Za ubrzavanje metabolizma (To speed up metabolism)

Sastojci: sok od pola limuna, sok od jedne limete, 1/2 krastavac, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/2 kasicice kurkume u prahu, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 8 kasike lista persuna, 4 kasike lista korijander, 1 kasika meda, 200ml vode, 50ml kisele vode.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti krastavac.
2) Sve staviti osim u blender kisele vode. Blendirati.
3) Sipati u casu i dodati kiselu vodu.
4) Popiti 1 sat pre spavanja.

Ingredients: juice of half a lemon, juice of one lime, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 8 tablespoons parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, 200ml of water, 50ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:
1) Peel a cucumber.
2) Put everything except in a blender of acidic water. Blendirati.
3) Pour into a glass and add acidic water.
4) Drink 1 hour before bedtime.

Povrtna salata sa amarantom i kinoom (Veggie amaranth and quinoa salad)

Sastojci: 400g kinoe, 150g amaranta (blago pecenog), 1 pecena paprika, 2 sargarepe, 300g spanaca, 80g semenki suncokreta, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike lista celera (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika sok od limuna, 1/2 kasicice kima, 1/2 kasicice crnog luka u prahu, 1/2 kasicice korijandera.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou. Skuvati spanac i iseckati. Sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Papriku iseci na trakice. Beli luk oljustiti i iseci sitno.
2) U serpu na malo ulja uljane repice, na srednjoj temperaturi proprziti beli luk dok ne pusti miris. Dodati sargarepu i celer i prziti jos 5 minuta. Dodati kim, crniluk i korijander i promesati. Dodati kinou i malo vode i kuvati 5 minuta.

Preliv za salatu od avokada i citrusa (Avocado and citrus salad dressing)

Sastojci: 1 avokado, sok od jedne pomorandze, sok jednog limuna, 1 kasika meda, 200g listova korijandera, 250ml maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Avokado oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu. Iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti sve sastojke u blender i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
3) Ostaviti 1 sat u frizider.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, one orange juice, one lemon juice, 1 heap of honey, 200g coriander leaves, 250ml olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into cubes.
2) Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
3) Leave for 1 hour in the fridge.

Severnoafricki aromaticni sos (Harissa sauce)

Sastojci: 120g ljute papricice, 1 kasicica kima, 1 kasicica korijandera, 1 kasicica kumina, 3 cena belog luka, 1/2 kasicica soli, 2 kasike soka od limuna, 1 kasika paradajz paste, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja+jos za ostavljanje.

Priprema:
1) Staviti papricice u serpu i preliti vrelom vodom. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Zatim ocediti i sacuvati vodu. Ukloniti peteljke i semenke.
2) U suvom tiganju, proprziti nekoliko minuta, kim, korijander i kumin. Mesajuci konstantno da ne zagori. Samleti zacine.
3) Pomesati papricice sa zacinima, belim lukom i solju u secku.
4) Polako dodati maslinovo ulje, sok od limuna i paradajz pastu, da se dobije glatka i gusta masa.
5) Prebaciti u teglu i sipati tanak sloj maslinovog ulja. Cuvati u frizideru do mesec dana.

Savet 1: ako zelite redji sos dodajte malo vode od papricica.
Savet 2: posle svakog koriscenja sosa dodajte tanak sloj maslinovog ulja.

Predlog: ovaj sos mozete posluziti uz Severnoafricki kuskus sa povrcem.

Ingredients: 120g of hot peppers, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon fennel (seeds), 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 2 tablespoons olive oil + more for storing.

Preparation:
1) Place the peppers in a saucepan and pour hot water. Leave for 30 minutes. Then drain and save water. Remove stems and seeds.
2) In a dry skillet, fry a few minutes, cumin, coriander and fennel. Stirring constantly to prevent burning. Grind the spices.
3) Mix the peppers with spices, garlic and salt in food processor.
4) Slowly add the olive oil, lemon juice and tomato paste, to get a smooth and thick mass.
5) Transfer to a jar and pour a thin layer of olive oil on top. Store in the refrigerator up to a month.

Tip 1: If you want thinner sauce add a little water from the peppers.
Tip 2: after each use of sauce, add a thin layer of olive oil.

Suggestion: this sauce you can serve with North African couscous with veggies.

Garam masala 2 (Garam masala 2)

Sastojci: 1 kasicica kima u prahu, 1 kasicica seckanog korijandera, 1/2 kasicice aleve paprike, 1/2 kasicice kurkume, 2-3 kasike susama.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve zacine.

Predlog:  mozete napraviti Garam masala.

Ingredients: 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chopped coriander, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds.

Preparation:
1) Mix all spices.

Suggestion: you can make Garam masala.

Kari u prahu (Curry powder)

Sastojci: korijander (mleveni), kim (mleveni), biber (mleveni), kurkuma, djumbir (mleveni).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati jednake kolicine zacina.

Ingredients: coriander (ground), cumin (ground), pepper (ground), turmeric, ginger (ground).

Preparation:
1) Mix equal amounts of spices.
