Uzina ideje (Snack ideas)

Uzina 1 – 1 banana + 14 badema.

Uzina 2 – 2 manje jabuke + 14 oraha.

Uzina 3 – 100g borovnica + 14 indisjkih oraha.

Snack 1 – 1 banana + 14 almonds.

Snack 2 – 2 smaller apples + 14 walnuts.

Snack 3 – 100g blueberries + 14 cashews.

Vocni dezert s pudingom (Fruit dessert with pudding)

Sastojci: 3 jabuke (na kockice), 300ml soka od jabuka, 30g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 40g pudinga od vanile, 50ml vode.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati vanila puding sa vodom (rastvoriti grudvice).
2) Pomesati sok od jabuka, secer i vanilin secer. Dodati jabuke i promesati. Kuvati oko 5 minuta. Dodati vanila puding u prahu i kuvati jos 5 minuta povremeno mesajuci.

Predlog: isto tako mozete spremiti puding od maline sa sokom od malina ili bilo koji drugi puding sa bilo kojim drugim vocem.

Ingredients: 3 apples (diced), 300ml apple juice, 30g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 40g vanilla pudding, 50ml water.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the vanilla pudding with water (dissolve the lumps).
2) Mix apple juice, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add apples and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add vanilla pudding powder and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Suggestion: you can also cook raspberry pudding with raspberry juice or any other fruit pudding with any other fruit.

Sastojci: 750g jabuka, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 150g mlevenih oraha, 150g seckanih oraha, 20g vanilin secera.
Jabuke oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati jabuke i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i mlevenim orasima. Uviti. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i seckanim orasima. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.

Sa bundevom

Sastojci: 750g bundeve, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 20g vanilin secera.
Bundevu oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati bundevu i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore bundevom, posuti grizom. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.

Salata od jabuka i brokolija (Apple and broccoli salad)

Sastojci: 500g brokolija, 3 jabuke, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 400g majoneza, 50g zelenih maslina (bez kostica), 2 kasike alkoholnog sirceta, par kapi soka od limuna, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti brokoli (slana kupka). Jabuke oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu sa vodom kad prokljuca staviti drske brokolija i kuvati 7 minuta. Dodati cvetove brokolija i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Staviti i drske i cvetove u hladnu vodu na 3 minuta da se prekine proces kuvanja. Ocediti.

Kinoa sa orasima i jabukama (Quinoa with walnuts and apples)

Sastojci: 400g kuvane kinoe, 2 jabuke, 3 kasike meda, 200g oraha, 1 1/2 kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Jabuke oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U ciniju sa kinoom dodati jabuke, cimet, med i orahe. Promesati.

Ingredients: 400g cooked quinoa, 2 apples, 3 tablespoons of honey, 200g of walnuts, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
2) In a bowl with quinoa add apples, cinnamon, honey and walnuts. Stir.

Pecene jabuke punjene orasima i ovsenim pahuljicama (Baked apples stuffed with walnuts and oat flakes)

Sastojci: 6 jabuka, 100g ovsenih pajuljica, 100g braon secera, 1 kasika korena djumbira (rendanog) ili 1/2 kasicice u prahu, 250ml soka od jabuke, 1 kasicica cimeta u prahu, 130g oraha (seckanih).

Priprema:
1) Jabuke oprati, oljustiti i izdubiti sredinu ostaviti dno celo.
2) U ciniji pomesati ovsene pahuljice i 100ml soka od jabuka i ostaviti nekoliko sati ili bolje preko noci.
3) U ciniju dodati secer, orahe, cimet i djumbir. Promesati. Sipati u jabuke do 3/4 i odozgo sipati sok od jabuka.

Sok za jacanje imuniteta (Immunity boosting juice)

Sastojci: 3 cvekle sirove, 2 jabuke, 1 komad svezeg djumbira oko 2cm, 70g lista persuna, 1 limun. Sokovnik.

Priprema:
1) Cveklu i jabuke oljustiti i oprati. Limun oprati. Djumbir oljustiti. Persun oprati. Staviti sve u sokovnik.
2) Cuvati u dobro zatvorenoj staklenoj tegli u frizideru.

Ostatak cvekle i jabuka mozete pojesti zajedno. Mozete dodati sirovu sargarepu.

