Za ubrzavanje metabolizma (To speed up metabolism)

Sastojci: sok od pola limuna, sok od jedne limete, 1/2 krastavac, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/2 kasicice kurkume u prahu, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 8 kasike lista persuna, 4 kasike lista korijander, 1 kasika meda, 200ml vode, 50ml kisele vode.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti krastavac.
2) Sve staviti osim u blender kisele vode. Blendirati.
3) Sipati u casu i dodati kiselu vodu.
4) Popiti 1 sat pre spavanja.

Ingredients: juice of half a lemon, juice of one lime, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 8 tablespoons parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, 200ml of water, 50ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:
1) Peel a cucumber.
2) Put everything except in a blender of acidic water. Blendirati.
3) Pour into a glass and add acidic water.
4) Drink 1 hour before bedtime.

Omlet sa kurkumom (Turmeric omelet)

Sastojci: 3 jaja, 1/3 kasicice kurkume, 1 kasicica suvog origana, 1 kasika vlasca ili 1 kasicica suvog vlasca, prstohvat soli, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice.

Priprema:
1) Jaja umutiti. Dodati kurkumu, origano, vlasac i so. Promesati.
2) U tiganju na srednjoj temperaturi zagrejati ulje. Sipati jaja i prziti oko 5 minuta.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1/3 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of chives or 1 teaspoon dried chives, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of canola oil.

Preparation:
1) Whisk eggs. Add turmeric, oregano, chives and salt. Stir.
2) In a saucepan over medium heat heat the canola oil. Add the eggs and fry for about 5 minutes.

Caj za izbacivanje vode iz organizma (Tea to remove water from the body)

Sastojci: 4 limuna, 2 korena djumbira od oko 2cm, 1 L vode, 1/4 kasicice mlevene kurkume (opcionalno).

Priprema:
1) Limun dobro oprati pa iseci na cetrvtine. Djumbir oljustiti pa iseci nakolutove.
2) U serpu staviti vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. Skloniti sa sporeta.
3) Dodati djumbir, limun i kurkumu. Poklopiti i ostaviti da stoji 30 minuta.
4) Izvaditi limun i djumbir. Procediti.
5) Piti pre jela.
6) Caj se moze zagrejati ali pazite da ne prokljuca.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Detoks voda sa jagodama i krastavcem.

Ingredients: 4 lemons, 2 ginger roots about 2cm, 1L water, 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional).

Preparation:
1) Wash the lemons well and cut it into quarters. Peel the ginger and cut the rings.
2) Put water in the pot and let it boil. Remove from the stove.
3) Add ginger, lemon and turmeric. Cover and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
4) Remove the lemon and ginger. Drain.
5) Drink before eating.
6) Tea can be heated but be careful not to boil.

Suggestion: you can make Detox water with strawberries and cucumber.

Garam masala 2 (Garam masala 2)

Sastojci: 1 kasicica kima u prahu, 1 kasicica seckanog korijandera, 1/2 kasicice aleve paprike, 1/2 kasicice kurkume, 2-3 kasike susama.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve zacine.

Predlog:  mozete napraviti Garam masala.

Ingredients: 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chopped coriander, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds.

Preparation:
1) Mix all spices.

Suggestion: you can make Garam masala.

Kari u prahu (Curry powder)

Sastojci: korijander (mleveni), kim (mleveni), biber (mleveni), kurkuma, djumbir (mleveni).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati jednake kolicine zacina.

Ingredients: coriander (ground), cumin (ground), pepper (ground), turmeric, ginger (ground).

Preparation:
1) Mix equal amounts of spices.
