prahu, za preliv od cokolade – 180g margarina, 100g cokolade, 5 kasicica rogaca u prahu, 12 kasika mleka, 5 kasika secera;

Priprema:
1) U serpu staviti vodu i ulje i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati brasno i mesati drvenom kasikom tj, gnjeciti tako da razbijete grudvice brasna. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) Prebaciti u ciniju pa dodati 1 jaje pa mutiti mikserom dok se ne sjedini. Ponosviti postupak za preostala jaja.
3) Pleh namazati gi puterom. Smesu sipati u spric i istiskivati korpice (kao puslice). Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 C oko 10 do 15 minuta.

Cokoladne kokos loptice (Chocolate coconut balls)

Sastojci: 300g kokosovog brasna, 350g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, 200g mlevenih oraha, 600g mlevenog keksa, 100g cokolade + 1 kasika margarina, 2 kasika ruma, 400ml mleka, za dekoraciju – kokosovo brasno.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati kokos, secer u prahu, orahe i keks.
2) Otopiti cokoladu sa margarinom.
3) Zagrejati mleko i postepeno sipati u smesu iz koraka 1. Dodati cokoladu i rum. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Praviti loptice.
5) Uvaljati ih u kokosovo brasno.

Ingredients: 300g coconut flakes, 350g powdered sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 200g ground walnuts, 600g ground biscuits, 100g chocolate + 1 tablespoon of margarine, 2 tablespoons of rum, 400ml of milk, for decoration – coconut flakes.

Preparation:
1) Mix coconut, powdered sugar, walnuts and biscuits.
2) Melt chocolate with margarine.
3) Heat the milk and gradually pour in the mixture from step 1. Add chocolate and rum. Combine well.
4) Form balls.
5) Roll them into coconut flakes.

Crno-bele lesnik kuglice (Black and white hazelnut balls)

Sastojci: 250g margarina, 250g secera u prahu, 200g mlevenih lesnika, 100g mlevenog keksa, 200g secera, 100ml vode, za glazuru – 100g crne cokolade + 2-3 kasike ulja ili margarina, 100g bele cokolade + 2-3 kasike ulja ili margarina.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti margarin i secer u prahu.
2) U serpicu sipati vodu i dodati secer. Kad se secer otopiti kuvati jos 5 minuta.
3) Pomesati margarin sa kuvanim secerom i promesati. Dodati lesnike i keks. Sjediniti i ostaviti da se ohladi. Zatim staviti u frizider na 1 h.
4) Praviti kuglice.
5) Otopiti crnu cokoladu sa uljem ili margarinom. U drugoj serpici otopiti belu cokoladu sa uljem ili margarinom. Kuglice nabosti na cackalice i umakati ili u crnu ili u belu cokoladi. Ostaviti na posluzavnik da se glazura osusi.

Ingredients: 250g margarine, 250g powdered sugar, 200g ground hazelnuts, 100g ground biscuits, 200g sugar, 100ml water, for glaze – 100g black chocolate + 2-3 tablespoons oil or margarine, 100g white chocolate + 2-3 tablespoons oil or margarine.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the margarine and powdered sugar.
2) Pour in water and add sugar. When the sugar has dissolved, cook for another 5 minutes.
3) Mix margarine with cooked sugar and mix. Add hazelnuts and biscuits. Combine and allow to cool. Then put in the fridge for 1h.
4) Make balls.
5) Melt the black chocolate with oil or margarine. In another saucepan, melt the white chocolate with the oil or margarine. Put the balls on the toothpicks and dip either in black or white chocolate. Allow the glaze to dry.

