Omlet sa asparagusom i paradajzom (Omelette with asparagus and tomato)

Sastojci: lisnato testo 1 ili lisnato testo 2, 10 stapica asparagusa, 5 jaja, 100ml mleka, 2 cena belog luka, 4 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, 80g cedar sira (rendanog), 100g margarina (na kocke), 2 paradajza.

Priprema:
1) Paradajz oljustiti. Iseci na kocke. Asparagusu odlomiti drvene donje delove i iseci na 2cm duzine. Jaja umutiti. Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Lisnato testo razviti oklagijom na debljinu pola cm. Iseci kvadrate ili krugove velicine mufin pleha. Staviti u pleh da pokrije stranice i izbusiti dno viljuskom. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 10 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohlade. Staviti kockicu margarina na dno.

Brzi pica hlepcici (Quick pizza mini bread)

Sastojci: 600g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml jogurta, 125ml ulja, 10g baking powder, 1 jaje, malo soli, nadev – ham, ketchup, kackavalj, oregano.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. Dodati ulje jogurt. Rukom umesiti testo da se ne lepi. Ako je potrebno dodati jos malo brasna.
2) Na brasnjavu povrsinu izvaditi testo i mesiti jos par minuta. Oklagijom razviti testo debljine 2-3 mm. Okruglom vecom casom vaditi krugove.

Marinada za kackavalj (Marinade for yellow cheese)

Sastojci: 400g kackavalja, 250ml maslinovog ulja, 1 1/2 kasicice suvog ruzmarina, 1 1/2 kasicice suvog bosiljka, 1 1/2 kasicice origana, 1 1/2 kasicice kima, 2 lista lovora, 4 zrna bibera, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. Kackavalj iseckati na kockice.
2. U teglu staviti maslinovo ulje, ruzmarin, bosiljak, origano, kim, biber i so. Dobro promuckati.
3. Staviti pola kackavalja, jedan list lovora. Dodati ostatak kackavalja i list lovora. Zatvoriti i ostaviti da stoji najmanje nedelju dana,

Ingredients: 400g yellow cheese, 250ml of olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 bay leaves, 4 peppercorns, a pinch salt.

Preparation:

1. Dice yellow cheese.
2. In a glass jar, put olive oil, rosemary, basil, oregano, cumin, pepper and salt. Shake well.
3. Place half the cheese, one bay leaf. Add the rest of the cheese and bay leaf. Close and let it stand for at least a week,

Punjen francuski hleb (Stuffed french bread)

Sastojci: 1 francuski hleb, 250g margarina (putera), omeksao, 3 jaja, 180g sunke, 180g mortadele, 200g pecenice, 300g kackavalja, 1 glavica crnog luka.

Priprema:
1) Jaja tvrdo skuvati. Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Belanca, sunku, mortadelu, pecenicu i kackavalj iseckati na kockice. Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Margarin umutiti sa zumancima. Dodati sunku, mortadelu, pecenicu, kackavalj i crni luk. Dobro sjediniti. Zatim dodati belanca. Promesati.
4) Hleb iseci na pola. Izvaditi sredinu i napuniti filom. Zamotati u foliju i ostaviti u frizideru nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Francuski hleb sa salatom od jaja.

Ingredients: 1 French bread, 250g margarine (butter), softened, 3 eggs, 180g ham, 180g mortadella, 200g sirloin, 300g yellow cheese, 1 onion.

Preparation:
1) Boil eggs hard. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Egg whites, ham, mortadella, sirloin and cheese cut into cubes. Clean onion and finely chop.
2) Whisk margarine with egg yolks. Add ham, mortadella, sirloin, cheese and onion. Combine well. Then add the egg whites. Stir.
4) Cut bread in half. Take out the middle and fill with the filling. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make French bread with egg salad.

Perece sa sirom (Pretzels with cheese)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 jaja, 280g margarina, 1 kasika kima, 1 kasicica soli, 350g kackavalja (ili fete, ili sitnog sira).

Priprema:
1) Od jednog jajeta, odvojiti belance od zumanca.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.  Dodati margarin, jaje i zumance. Umesiti testo.
3) Zatim dodati kackavalj i kim i ponovo umesiti. Razviti na debljinu 1 cm. Modlicom vaditi perece.
4) Pleh podmazati margarinom, poredjati perece. Umuititi belance, premazati perece i peci na 180 C oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 10g baking powder, 2 eggs, 280g butter, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 350g yellow cheese (or feta cheese or cottage cheese).

Preparation:
1) From an egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
2) Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add margarine, egg and egg yolk. Then knead the dough.
3) Then add the cheese and cumin and then knead again. Develop the dough thickness of 1 cm. Cut pretzels with pretzel cutter.
4) Grease the baking pan with margarine, aline pretzels. Whisk well egg white, brush the pretzels and bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.

Torta od spanaca i krompira (Spinach and potatoes cake)

Sastojci: 300g krompira, 500g spanaca, 2 jaja (umucena), 100g kobasica (iseckana na kockice), 100g kackavalja (rendanog), 30g margarina, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), so i biber po ukusu, 1 muskatni orah (izrendan).

Priprema:
1) Skuvati krompir u ljusci, oljustiti, izgnjeciti i proprziti na maslacu, na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodati so i biber po ukusu i muskatni orah.
2) Spanac obariti, iscediti, iseckati. Dodati kackavalj, kobasicu, jaja, persunov list Izmesati.
3) Tepsiju pomazati margarinom, staviti krompir, a na sredinu staviti smesu od spanaca.
4) Peci u rerni na 150 C oko 45 minuta.

Ingredients: 300g potatoes, 500g spinach, 2 eggs (well beaten), 100g sausage (diced), 100g yellow cheese (grated), 30g margarine (butter), 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), salt and pepper to taste, 1 nutmeg (grated).

Preparation:
1) Boil potatoes in shell, peel, squeeze and fry in butter over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and nutmeg.
2) Blanch spinach, drain well and chop. Add cheese, sausage, eggs, parsley. Mix well.
3) Grease baking pan with margarine, put potatoes and in the middle, on top of potatoes put spinach mixture.
4) Bake in the oven at 150 C for about 45 minutes.
