Frape od ovasa i banana (Oats and banana smoothie)

Sastojci: 500g ovasa u ljuspicama, 500ml jogurta, 5 banana, 500ml mleka od soje, 2 kasike agava sirupa, 2 kasicice cimeta+jos malo za posipanje.

Priprema:

1) Banane oljustiti i iseci na cetvrtine.

2) U blender staviti banane, ovas, jogurt, mleko, agavin slad i cimet i blendati.

3) Sipati u case i posuti sa cimetom.

Ingredients: 500g flaked oats, 500ml yoghurt, 5 banansa, 500ml soy milk, 2 tablespoons agave syrup, 2 teaspoons cinnamon + a little more for sprinkling.

Preparation:

1) Peel bananas and cut into quarters.

2) In a blender put bananas, oats, yogurt, milk, agave malt and cinnamon and blend.

3) Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Orange and Yogurt Mask

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, juice of 1/4 of an orange.

Mash the above ingredients properly and apply on your face gently. Leave on for a 5 minutes and then rinse.

Banana, Yogurt and Honey Mask

Ingredients: 1/2 banana, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey.

Mash the banana with a fork then mix in honey and yogurt. Apply to your face evenly. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.

Priprema:
1) Pilece meso skuvati i iseckati. Fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno i psenicno, prasak za pecivo, origano i so.
3) Umutiti jaja, dodati fetu, jogurt, ulje, mesavinu brasna, pilece meso i krastavcice.
4) Pleh podmazati uljem, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 230C.

Ingredients: 250g feta cheese, 4 eggs, 250ml buttermilk, 150ml oil, 250g chicken breasts (could be leftovers), 4 pickles, 200g corn flour, 100g wheat flour, 10g baking powder, 2 tablespoons oregano, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken  breasts and chop. Squeeze feta with fork. Finely chop pickles.
2) Combine corn and wheat flour, baking powder, oregano and salt.
3) Whisk the eggs, add feta, buttermilk, oil, flour mixture, chicken meat and pickles.
4) Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake in 230C.

Sos od jogurta (Buttermilk sauce)

Buttermilk-sauceSastojci: 300ml jogurta, 2 kasike persuna (svezeg) ili 1 kasicica (suvog), 1-2 kasike soka od limuna, naribana kora od jednog limuna, 1 kasika vlasca (opciono), prstohvat secera, so.

Priprema:
1) Jogurt sipati u ciniju, dodati persun, sok i koru od limuna, vlasac, secer i so. Dobro izmesati.