Cokoladni liker (Chocolate liquor)

Sastojci: 500ml + 3 kasike mleka, 500g + 3 kasike secera, 3 zumanceta, 3 stangle cokolade, 200ml alkohola, 100ml ruma.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati 500g secera i 500ml mleka. Ohladiti.
2) Umutiti zumanca sa 3 kasike secera i 3 kasike mleka. Kuvati na pari. U toku kuvanja dodati cokoladu. Ohladiti. Zatim pomesati sa masom od secera i mleka.
3) Dodati alkohola i rum. Sipati u flase i ostaviti da stoji 3 dana.
4) Pre upotrebe promuckati flase.

Ingredients: 500ml + 3 tablespoons milk, 500g + 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 egg yolks, 3 sticks of chocolate, 200ml of alcohol, 100ml of rum.

Preparation:
1) Cook 500g sugar and 500ml milk. Cool.
2) Whisk egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons milk. Cook by steaming. During cooking add the chocolate. Cool. Then mix with a mass of sugar and milk.
3) Add the rum and alcohol. Pour into bottles and leave to stand for 3 days.
4) Shake bottles before use.

Kuglice s visnjama (Small cherry balls)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenih oraha, 200g secera u prahu, 200g strugane cokolade, 2 belanceta, visnje iz kompota, secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati orahe, secer, cokoladu i umucena belanca.
2) Vaditi po malo od ove mase, u sredinu staviti po jednu visnju i formirati kuglice.
3) Uvaljati u secer i susiti na vazduhu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Bombice sa visnjama.

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts, 200g of powdered sugar, 200g of grated chocolate, 2 egg whites, cherries from compote, sugar.

Preparation:
1) Mix the walnuts, sugar and well beaten egg whites.
2) Remove a little of from this mixture, in the middle put one cherry and form small balls.
3) Roll in sugar and air dry.

Suggestion: you can make Cherry balls.

Plazma sejk (Plain biscuits milkshake)

Sastojci: 200g mlevenog keksa, 50g kakaoa, 400 ml mleka, 50g cokolade, 1 kasicica margarina, 40g slaga, 100ml hladne vode (iz frizidera).

Priprema:
1) Plazmu, mleko i kakao stavite u blender.
2) Cokoladu otopite sa margarinom. Slag umutiti sa vodom.
3) U dve case stavite malo otopljene cokolade. Sipajte sejk. Sipati slag i ukrasiti otopljenom cokoladom.

Ingredients: 200g plain biscuits, 50g cocoa, 400ml milk, 50g of chocolate, 1 tsp margarine, 40g whipped cream (powder), 100ml of cold water (from the fridge).

Preparation:
1) Put plain biscuits, milk and cocoa into the blender.
2) Melt chocolate and margarine. Whisk whipped cream with water.
3) In two glasses put a little melted chocolate. Pour the milkshake. Add whipped cream and decorate with melted chocolate.

Pogacice sa orasima (Blinis with walnuts)

Sastojci: 250g mlevenih oraha, 200g secera u prahu, sok od jednog limuna, 100g strugane cokolade.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti orahe, secer u prahu i sok od limuna.
2) Testo podeliti na dva dela, pa u jedan dodati cokoladu. Kalupom ili casicom vaditi pogacice, pa spajati jednu tamnu sa jednom belom.
3) Ostaviti da se suse 2-3 dana.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Kuglice s orasima.

Ingredients: 250g ground walnuts, 200g powdered sugar, juice of one lemon, 100g of grated chocolate.

Preparation:
1) Knead walnuts, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
2) Divide the dough into two parts, and in one add chocolate. Cut blinis with mold or small glass and connect with one dark with one white.
3) Allow to dry for 2-3 days.

Suggestion: you can make Walnut balls.

Glazura od cokolade (Chocolate glaze)

Sastojci: 150g cokolade, 150g secera, 100ml vode, 1 kasicica margarina ili ulja.

Priprema:
1) Cokoladu izlomiti na parcice, dodati secer i preliti vodom. Kuvati dok ne postane gusto; tada dodati margarin ili ulje i dobro sjediniti.

Ingredients: 150g chocolate, 150g sugar, 100ml water, 1 tsp margarine or oil.