Ingredients: 3 raw beetroots, 2 apples, 1 piece of fresh ginger about 2cm, 70g parsley leaves, 1 lemon. Juicer.

Preparation:
1) Beetroots and apples peel and wash. Wash the lemon. Peel ginger. Wash parley leaves. Put everything in the juicer.
2) Store in a well sealed glass jar in the refrigerator.

Remaining beetroot and apples you can eat together. You can add raw carrot.

Sok od sargarepe, jabuke, spanaca i celera (Carrots, apples, spinach and celery juice)

Sastojci: 2 sargarepe, 2 zelene jabuke, 150g spanaca, 4 grancice celera.

Priprema:
1) Operite i ocistite sargarepe, jabuke, spanac i celer. Isecite na manje komade.
2) U blender staviti spanac i celer i blendirati.
3) U sokovnik staviti sargarepu i jabuku i iscediti sok.
4) U blender dodati celer i spanac i miksati kratko.

Predlog: mozete napraviti takodje za dijabetes Sok od sargarepe, krastavca i paradajza.

Napomena: sve sveze sokove koje napravite moraju se popiti u toku dana.

Ingredients: 2 carrots, 2 green apples, 150g spinach, 4 sprigs of celery.

Preparation:
1) Wash and clean the carrots, apples, spinach and celery. Cut into smaller pieces.
2) In a blender put the spinach and celery and blend.
3) In the juicer put a carrots and apples and squeeze the juice.
4) In a blender add the celery and spinach and mix shortly.

Suggestion: you can also make for diabetes Carrots, cucumber and tomatoes juice.

Note: all fresh juices you make must be drink during the day.

Lenja pita sa jabukama (Lazy apple pie)

Sastojci: 250g masti, 200g+4 kasike secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 jaje, 2 zumanca, 500g brasna, 125ml mleka, 1 kg jabuka, 3 kasike griza (ili prezli).

Priprema:
1) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo.
2) Mast umutiti sa 200g secera, dodati jaje i zumanca. Dobro izmesati. Zatim dodati brasno i mleko. Dobro izmesati. Podeliti na 2 dela.
3) Jabuke oljustiti i izrendati. Prvi deo testa staviti u pleh, staviti jabuke, posuti grizom, pa sa 4 kasike secera. Staviti drugi deo testa.
4) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C.

Ingredients: 250g of lard, 200g+4 tablespoons of sugar, 10g baking powder, 1 egg, 2 egg yolks, 500g flour, 125ml milk, 1 kg of apples, 3 tablespoons semolina (or breadcrumbs).

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour with the baking powder.
2) Whisk lard with 200g sugar, add the egg and egg yolks. Mix well. Then add flour and milk. Mix well. Divided into 2 parts.
3) Peel and grate the apples. In baking pan place first part of the dough, put apples, sprinkle with semolina, and with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Put the second part of the dough.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 200 C.

Ustipci od jabuka (Apple fritters)

Sastojci: 500ml mleka (toplog), 2 jaja, 20g kvasca, 1 kasicica secera, brasna po potrebi (da se dobije gusto testo), 500g jabuka, secer u prahu.

Priprema:

1) U solju sipati 150ml mleka, izmrviti kvasac, dodati secer i 1 kasiku brasna. Promesati i ostaviti da nadodje.

2) Zamesiti testo sa brasnom i nadoslim kvascem, dodati jaja i preostalo mleko. Zatim ostaviti 1 sat da naraste, na toplom.

3) Za to vreme oljustiti jabuke, izrendati i pomesati sa nadoslim testom. Ostaviti da stoji jos 20 minuta.

4) Kasikom odvajati ustipke i prziti ih na ulju ili vreloj masti. Po zelji posuti ih secerom u prahu.

Ingredients: 500ml milk (warm), 2 eggs, 20g of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, flour as needed (to get a thick dough), 500g apples, powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1) Pour 150ml milk in cup, crumble yeast, add sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Stir and leave to rest.
2) Knead the dough with flour and yeast mixture, add the eggs and remaining milk. Then leave one hour to grow at warm.
3) During this time, peel apples, grate and mix with risen dough. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
4) Using tablespoon take out fritters and fry them in boiling oil or lard. If desired, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
