Mask for Sensitive Skin – Oatmeal

C = Cup
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon

Ideal mask for sensitive skin, skin sun-burned or irritated in some other way
Basic ingredients: 1 C of buttermilk, 1/2 C oatmeal.For oily skin – add to the mixture a few drops of lemon juice.
For dry skin – add a couple teaspoons of honey.

Mix ingredients and apply the mask on your face, hold it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water or use a heated towel. Just be careful not to get too hot.