Preparation:
1) Break chocolate into pieces, add sugar and pour water. Cook until thick; then add the butter or oil and mix well to combine.

Cokoladna salama (Chocolate salami)

Sastojci: 75g cokolade, 3 kasike vode, 2 jaja, 250g secera u prahu, 250g mlevenih oraha, strugana kora od jednog limuna, 100g iseckanih badema.

Priprema:
1) Otopiti cokoladu sa vodom. Dodati jaja, secer u prahu, orahe, koru od limuna i bademe.
2) Zamesiti i formirati salamu. Posuti prah secerom.
3) Ostaviti da se susi nekoliko dana.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Vocnu salamu.

Ingredients: 75g chocolate, 3 tablespoons water, 2 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 250g ground walnuts, grated rind of one lemon, 100g chopped almonds.

Preparation:
1) Melt chocolate with water. Add the eggs, sugar, walnuts, lemon rind and almonds.
2) Knead and form salami. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
3) Leave to dry for a few days.

Suggestion: you can make Fruit salami.

Cokoladne puslice (Chocolate meringues)

Sastojci: 180g mlevenih badema, 100g secera, 40g vanilin secera, 50g cokolade, 2 belanceta.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti belanca, pa dodati bademe, secer, vanilin secer i struganu cokoladu. Promesati.
2) Na pleh namazan margarinom vaditi puslice pomocu kasicice i susiti ih u toploj rerni.

Ingredients: 180g of ground almonds, 100g sugar, 40g vanilla sugar, 50g of chocolate, 2 egg whites.

Preparation:
1) Whisk egg whites until foamy and add the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar and grated chocolate. Stir.
2) On a baking sheet smeared with margarine place meringues using teaspoon and dry them in a warm oven.

Posna torta s medom (Fasting cake with honey)

Sastojci: 500g meda, 500g brasna, 200ml piva, 1 kasika sode bikarbone, 350-400g secera, 600g mlevenih oraha, 50g cokolade.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti med sa brasnom, pivom i sodom bikarbonom. Podeliti na cetiri dela. Svaku razviti tanko i peci svaku posebno na prevrnutom plehu, koji je namazan uljem i posut brasnom.
2) Skuvati secer sa 200ml vode, dodati orahe i cokoladu, pa premazati tortu.

Ingredients: 500g honey, 500g flour, 200ml of beer, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 350-400g sugar, 600g ground walnuts, 50g of chocolate.

Preparation:
1) Knead honey with flour, beer and baking soda. Divide into four parts. Each part develop thin and bake each separately on an overturned pan, smeared with oil and sprinkled with flour.
2) Cook the sugar with 200ml of water, add the walnuts and chocolate and decorate the cake.

Krem od putera sa pudingom (Butter cream with pudding)

Sastojci: 250g putera (margarina), 500ml mleka, 100g secera.

Priprema:
1) U 100ml mleka razmutiti vanila puding. Preostalo mleko prokuvati sa secerom. S vremena na vreme promesati dok se ne ohladi.
2) Penasto umutiti puter (margarin), pa u njega dodavati kasiku po kasiku kuvanog pudinga i sve zajedno dobro izmesati.

Predlog: Od ovog krema mogu se spremati razliciti kremovi:

Krem od butera sa orasima: 100g samlevenih oraha pomesati sa toplim pudingom.

Krem od butera sa dzemom od kajsija: 100g dzema umutiti sa kuvanim kremom.

Krem od butera sa kafom: 2-3 kasicice kafe pomesati sa toplim kremom.

Krem od butera sa cokoladom i kafom: 1 kasicicu kafe i 50g strugane cokolade pomesati sa pudingom.

Krem od butera sa maraskinom: 2-3 kasike maraskina pomesati sa malo rashladjenim pudingom.

Krem od butera sa limunom: 3-4 kasike sirupa od limuna i malo svezeg soka od limuna pomesati sa toplim pudingom.

