Vanilice sa dzemom (Sandwich cookies with jam)

vanilice

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 400g masti, 200g secera u prahu + jos malo za posipanje, 40g vanilin secera, 3 jaja, 200ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, dzem.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti mast. Dodati secer u prahu i dobro sjediniti.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i vanilin secer. Dodati mesavinu masti i jaja i dobro promesati.
3) Na povrsinu razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm i casicom vaditi krugove.

Razblaziti rakiju sa toplom vodom u odnosu 1 prema 5, da ne bi doslo do ostecenja koze.
Masirati stopala, dlanove i od vrata niz kicmeni stub.

Krompir (sirovi)

Kriske krompira stavljati na celo u toku dana, a pre spavanja izrendati krompir i obucti carape. Kad se osusi krompir zameniti novim krompirom.

Puzici sa suvom slaninom i paradajzom (Snails with dry bacon and tomatoes)

Sastojci: 75g heljdinog brasna, 75g jecmenog brasna, 75g ovsenog, 100g razanog brasna, 50g spelta brasna, 3 kasike masti, oko 230ml kisele vode, 3/4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 3/4 kasicice soli, za fil – 200g suve slanine, 2 paradajza, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike kokosovog ili maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. Za fil – suvu slaninu iseckati na kockice. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. U ciniju staviti suvu slaninu, paradajz i beli luk, pa dodati ulje i sve zajedno pomesati.
2. Pomesati sva brasna, prasak za pecivo, so i mast.
3. Postepeno dodavati kiselu vodu i zamesiti glatko testo.
4. Testo pokriti providnom folijom i ostaviti 20 minuta.
5. Oklagijom razviti pravougaonik debljine oko 0.5 cm.
6. Rasporediti fil preko testa, pa urolati. Seci puzice debljine 1.5 do 2cm.
7. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje, poredjati puzice i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 75g buckwheat flour, 75 g barley flour, 75g oat flour, 100g rye flour, 50g spelt flour, 3 tablespoons of lard, about 230ml sparkling water, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder, 3/4 tsp salt, for the filling – 200g dry bacon, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil.

Preparation:

1. For the filling – dry bacon cut into small cubes. Peel tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and finely chop. In a bowl, put dry bacon, tomatoes and garlic, then add the oil and mix all together.
2. Mix all the flour, baking powder, salt and lard.
3. Gradually add sparkling water and knead a smooth dough.
4. Cover the dough with plastic foil and leave for 20 minutes.
5. With rolling pin develop a rectangle about 0.5 cm thick.
6. Put filling over the dough, then roll it. Cut snails thickness of 1.5 to 2 cm.
7. In the baking pan put the baking paper, arrange the snails and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes.

 

Heljdine tortilje sa bolonjeze sosom (Buckwheat tortillas with bolognese sauce)

Sastojci: tortilje od heljdinog brasna, bolonjeze sos ili bolonjeze sos 2, 1/2 struka praziluka, 1 kasika kokosovog ulja ili 1 kasika masti.

Napomena: ako spremate bolonjeze sos, maslinovo ulje zamenite kokosovim uljem.

Priprema:

1. Napravite tortilje od heljdinog brasna.
2. Napravite bolonjeze sos. 3. Praziluk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
4. U tiganj, staviti ulje ili mast i pustiti da se ugreje. Dodati praziluk i kratko proprziti.
5. Dodati praziluk bolonjeze sosu i promesati.
6. Na svaku tortilju staviti bolonjeze sos i umotati.

Ingredients: tortillas from buckwheat flour, bolognese sauce or bolognese sauce 2, 1/2 waist of leek, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or 1 tablespoon of lard.

Note: if you are preparing a bolognese sauce, replace olive oil with coconut oil.

Keleraba sa pilecim belim mesom (Kohlrabi with chicken breasts)

Sastojci: 4 kelerabe, 250g pileceg belog mesa, 1/2 struka praziluka, 1 kasika kokosovog ulja ili 1 kasika masti, 1 cen belog luka, 1 kasika sveze mirodjije ili 1 kasicica suve, mlaka voda, morska ili himalajska so (za kuvanje kelerabe).

