Blitva i krompir salata sa tunjevinom (Swiss chard and potato salad with tuna)

Sastojci: 120g krompira, 50g majoneza (light), 2 kasike susama, 180g tunjevine (ocedjene od ulja), 1 cen belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 240g blitve.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti blitvu. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Krompir oprati. Staviti u serpicu, preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (4) i kuvati 20 do 25 minuta. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi pa oljustiti i iseci na kocke.

Salata od jabuka i brokolija (Apple and broccoli salad)

Sastojci: 500g brokolija, 3 jabuke, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 400g majoneza, 50g zelenih maslina (bez kostica), 2 kasike alkoholnog sirceta, par kapi soka od limuna, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti brokoli (slana kupka). Jabuke oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu sa vodom kad prokljuca staviti drske brokolija i kuvati 7 minuta. Dodati cvetove brokolija i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Staviti i drske i cvetove u hladnu vodu na 3 minuta da se prekine proces kuvanja. Ocediti.

Kako napraviti domaci majonez (How to make homemade mayonnaise)

Sastojci: 1 jaje (sobne temperature), 1 kasika senfa, 1 kasika belog vinskog sirceta, 250ml neutralnog ulja (ulje semenki grozdja, ulje safrana ili ulje uljane repice), 1 kasicia svezeg soka od limuna, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) U teglu staviti jaje i mutiti 30 sekundi. Dodati senf, sirce i so. Mutiti 30 sekundi.
2) Dodavati ulje u malim kapima i nastavite da mutite dok ne potrosite trecinu ulja ili dok majonez ne pocne da se zgusanjava.
3) Ostatak ulja dodavati u tankom mlazu i mutiti.

Krem od spanaca (Spinach cream)

Sastojci: 250g kisele pavlake, 100g majoneza, 150g spanaca, 1 mladi luk.

Priprema:

1. Dobro oprati spanac pod mlazom hladne vode. Mladi luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpicu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.
3. Dodati spanac, poklopiti i kuvati 2 minuta. Otklopiti i kuvati jos 1 minut.
4. Procediti i ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseckati spanac.
5. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, majonez, spanac i mladi luk. Dobro sjediniti.
6. Ostaviti u frizideru najmanje 3 sata.

Predlog: ovaj krem mozete posluziti uz slane krekere sa sirom.

Ingredients: 250g sour cream, 100g mayonnaise, 150g spinach, 1 green onions.

Preparation:

1. Wash well spinach under cold running water. Clean green onions and finely chop.
2. In saucepan pour water and let it boil.
3. Add the spinach, cover and cook 2 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Strain and leave to cool. Chop spinach.
5. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach and green onions. Combine well.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Punjen paradajz (Stuffed tomato)

Sastojci: 18 paradajza, so.

Priprema:

1) Iseci poklopac sa svakog paradajza. Pazljivo izvaditi sredinu. Posoliti i prevnuti da se ocediti. 

2) Tanko iseci donji deo paradajza, da moze da stoji. 

Sa tunom: 120g tune, 1 1/2 kasicica nane (sitno iseckane), 4 kasike majoneza, 4 kasike jogurta.

Sa patlidzanom: 1 patlidzan (pecen u rerni), 5 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 cena belog luka, so, 1/4 kasicice aleve paprike, 2 kasike persuna (sitno seckanog). Patlidzan ispeci u rerni, izgnjeciti viljuskom. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti.

Sa sardinama: 100g sardina, 8 kiselih krastavcica, sok od pola limuna, so. Sardine izgnjeciti viljuskom. Kisele krastavicice sitno iseckati. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti.

Sa rokforom: 50g rokfor sira (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika belog vinskom sirceta, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 4 kisela krastavcica (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog).

Predlog 1: mozete spremiti Punjen paradajz.

Predlog 2: mozete spremiti Paradajz punjen testeninom.

Ingredients: 18 tomatoes, so.

Preparation:

1) Cut the lid of each tomato. Carefully remove the middle. Add salt and turn upside down to drain.

2) Thinly cut the lower part of the tomato, that can stand.

With tuna: 120g tuna, 1 1/2 teaspoon mint (finely chopped), 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of buttermilk.

With eggplant: 1 eggplant (baked in the oven), 5 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped). Bake eggplant in the oven, squeeze with fork. Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix all and combine well.

With sardines: 100g sardines, 8 pickles, juice of half a lemon, salt. Sardines squeeze with fork. Finely chop pickles. Mix all and combine well..

With Roquefort: 50g Roquefort cheese (cut into cubes), 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 4 pickles (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped).

Suggestion 1: you can make Stuffed tomatoes.

Suggestion 2: you can make Tomatoes stuffed with pasta.

Pasteta od belog mesa (Chicken breasts pate)

Sastojci: 400g pileceg belog mesa, 4 sargarepe, 2 jaja (tvrdo kuvana), 3 crvene paprike (pecene, oljustene), 250ml majoneza, 1 kasika senfa.

Priprema:
1) Pilece belo meso skuvati. Sargarepu oljustiti i skuvati.
2) U secka staviti belo meso, sargarepu, jaja i paprike.
3) Pomesati majonez i senf, i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Ostaviti u frizider nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Junecu pastetu.

Ingredients: 400g chicken breasts, 4 carrots, 2 eggs (hard-boiled), 3 red peppers (roasted, peeled), 250ml mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken breast. Peel carrots and cook.
2) In food processor, put chicken breasts, carrots, eggs and peppers. Blend.
3) Mix mayonnaise and mustard, and add to the previous mixture. Combine well.
4) Leave in refrigerator for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make Beef pate.

Juneca salata (Beef salad)

Sastojci: 500g juneceg mesa (od plecke), 1 koren celera, 1 koren paskanata, 1 koren persuna, 2 sargarepe, 2 glavice crnog luka, 1 lovorov list, so, biber, za preliv – 200g majoneza, 300ml kisele pavlake, 200g kiselih krastavcica, 40g senfa, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog).

Priprema:
1) Meso iseckati na kocke. Koren celera, koren paskanata, koren persuna, sargarepu i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati.
2) U serpu naliti hladnu vodu, staviti meso i povrce, lovorov list i biber i kuvati. Izvaditi lovorov list. Ocediti.
3) Pomesati majonez, kiselu pavlaku, senf i kisele krastavcice. Dodati meso i povrce. Izmesati i posuti persunom. Staviti u frizider.

Ingredients: 500g beef (shoulder), 1 celery root, 1 parsnip root, parsley root 1, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 1 bay leaf, salt, pepper, for dressing – 200g mayonnaise, 300ml sour cream, 200g pickles, 40g mustard, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped).

Preparation:
1) Chop the meat into cubes. Peel celery root, parsnip root, parsley root, carrot and onion and finely chop. Finely chop pickles.
2) In pot pour cold water, put the meat and vegetables, bay leaf and pepper and cook. Remove the bay leaf. Drain well.
3) Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pickles. Add the meat and vegetables. Stir and sprinkle with parsley. Put in refrigerator.