Krem od butera sa rumom: 2-3 kasike ruma pomesati sa malo rashladjenim pudingom.

Krem od butera sa jagodama: 150g kase od jagoda pomesati sa toplim kremom.

Ingredients: 250g butter (margarine), 500ml of milk, 100g of sugar.

Preparation:
1) In 100ml milk, add vanilla pudding and stir. In the remaining milk add sugar and cook for 5-8 minutes constantly stirring. From time to time, stir until cool.
2) Whisk butter (margarine) until fluffy and foamy, and in that, add spoon by spoon cooked pudding and stir well together.

Suggestion: from this cream you can make different creams, such as:

Cream of butter with walnuts: 100g ground walnuts mix with warm pudding.

Cream of butter with apricot jam: 100g jam whisk with warm cream.

Cream of butter with coffee: 2-3 teaspoons of coffee mix with warm cream.

Cream butter with the chocolate and coffee: 1 teaspoon of coffee and 50g of grated chocolate, mix with pudding.

Cream butter with the maraschino: 2-3 tablespoons maraschino, mix with a little chilled pudding.

Cream of butter with lemon: 3-4 tablespoons of syrup of lemon and a little fresh lemon juice, mix with warm pudding.

Cream of butter with rum: 2-3 tablespoons of rum, mix with a little chilled pudding.

Cream of butter with strawberries: 150g strawberry puree, mix with warm cream.

Krem od cokolade (Chocolate cream)

Sprema se isto kao i krem od pudinga i slatke pavlake s tim sto se umesto pudinga od vanile stavi puding od cokolade.

Prepare same as Cream with pudding and heavy cream, only instead of vanilla pudding put chocolate pudding.

Cokoladni kolac sa kokosom (Chocolate cake with coconut)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 8 kasika secera, 12 kasika mleka, 12 kasika brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasika kakaoa, za fil – 500ml mleka, 8 kasika secera, 3 kasike griza, 250g margarina, 100g cokolade, 100g kokosa.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati mleko i brasno. Dobro izmesati.
2) Pleh podmazati margarinom, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 200 C dok cackalica stavljena u sredinu ne izadje cista. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseci na pola (ako koristite manji a dublji pleh, preseci po horizontali, a ako koristite veci a plici pleh, onda po vertikali)
3) Za fil – skuvati mleko, dodati secer i griz i kuvati oko 7 minuta, uz stalno mesanje. Zatim dodati kokos i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Ostaviti da se prohladi. Dodati margarin i cokoladu izlomljenu na kocke. Dobro izmesati.
4) Fil staviti preko prve kore, poklopiti drugom korom i seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 12 tablespoons of milk, 12 tablespoons of flour, 10g baking powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa, for filling – 500ml milk, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of semolina, 250g butter, 100g chocolate, 100g coconut.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour with baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and flour. Mix well.
2) Grease the baking pan with margarine, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake at 200 C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and cut it in half (if you are using a smaller and deeper pan, cut horizontally, and if you are using a larger and shallower pan, then cut vertically)
3) For the filling – Boil the milk, add the sugar and semolina and cook for about 7 minutes, with constant stirring. Then add coconut and cook for 3 more minutes. Allow to cool. Add margarine and chocolate broken into pieces. Mix well.
4) Put filling over first crust, cover with second and cut in cubes.

Punjene urme (Stuffed date palm)

punjene-urme-stuffed-datesSastojci: 20 komada krupnih urmi, 100g mlevenih oraha, 50g secera, 4 kasike mleka, 2 kasike ruma, cokoladna glazura – 100g cokolade, malo margarina ili 2 kasike ulja.

Priprema: 1) Iseci urme po duzini i izvaditi kostice.

2) U serpu staviti mleko, secer, orahe i rum i kuvati dok se ne zgusne.

3) Nadevati urme ovim filom.