Priprema:

1. Pripremiti i skuvati kelerabu.
2. Belo meso iseci na kocke. Beli luk i praziluk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
3. U tiganj, staviti ulje (mast) i pustiti da se ugreje (istopi). Dodati beli luk i praziluk i kratko proprziti. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu.
4. Dodati pilece belo meso i prziti dok meso ne promeni boju. Povremeno dolivati vodu i dinstati dok meso ne omeksa. Kad omeksa dodati kelerabu (koren i lisce) i kuvati jos par minuta.
5. Kad sva voda ispari dodati mirodjiju, promesati i skloniti sa sporeta.

Ingredients: 4 kohlrabi, 250g of chicken breasts, 1/2 waist of leek, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or 1 tablespoon of lard, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dry, lukewarm water, sea or Himalayan salt (for cooking kohlrabi).

Preparation:

1. Prepare and cook kohlrabi.
2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Clean garlic and leek and finely chop.
3. In a frying pan, put the oil (lard) and let it heat up (melt). Add garlic and leek and fry briefly. Reduce to medium temperature.
4. Add chicken breast and fry until the meat changes color. Periodically add water and cook until the meat is tender. When tender add the kohlrabi (root and leaves) and cook a few more minutes.
5. When the all water evaporates add dill, stir and remove from the stove.

Londonske stanglice (London bars)

Sastojci: 125g masti, 5 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera, 250g brasna, 5 belanaca, 10g vanilin secera, dzem, 250g secera, 250g mlevenih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Dobro umutiti mast, pa dodati zumanca i sve dobro umutiti. Dodati brasno i vanilin secer. Celu masu rastanjiti u pleh namazan margarinom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.
2) Napola peceno testo premazati dzemom i vratiti u rernu da se kratko pece.
3) Penasto umutiti belanca, dodati vanilin secer, secer i orahe. Promesati. Ovu masu sipati ravnomerno preko dzema i vratiti u rernu da se krarko pece. Stanglice seci vruce.

Ingredients: 125g of lard, 5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 250g flour, 5 egg whites, 10g vanilla sugar, jam, 250g sugar, 250g ground walnuts.

Preparation:
1) Good whisk lard, then add egg yolks and mix well. Add flour and vanilla sugar. Put this mass in baking pan, smeared with margarine and press evenly.Bake in preheated oven at 200C.
2) A half-baked cake coat with jam and return to the oven to bake shortly.
3) Whisk egg whites until foamy, add vanilla sugar, sugar and walnuts. Stir. Pour this mixture evenly over the jam and return to the oven to bake shortly. Cut sticks when still hot.

Lenja pita sa jabukama (Lazy apple pie)

Sastojci: 250g masti, 200g+4 kasike secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 jaje, 2 zumanca, 500g brasna, 125ml mleka, 1 kg jabuka, 3 kasike griza (ili prezli).

Priprema:
1) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo.
2) Mast umutiti sa 200g secera, dodati jaje i zumanca. Dobro izmesati. Zatim dodati brasno i mleko. Dobro izmesati. Podeliti na 2 dela.
3) Jabuke oljustiti i izrendati. Prvi deo testa staviti u pleh, staviti jabuke, posuti grizom, pa sa 4 kasike secera. Staviti drugi deo testa.
4) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C.

Ingredients: 250g of lard, 200g+4 tablespoons of sugar, 10g baking powder, 1 egg, 2 egg yolks, 500g flour, 125ml milk, 1 kg of apples, 3 tablespoons semolina (or breadcrumbs).

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour with the baking powder.
2) Whisk lard with 200g sugar, add the egg and egg yolks. Mix well. Then add flour and milk. Mix well. Divided into 2 parts.
3) Peel and grate the apples. In baking pan place first part of the dough, put apples, sprinkle with semolina, and with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Put the second part of the dough.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 200 C.

