Brzi sampon od kokosovog mleka (Quick coconut milk shampoo)

Sastojci: 400ml kokosovog mleka, 185ml aloe vera gela, 15 kapi esencijalnog ulja lavande.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju sipati kokosovo mleko i aloe vera gle i dobro promesati.
2) Sipati u flasu ili teglu. Zatvoriti i dobro promuckati.
3) Dodati esencijalno ulje lavande i jos jednom promuckati.
4) Cuvati u frizideru do 20 dana.

Napomena: rok trajanja je jos manji ako vam za manje od 20 dana istice rok sastojcima.

Ingredients: 400ml coconut milk, 185ml aloe vera gel, 15 drops of lavender essential oil.

Preparation:
1) Pour coconut milk and aloe vera into the bowl and stir well.
2) Pour into a bottle or jar. Close up and shake well.
3) Add lavender essential oil and shake again.
4) Store in the refrigerator for up to 20 days.

Note: the shelf life is even lower if your ingredients expire less than 20 days.

Moka kafa sa kakao zrnima (Mocha coffee with cocoa beans)

Sastojci: 125ml skuvane turske kafe (procedjene), 1 kasika kakao zrna, 250ml mleka od badema, 125ml kokosovog mleka, 2 kasicice meda, par kockica leda.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti kafu, kakao zrna, med, mleko od badema i kokosovo mleko i mutiti 2 minuta dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 125ml of cooked turkish coffee (drained), 1 tablespoon of cocoa beans, 250ml of almond milk, 125ml of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of honey, a couple of ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) Put coffee, cocoa beans, honey, almond milk and coconut milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

Tiramisu sa kokosovim mlekom i lucuma prahom (Tiramisu with coconut milk and lucuma powder)

Sastojci: domaci keks, 150g indijskog oraha, 100g badema, 100g lesnika, 100g oraha, 50g pistaca, 6 kasika lucuma praha, 250ml mleka od badema (ne zasladjenog), 400ml kokosovog mleka (iz frizidera), 2 kasike meda, oko 300ml skuvane i procedjene turske kafe (hladne), 2 kasike rogaca u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Indijske orahe, bademe i lesnike preliti prokljucalom vodom i ostaviti 3 sata. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti indijske orahe, bademe, lesnike i orahe i usitiniti sa mlekom od badema i med. Sipati u ciniju i staviti u frizider.
3) U ciniju staviti kokosovo mleko i mutiti stapnim ili rucnim mikserom dok se ne zgusne. Dodati postepeno lucuma prah i dalje mutiti, oko 10 minuta.
4) Dodati krem od indijskih oraha i promesati dobro. Podeliti na dva dela.

Sampon kocke od kokosovog mleka i mesavine ulja (Shampoo cubes from coconut milk and oils mixture)

Sastojci: 320g kokosovog ulja, 170ml kokosovog mleka, 510ml maslinovog ulja, 150ml suncokretovog ulja, 170ml ulja uljane repice, 42ml jojoba ulja, 164g sodijum hidroksida + 200ml destilovane ili prokuvane vode.

Priprema:
1) Stavite zastitinu opremu. *Pogledajte mere opreza na kraj recepta.
2) Pazljivo i polako dodati sodijum hidroksid u vodu konstantno mesajuci. Nastaviti sa mesanjem dok se sodjum hidroksid potpuno ne otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi do 38 – 43 C.
3) Na pari otopiti kokosovo ulje. Dodati maslinovo ulje, suncokretovo ulje, ulje uljane repice i jojoba ulje. Ostaviti da se ohladi do 38 – 43 C.

Maska za suvu i ostecenu kosu (Mask for dry and damaged hair)

Sastojci: 200ml kokosovog mleka, 2 kasike glicerina, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 6 kapi esencijalnog ulja geranijuma.

Priprema:
1) U teglu staviti kokosovo mleko, glicerin i maslinovo ule.Rucnim mikserom mesati 15 sekundi.
2) Dodati esencijalno ulje geranijuma i promuckati.
3) Na suvu kosu naneti po malo maske i trljati kozu glave. Manji deo maske staviti na krajeve pa istrljati.
4) Ostaviti 5 do 8 minuta pa isprati kosu toplom vodom.

Ingredients: 200ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of glycerin, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 6 drops of geranium essential oil.

Preparation:
1) Put coconut milk, glycerin and olive oil in a jar. Mix with a hand mixer for 15 seconds.
2) Add geranium essential oil and shake well.
3) Apply a little mask on dry hair and rub the scalp. Put the smaller part of the mask on the ends and rub.
4) Allow to stand for 5 to 8 minutes and rinse your hair with warm water.

Nepecene stanglice od sargarepe (No bake carrot bars)

Sastojci: 750g ovsenih pahuljica, 2 kasike stevije, 1 kasika cimeta, 1/2 kasicice djumbira, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog oraha, 60ml kokosovog ulja (rastopljenog), 120ml agava sirupa, 3-4 sargarepe (ispasirane), kokosovo ili sojino mleko po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Ovsene pahuljice stavite u blender i izblendirajte. Sargarepe oljustite, iseci na kolutove i ispasirajte u blenderu. Pomesati kokosovo ulje i agava sirup.

Napomena: stavite prvo 500g, pola sipajte u ciniju, pa dodajte 250g na (vrh) vec samlevenih pahuljica, u blender i ponovo sameljite.

2. U vecoj ciniji, pomesati ovsene pahuljice, steviju, cimet, muskatni orah i djumbir. Dodati mesavinu ulja i sirupa. Dobro sjediniti. Zatim dodati sargarepu i opet dobro sjediniti.

Napomena: ako je masa suva dodati prvo jednu kasiku mleka, a posle ako je potrebno dodati jos.

3. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje (i na ivice). Staviti smesu i poravnati rukama.
4. Staviti u frizider na 2 sata pa seci na stanglice ili zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: 750g of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of Stevia, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 60ml coconut oil (melted), 120ml agave syrup, 3-4 carrots (mashed), coconut or soy milk if necessary.

Preparation:

1. Put oat flakes in blender and blend. Peel the carrots, cut into slices and blend in a blender. Mix coconut oil and agave syrup.

Note: put first 500g, put half into the box, and add 250g on top of grinded flakes, in a blender and grind again.

2. In a larger bowl, mix oats, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Add a mixture of oil and syrup. Combine well. Then add the carrots and combine well again.

Note: if the mixture is dry, first add one tablespoon of milk, and then if you need, add more.

3. In the baking pan, put the baking paper (cover the edges). Pour the mixture and flatten with hands.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut the bars or desired shapes.
