Stapici povrca sa sosom od tahinijia (Vegetable sticks with tahini sauce)

Sastojci: 1 krastavac, 1 sargarepa, 1 paradajz, 1 stap celera, 2 kasika tahinija, 1 1/2 kasike soka od limuna, prstohvat mediteranskog zacina, prstohvat soli, 4 do 6 kasike vode.

Priprema:
1) Krastavac, sargarepu i paradajz oljustiti. Krastavac i sargarepu iseci na stapice. Paradajz iseci na kolutove. Celer iseci na komade.
2) Pomesati tahini, sok od limuna, mediteranski zacin so i vodu. Dobro izmesati.

Piletina sa kukuruzom i salatom (Chicken with corn and salad)

Sastojci: 150g pilecih prsa +1 kasicica sok od limuna + 1 kasicica maslinovog ulja + 1 kasicica jabukovog sirceta + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu + 1/4 kasicice suvog origana + 1 1/2 kasike grckog jogurta, 125g kukuruza (u zrnu), pola krastavca, 1 paradajz, za sos – 100g grckog jogurta + 1/2 kasicice rendane kore od limuna + 1 kasicica sveze mirodjije + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu + 1 kasicica soka od limuna

Priprema:
1) Pilece meso isprati hladnom vodom. Obrisati. Iseci na kocke. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na trake. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U kesicu staviti sve sastojke i zatvoriti. Promesati da se oblozi piletina. Ostaviti u frizider 3 sata ili preko noci.

Za ubrzavanje metabolizma (To speed up metabolism)

Sastojci: sok od pola limuna, sok od jedne limete, 1/2 krastavac, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/2 kasicice kurkume u prahu, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 8 kasike lista persuna, 4 kasike lista korijander, 1 kasika meda, 200ml vode, 50ml kisele vode.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti krastavac.
2) Sve staviti osim u blender kisele vode. Blendirati.
3) Sipati u casu i dodati kiselu vodu.
4) Popiti 1 sat pre spavanja.

Ingredients: juice of half a lemon, juice of one lime, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 8 tablespoons parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, 200ml of water, 50ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:
1) Peel a cucumber.
2) Put everything except in a blender of acidic water. Blendirati.
3) Pour into a glass and add acidic water.
4) Drink 1 hour before bedtime.

Vitaminska bomba sa povrcem i kamu kamu prahom (Vitamin bomb with vegetables and camu camu powder)

Sastojci: 5 sargarepa (oljustene), 200g spanaca (opran), komad svezeg djumbira oko 3 cm (oljusten), 1/2 krastavca (oljusten), 1/2 limuna, 1 kasicica kamu kamu praha.

Priprema:
1) U sokovnik staviti povrce i napraviti sok.
2) U casu sa sokom dodatu kamu kamu prah i promesati.
3) Uvek spremati svez sok.

Preparation:

Napomena: sve sveze sokove koje napravite moraju se popiti u toku dana.

Ingredients: 1 large beetroot, 1 cucumber, 2 carrots.

Preparation:
1) Wash, peel and cut into small pieces beetroot, cucumber and carrots.
