Kakao frape za mrsavljenje (Cocoa slimming smoothies)

Sastojci: 1 banana, 1/3 avokada, 3-4 kasike rogaca (ili kakaoa), 125ml vode prokuvane (ohladjene), 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1 kasika putera od badema ili putera od indijskih oraha, 1 kasika meda, 3-4 kocke leda.

Priprema:
1) Ocistiti bananu i avokado i iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti sve u blender.

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1/3 avocado, 3-4 tablespoons carob (or cocoa), 125ml boiled water (chilled), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 3- 4 ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) Peel a banana and avocado and cut into cubes.
2) Put everything in a blender.

Kakao sos (Cocoa sauce)

Sastojci: 70-120g kakaoa, 30g putera, 80ml kafe (skuvane i procedjene), 150g zutog secera, 1/8 kasicice soli, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti kafu i secer, i na srednjoj temperaturi, kuvati dok se secer ne rastopi, konstantno mesajuci.
2. Dodati 70g kakaoa i so i mesati dok ne postane glatko. Ako zelite jaci sos postepeno dodavati jos kakaoa.
Napomena: ako koristite slan puter izostavite dodavanje soli. Ako vam je sos nije dovoljno sladak dodajte jos malo secera. Vratite na sporet da se secer rastopi.
3. Dodati puter i vanila ekstrakt. Mesati dok se puter ne rastopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4. Sipati u hermeticki zatvorenu kutiju i drzati u frizideru do nedelju dana.

Ingredients: 70-120g cocoa powder 30g buuter, 80ml of decaf coffee (cooked), 150g brown sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan put coffee and sugar, and over medium heat, cook until the sugar has dissolved, constantly stirring.
2. Add 70g cocoa and salt and mix until smooth. If you want stronger sauce gradually add more cocoa.
Note: if you use salted butter omit adding salt. If the sauce is not sweet enough, add a little more sugar. Return to the stove to melt the sugar.
3. Add the butter and vanilla extract. Stir until butter melts. Allow to cool.
4. Pour in a hermetically sealed container and refrigerate up to one week.

Keksici sa dzemom i zacinima (Cookies with jam and spices)

Sastojci: 700g brasna, 250g secera u prahu, 250g margarina, 3 jajeta, 20g vanilin secera, 1/2 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog orascica, 1 ili 1/2 kasicica kakaoa, kora od 1 limuna, dzem.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati brasno, margarin, secer, vanilin secer i koru od limuna i zamesiti testo. Podeliti na 4 dela. Jedan deo ostaviti zut, u jedan dodati cimet, u drugi muskatni orascic a u cetvrti kakao. Svaki deo testo ponovo zamesiti.

2) Razviti modlom za kolace ili casom vaditi keksice, redjati u pleh. Na sredinu svakog keksa napraviti udubljenje i staviti dzem. Peci na 200°C dok blago ne porumene.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Keks sa dzemom.

Ingredients: 700g flour, 250g powdered sugar, 250g margarine, 3 eggs, 20g vanilla sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 or 1/2 teaspoon cocoa, rind of 1 lemon, jam.

Preparation:

1) Mix flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and the lemon peel and knead dough. Divide into 4 parts. Leave one part yellow, in one add cinnamon, add nutmeg into another, in the fourth add cocoa. Each part of the dough knead again.

2) Develop and with cookie cutter or with glass scoop cookies, arrange in a baking pan. At the center of each cookie make a hole and put the jam. Bake at 200°C until lightly golden brown.

Plazma sejk (Plain biscuits milkshake)

Sastojci: 200g mlevenog keksa, 50g kakaoa, 400 ml mleka, 50g cokolade, 1 kasicica margarina, 40g slaga, 100ml hladne vode (iz frizidera).

Priprema:
1) Plazmu, mleko i kakao stavite u blender.
2) Cokoladu otopite sa margarinom. Slag umutiti sa vodom.
3) U dve case stavite malo otopljene cokolade. Sipajte sejk. Sipati slag i ukrasiti otopljenom cokoladom.

Ingredients: 200g plain biscuits, 50g cocoa, 400ml milk, 50g of chocolate, 1 tsp margarine, 40g whipped cream (powder), 100ml of cold water (from the fridge).

Preparation:
1) Put plain biscuits, milk and cocoa into the blender.
2) Melt chocolate and margarine. Whisk whipped cream with water.
3) In two glasses put a little melted chocolate. Pour the milkshake. Add whipped cream and decorate with melted chocolate.

Ceske vanilice (Czech cookies)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenih oraha+jos malo valjanje vanilica, 2 jaja, 250g secera u prahu, 1 kasicica cimeta, dzem od kajsija, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 1 kasicica kakaoa, 1 kasicica margarina.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti testo od oraha, jaja, secera u prahu i cimeta. Testo razvuci, pa casicom vaditi vanilice. Peci na tihoj vatri.
2) Pecene i malo ohladjene vanilice lepiti dzemom.
3) Skuvati secer sa vodom. Dodati kakao i margarin.
4) Vanilice umakati u sirup, pa uvaljati u mlevene orahe.

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts + a little more rolling cookies, 2 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, apricot jam, 200g sugar, 100ml water, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp margarine.