Kvadratici punjeni bademom (Squares filled with almonds)

Sastojci: 8 kasika brasna, 2 kasike secera, 1 kasika masti, 4 kasike ruma, na vrh noza soli, 4 zumanceta i malo mleka (toliko da se dobije mekano testo), za fil – 3 jaja, 2 kasike secera, 10 kasika mlevenih badema, ulje, vanilin secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, so, secer, mast, rum, zumanca i zamesti mekano teso sa malo mleka.
2) Dobro izmesiti, zatim ga razviti u tanku koru i secite nozem na kvadrate.
3) Za fil – odvojiti zumanca od belanaca. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom. Umutiti belanca, pa odvojiti 2 kasike pene i dodati zumancima. Dodati bademe. Promesati.
4) Umutiti 4 belanca, pa premazati svaki kvadrat i staviti malo fila na sredinu. Zatim preklopiti drugim komadom kvadrata, oko nadeva prstima pritisnuti testo. Ivice pritisnite viljuskom.
5) Prziti na vrelom ulju da porumene sa obe strane. Posuti vanilin secerom.

Ingredients: 8 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lard, 4 tablespoons rum, salt on the top knife, 4 egg yolks and a little milk (enough to get a soft dough), for the filling – 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 10 tablespoons ground toasted almonds, vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Combine flour, salt, sugar, lard, rum, egg yolks and knead soft dough with a little milk.
2) Knead well, then develop it into a thin crust and a cut with knife into squares.
3) For the filling – separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk egg yolks with sugar. Whisk egg whites and take 2 tablespoons of foam and add to the egg yolks. Add almonds. Stir.
4) Whisk 4 egg whites, brush each square and put some almond filling in the middle. Cover with another square, press with your fingers around filling. Press edges fork.
5) Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Potkovice sa sirom (Horseshoe with cheese)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 1 kasika masti, malo soli i mlaka voda (koliko je potrebno da se zamesi fino testo), 250g sira, 1 jaje.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati brasno i so, dodati mast i zamesiti sa vodom testo. Ostavite da naraste 30 minuta.

Napomena: dodavati po malo vode  dok testo ne pocne da se odvaja od posude.

2) Izgnjeciti sir i pomesati sa umucenim jajetom.

3) Razvuci testo oklagijom, sto tanje, rasporediti fil, na jedan kraj kore. Uviti kao strudlu. Seci komade duzine 25cm i saviti u obliku potkovice. Krajeve zatvoriti na dole, da ne ispada fil.

4) Peci na 200 stepeni oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients:400g flour, 1 tablespoon of lard, salt and lukewarm water (as needed to get fine dough), 250g of cheese, 1 egg.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour and salt, add the lard and knead the dough with water. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Note: add a little water gradually until the dough starts to pull away from the pan.
2) Squeeze cheese with forkl and mix with the beaten egg yolk.
3) Develop dough with rolling pin, thinly, spread filling on one end of the crust. Roll as strudel. Cut in length 25cm pieces and fold into the shape of a horseshoe. Close down the ends, to prevent filling to come out.
4) Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Proja sa cvarcima (Corn bread with pork crisps)

Sastojci: 500g kukuruznog brasna, 250g cvaraka, 1 kasika masti, 10g sode bikarbone, malo tople vode.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno i sodu bikarbonu.

2) Dodati cvarke i mast i zamesiti sa malo tople vode. Mesiti dok se ne dobije srednje retko testo.

3) Pleh namazati mascu, uliti smesu i peci na 220° oko 20-30 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g corn flour, 250g pork crisps, 1 tablespoon of lard, 10g of baking soda, a little warm water.

Preparation:
1) Mix corn flour and baking soda.
2) Add pork crisps and lard and knead with warm water. Knead the dough until you get medium-rare dough.
3) Grease the pan with lard, pour the mixture and bake at 220 ° about 20-30 minutes.
