Caj za mrsavljenje (Weight loss tea)

Sastojci: 25g list breze (betulae folium), 15g sipka (cynosbati fructus), 10g ploda komoraca (foeniculi fructus), 20g kore krusine (frangulae cortex), 10g ploda kleke (juniperi fructus), 5g maticnjaka (melissae folium), 5g ploda persuna (petroselini fructus), 5g cveta zove (sambuci flos), 5g lipe (tiliae flos).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve biljke i plodove.
2) Jednu kasiku meavine bilja preliti sa hladnom vodom. Zagrejati do kljucanja i ostaviti 15 minuta. Procediti. Piti 3 puta na dan uvek sveze pripremljen caj.

Ingredients: 25g birch leaf, 15g rosehip (cynosbati fructus), 10g fennel (foeniculi fructus), 20g alder buckthorn (frangulae cortex), 10g juniper (juniperi fructus), 5g lemon balm (melissae folium), 5g parsley (petroselini fructus), 5g elderflower (sambuci flos), 5g lindens (tiliae flos).

Preparation:
1) Mix all the plants and fruits.
2) Pour one tablespoon of herbs mixture with cold water. Heat to a boil and leave for 15 minutes. Drain. Drink tea 3 times a day always prepared fresh.

 

Piletina sa grilovanim tikvicama i povrcem (Chicken with grilled zucchini and vegetables)

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 2 manje tikvice, 1 manji brokoli, 1/2 praziluka, 1/3 komoraca, malo vode ili supe, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Belo meso iseci na kockice ili trakice. Tikvice oljustiti i jednu tikvicu iseci na trakice (kao sibice) a jednu na listove po duzini. Brokoli razdvojiti na cvetove. Praziluk i komorac oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U tiganj staviti 2 kasike ulja i pustiti da se ugreje. Grilovati tikvice. Staviti na papirni ubrus da pokupe visak ulja.
3) Dodati pilece meso i prziti. Izvaditi na papir da se ocedi.
4) Dodati tikvice, brokoli drske i malo vode ili supe. Nakon 7 minuta dodati brokoli cvetove. Posle 3 minuta dodati meso i kuvati jos 2 minuta.
5) Posluziti meso sa povrcem i grilovanim tikvicama.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breast, 2 smaller zucchini, 1 smaller broccoli, 1/2 leek, 1/3 fennel, some water or soup, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cut the white meat into cubes or strips. Peel the zucchini and cut one into like matches and one into sheets lengthwise. Split broccoli into flowers. Peel leek and fennel peel and chop finely.
2) Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and let it warm. Grill zucchini. Put on a paper towel to collect excess oil.
3) Add chicken meat and fry. Take it out to drain.
4) Add zucchini, broccoli stems and some water or soup. Add broccoli flowers after 7 minutes. After 3 minutes add the meat and cook for another 2 minutes.
5) Serve chicken meat with vegetables and grilled zucchini.

Severnoafricki aromaticni sos (Harissa sauce)

Sastojci: 120g ljute papricice, 1 kasicica kima, 1 kasicica korijandera, 1 kasicica kumina, 3 cena belog luka, 1/2 kasicica soli, 2 kasike soka od limuna, 1 kasika paradajz paste, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja+jos za ostavljanje.

Priprema:
1) Staviti papricice u serpu i preliti vrelom vodom. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Zatim ocediti i sacuvati vodu. Ukloniti peteljke i semenke.
2) U suvom tiganju, proprziti nekoliko minuta, kim, korijander i kumin. Mesajuci konstantno da ne zagori. Samleti zacine.
3) Pomesati papricice sa zacinima, belim lukom i solju u secku.
4) Polako dodati maslinovo ulje, sok od limuna i paradajz pastu, da se dobije glatka i gusta masa.
5) Prebaciti u teglu i sipati tanak sloj maslinovog ulja. Cuvati u frizideru do mesec dana.

Savet 1: ako zelite redji sos dodajte malo vode od papricica.
Savet 2: posle svakog koriscenja sosa dodajte tanak sloj maslinovog ulja.

Predlog: ovaj sos mozete posluziti uz Severnoafricki kuskus sa povrcem.

Ingredients: 120g of hot peppers, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon fennel (seeds), 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 2 tablespoons olive oil + more for storing.

Preparation:
1) Place the peppers in a saucepan and pour hot water. Leave for 30 minutes. Then drain and save water. Remove stems and seeds.
2) In a dry skillet, fry a few minutes, cumin, coriander and fennel. Stirring constantly to prevent burning. Grind the spices.
3) Mix the peppers with spices, garlic and salt in food processor.
4) Slowly add the olive oil, lemon juice and tomato paste, to get a smooth and thick mass.
5) Transfer to a jar and pour a thin layer of olive oil on top. Store in the refrigerator up to a month.

Tip 1: If you want thinner sauce add a little water from the peppers.
Tip 2: after each use of sauce, add a thin layer of olive oil.

Suggestion: this sauce you can serve with North African couscous with veggies.

Makarone s kobasicom (Macaroni with sausage)

Sastojci: 300g makarona, 6 kobasica, 1 crni luk, 100g tvrdog sira (narendanog), 2 kasike semena komoraca, 120ml belog vina, 90ml maslinovog ulja, so i biber.

Priprema:

1) Staviti vodu da prokljuca. Posoliti. Dodati makarone.

2) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Kobasice oljustiti i iseci na kolutove..

3) Na ulju proprziti luk, dodati kobasice i prziti dok ne porumene. Dodati seme komoraca i promesati. Sipati vino, promesati i pustiti da ispari. Dodati sir. Promesati, ostaviti minut i skloniti sa sporeta.

4) Ocediti makarone i preko staviti kobasice.

Ingredients: 300g macaroni, 6 sausages, 1 onion, 100g of hard cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, 120ml white wine, 90ml of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

1) Put the water to boil. Season with salt. Add macaroni.