Preparation:
1) Knead dough with walnuts, eggs, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Stretch the dough, then small glass or round mold cut cookies. Bake at low heat.
2) Baked and slightly cooled cookies glue with jam.
3) Cook the sugar with the water. Add cocoa and butter.
4) Dip cookies in syrup and roll in ground walnuts.

Cokoladni kolac sa kokosom (Chocolate cake with coconut)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 8 kasika secera, 12 kasika mleka, 12 kasika brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasika kakaoa, za fil – 500ml mleka, 8 kasika secera, 3 kasike griza, 250g margarina, 100g cokolade, 100g kokosa.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati mleko i brasno. Dobro izmesati.
2) Pleh podmazati margarinom, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 200 C dok cackalica stavljena u sredinu ne izadje cista. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseci na pola (ako koristite manji a dublji pleh, preseci po horizontali, a ako koristite veci a plici pleh, onda po vertikali)
3) Za fil – skuvati mleko, dodati secer i griz i kuvati oko 7 minuta, uz stalno mesanje. Zatim dodati kokos i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Ostaviti da se prohladi. Dodati margarin i cokoladu izlomljenu na kocke. Dobro izmesati.
4) Fil staviti preko prve kore, poklopiti drugom korom i seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 12 tablespoons of milk, 12 tablespoons of flour, 10g baking powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa, for filling – 500ml milk, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of semolina, 250g butter, 100g chocolate, 100g coconut.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour with baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and flour. Mix well.
2) Grease the baking pan with margarine, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake at 200 C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and cut it in half (if you are using a smaller and deeper pan, cut horizontally, and if you are using a larger and shallower pan, then cut vertically)
3) For the filling – Boil the milk, add the sugar and semolina and cook for about 7 minutes, with constant stirring. Then add coconut and cook for 3 more minutes. Allow to cool. Add margarine and chocolate broken into pieces. Mix well.
4) Put filling over first crust, cover with second and cut in cubes.

Cokoladni stapici (Chocolate sticks)

Sastojci: 220g brasna, 70g secera, 150g margarina (putera), hladnog, 20g kakaoa, 1 jaje, 300g lisnatog testa 1 ili lisnatog testa 2 (odmrznuto), 100g secera u prahu,  2 kasike vruce vode, 50g badema (sitno seckanih ili mlevenih), 200g cokolade, 2-3 kasike ulja.

Priprema:

1) Odvojiti belance od zumanca.

2) Pomesati brasno, secer, zumance i umesiti prhko testo. Uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frizider 30 minuta.

3) Poslagati listove lisnatog testa jedan na drugi, posuti sa malo brasna i isecite pravouganike 10x30cm. Dobro umutiti belance i premazati svaki pravougaonik.

4) Prhkom testu dodati kakao i opet zamesiti da se masa izjednaci.  Zatim razviti i iseci pravougaonike 10x30cm. Zatim staviti na lisnato testo i dobro pritisnite. Isecite ostrim nozem na trake debljine 1.5 cm. Svaku traku uviti u spiralu.

5) Papir za pecenje stavitu pleh i poredjati stapice i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200° oko 20 minuta.

6) Secer u prahu pomesati sa vrucom vodom. Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem, u manjoj, uzoj posudi. Stapic uhvatiti prstima na sredinu, jednu stranu umociti u secer i posuti bademima, a drugi kraj u cokoladu.

Ingredients: 220g flour, 70g sugar, 150g margarine (butter), cold, 20g cocoa, 1 egg, 300g puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2 (defrosted), 100g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water, 50g almonds (finely chopped or grinded), 200g chocolate and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
2) Combine flour, sugar, egg yolk and then knead dough. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Stack puff pastry sheets on each other, sprinkle with a little flour and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Mix the egg white and coat each rectangle.
4) Add cocoa to the dough and knead again to equalize mass. Then develop and cut rectangles 10x30cm. Then put over the puff pastry and press good. Slice with a sharp knife into strips thickness 1.5 cm. Twist each strip.
5) Put baking paper in pan, align sticks and bake in pre-heated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
6) Mix powdered sugar with hot water. Melt chocolate with oil in a smaller, narrower bowl. Catch each strip with your fingers in the middle, dip one side in sugar and sprinkle with the almonds, and the other side dip into the chocolate.

Orah kocke (Walnut squares)

Sastojci: 250g mlevenih oraha, 250g secera u prahu, 2 kasike kakaoa, 1 stangla cokolade, 4 kasike secera, za fil – 150g secera, 150g mlevenih badema, malo przenog secera.

Priprema:

1) Zamesiti orahe sa secerom u prahu, kakaoom i otopljenom cokoladom. Staviti na tacnu, poravnati. Staviti u frizider da se stegne, pa iseci na kvadratice.

2) Zamesiti secer sa bademima i sa malo przenog secera. Kasicicom stavljati fil i spajati po dva kvadratica.

Ingredients: 250g ground walnuts, 250g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick of chocolate, 4 tablespoons sugar, for filling – 150g sugar, 150g grinded almonds, a little of slightly toasted sugar.

Preparation:
1) Knead walnuts with the powdered sugar, cocoa and melted chocolate. Put on a tray, flatten. Put in refrigerator to harden, then cut into squares.
2) Knead the sugar with the almonds and with a little slightly toasted sugar . Scoop filling and put between two squares.