4) Cokoladu otopiti sa margarinom ili uljem. Svaku urmu nabodite na cackalicu i umocite u cokoladnu glazuru.

Ingredients: 20 large pieces of date palm, 100g ground walnuts, 50g sugar, 4 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons of rum, chocolate glaze – 100g chocolate, a little margarine or 2 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut date palm lengthwise and remove seeds.
2) In saucepan put milk, sugar, walnuts and rum and cook until thickens.
3) Stuff date palm with this filling.
4) Melt chocolate with margarine or oil. Place toothpick in each date palm and dip into the chocolate glaze.

Cokoladni stapici (Chocolate sticks)

Sastojci: 220g brasna, 70g secera, 150g margarina (putera), hladnog, 20g kakaoa, 1 jaje, 300g lisnatog testa 1 ili lisnatog testa 2 (odmrznuto), 100g secera u prahu,  2 kasike vruce vode, 50g badema (sitno seckanih ili mlevenih), 200g cokolade, 2-3 kasike ulja.

Priprema:

1) Odvojiti belance od zumanca.

2) Pomesati brasno, secer, zumance i umesiti prhko testo. Uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frizider 30 minuta.

3) Poslagati listove lisnatog testa jedan na drugi, posuti sa malo brasna i isecite pravouganike 10x30cm. Dobro umutiti belance i premazati svaki pravougaonik.

4) Prhkom testu dodati kakao i opet zamesiti da se masa izjednaci.  Zatim razviti i iseci pravougaonike 10x30cm. Zatim staviti na lisnato testo i dobro pritisnite. Isecite ostrim nozem na trake debljine 1.5 cm. Svaku traku uviti u spiralu.

5) Papir za pecenje stavitu pleh i poredjati stapice i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200° oko 20 minuta.

6) Secer u prahu pomesati sa vrucom vodom. Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem, u manjoj, uzoj posudi. Stapic uhvatiti prstima na sredinu, jednu stranu umociti u secer i posuti bademima, a drugi kraj u cokoladu.

Ingredients: 220g flour, 70g sugar, 150g margarine (butter), cold, 20g cocoa, 1 egg, 300g puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2 (defrosted), 100g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water, 50g almonds (finely chopped or grinded), 200g chocolate and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
2) Combine flour, sugar, egg yolk and then knead dough. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Stack puff pastry sheets on each other, sprinkle with a little flour and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Mix the egg white and coat each rectangle.
4) Add cocoa to the dough and knead again to equalize mass. Then develop and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Then put over the puff pastry and press good. Slice with a sharp knife into strips thickness 1.5 cm. Twist each strip.
5) Put baking paper in pan, align sticks and bake in pre-heated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
6) Mix powdered sugar with hot water. Melt chocolate with oil in a smaller, narrower bowl. Catch each strip with your fingers in the middle, dip one side in sugar and sprinkle with the almonds, and the other side dip into the chocolate.

Orah kocke (Walnut squares)

Sastojci: 250g mlevenih oraha, 250g secera u prahu, 2 kasike kakaoa, 1 stangla cokolade, 4 kasike secera, za fil – 150g secera, 150g mlevenih badema, malo przenog secera.

Priprema:

1) Zamesiti orahe sa secerom u prahu, kakaoom i otopljenom cokoladom. Staviti na tacnu, poravnati. Staviti u frizider da se stegne, pa iseci na kvadratice.

2) Zamesiti secer sa bademima i sa malo przenog secera. Kasicicom stavljati fil i spajati po dva kvadratica.

Ingredients: 250g ground walnuts, 250g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick of chocolate, 4 tablespoons sugar, for filling – 150g sugar, 150g grinded almonds, a little of slightly toasted sugar.

Preparation:
1) Knead walnuts with the powdered sugar, cocoa and melted chocolate. Put on a tray, flatten. Put in refrigerator to harden, then cut into squares.
2) Knead the sugar with the almonds and with a little slightly toasted sugar . Scoop filling and put between two squares.
