Sirup od zelenih oraha u medu (Green walnuts in honey syrup)

Za stitnu zlezdu

Sastojci: 1 kg meda, 40 mladih zelenih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Dobro oprati mlade orahe i osusiti.
2) Staviti rukavice (da vam ruke ne budu crne), prerezati svaki orah na 4 dela.
3) Staviti u staklenu teglu i preliti sa medom.
4) Dobro zatvoriti teglu i ostaviti da stoji na suncu mesec dana.
5) Izvaditi orahe i teglu promuckati malo.
6) Cuvati na tamnom i hladnom mestu.
7) Jedna kasicica ujutro pre dorucka.

For the thyroid gland

Ingredients: 1 kg of honey, 40 baby green walnuts.

Preparation:
1) Wash the baby green walnuts well and dry them.
2) Put on gloves (so that your hands are not black), cut each walnut into 4 parts.

Sastojci: 120g pilecih prsa + 1 kasicica maslinovog ulja + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu + 1 kasicica soja sosa + 1 kasicica meda, 1 manja sargarepa ili 1/2 vece, 120g patlidzana, 30g indijskih oraha

Priprema:
1) Piletinu oprati vodom i obrisati. Iseci na kocke. Oljustiti sargarepu i iseci na kockice. Pripremiti patlidzan. Indijske orahe potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti.

Pecena piletina sa barenim povrcem (Roast chicken with boiled vegetables)

Sastojci: 1/2 tikvice, 60-80g brokolija, 1 slatki krompir + 1 kasicica tahinija + prstohvat mediteranskog zacina + nekoliko kapi soka od limuna, 200g pilecih prsa + 1 kasika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog) + 1 kasika balzamiko sirceta + 1 kasicica meda + 1 ksaicica senfa + 1/2 kasicice djubmira u prahu + prstohvat morske soli.

Priprema:
1) Pileca prsa oprati hladnom vodom i obrisati. Tikvicu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Pripremiti brokoli.
2) U serpu staviti brokoli drske i kuvati 7 minuta. Nakon 5 minuta dodati tikvice. Nakon 7 minuta dodati brokoli cvetove. (7 minuta za drske a 3 minuta za cvetove brokolija). Ocediti.

Kakao frape za mrsavljenje (Cocoa slimming smoothies)

Sastojci: 1 banana, 1/3 avokada, 3-4 kasike rogaca (ili kakaoa), 125ml vode prokuvane (ohladjene), 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1 kasika putera od badema ili putera od indijskih oraha, 1 kasika meda, 3-4 kocke leda.

Sastojci: 125g kinoe, 120g boranije, 180g tune (ocedjene od ulja) ili 250g tofu sira (cvrstog) + 1 kasika paradajz paste + 1 kasika vode + 1/2 kasike gustina + 1/2 kasicice zutog secera + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu, prstohvat soli, za sos – 1 kasicica jabukovog sirceta + 1 kasicica meda + 1 kasika grckog jogurta + 1/2 kasicice senfa.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou. Tofu iseci na kocke (velicine zalogaja).
2) U ciniji pomesati sve zacine osim tofua. Promesati. Dodati tofu i promesati.

Ovsene pahuljice sa bananom i puterom od kikirikija (Oat flakes with banana and peanut butter)

Sastojci: 125g ovsenih pahuljica, 375ml vode, 1 kasicica kokosovog ulja, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1 kasicica meda ili stevije, 1 kasika putera od kikirikija, 1 banana.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti bananu i iseci na kolutove.
2) U serpicu staviti pahuljice i preliti vodom. Pustiti da prokljuca i smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 15 mnuta.

Za ubrzavanje metabolizma (To speed up metabolism)

Sastojci: sok od pola limuna, sok od jedne limete, 1/2 krastavac, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/2 kasicice kurkume u prahu, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 8 kasike lista persuna, 4 kasike lista korijander, 1 kasika meda, 200ml vode, 50ml kisele vode.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti krastavac.
2) Sve staviti osim u blender kisele vode. Blendirati.
3) Sipati u casu i dodati kiselu vodu.
4) Popiti 1 sat pre spavanja.

Ingredients: juice of half a lemon, juice of one lime, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 8 tablespoons parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, 200ml of water, 50ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:
1) Peel a cucumber.
2) Put everything except in a blender of acidic water. Blendirati.
3) Pour into a glass and add acidic water.
4) Drink 1 hour before bedtime.

Za ciscenje debelog creva (For colon cleansing)

Sastojci: 300ml vode, 1/4 kasicice ljute aleve paprike u prahu, 2 kasike meda, sok od pola limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke sa mlakom vodom. Mesati dok se med ne otopi.
2) Piti 5 do 8 puta na dan 1o dana.

Ingredients: 300ml water, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder, 2 tablespoons honey, juice of half a lemon.

Preparation:
1) Mix all ingredients with lukewarm water. Stir until the honey dissolves.
2) Drink 5 to 8 times a day for 10 days.

Kolac od meda sa suvim vocem (Honey cake with dried fruit)

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 250g margarina, 500g meda, 6 jaja, 200g indijskih oraha, 400g suvog voca (suve sljive, suve kajsije, suve smokve, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje), 1 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice karanfilica u prahu, 2 kasicice sode bikarbone.

Priprema:
1) Od 2 jaja odvoijiti belanca i zumanaca. Pomesati brasno, sodu bikarbonu, cimet i karanfilic. Penasto umutiti 2 belanca.
2) U serpici na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti med sa margarinom. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Dodati jaja i promesati. Dodati mesavinu brasna i zamestiti glatko testo.

Kolac od meda sa kiselim mlekom (Honey cake with yogurt)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 250g margarina, 450g meda, 200g kiselog mleka, 5g praska za pecivo, 200g mlevenih oraha, 650g brasna, 1 kasicica cimeta, 2 kasike ruma.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, cimer i orahe.
2) U ciniji penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom. Dodati margarin, kiselo mleko i rum. Promesati. Dodati mesavinu brasna i dobro sve sjediniti.
3) Pleh namazati margarinom i blago posuti brasnom, Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zaagrejanoj rerni na 180 C.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 250g margarine, 450g honey, 200g yogurt, 5g baking powder, 200g ground walnuts, 650g flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of rum.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts.
2) Whisk eggs with sugar until foam. Add margarine, yogurt and rum. Stir. Add flour mixture and combine well.
3) Smear baking pan with margarine and lightly sprinkle with flour, Pour mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 C.

Medeno srce (Honey hearts)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 500ml mleka, 80g secera, 250g meda, 100ml ulja, 20g sode bikarbonem, 200g dzema od kajsija, 100g cokolade + 20g gi putera.

Priprema:
1) U serpicu staviti mleko da prokljuca na srednju temperaturu (4). Dodati secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati med i mesati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) U vanglu pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati mleko sa medom i dzem i dobro promesati. Pokriti i ostaviti 1 sat.
3) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C. Kad se ohladi vaditi srca modlama ili seci na kocke.
4) Otopiti cokoladu sa gi puterom na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
5) Umakati u otopljenu cokoladu. Poredjati na posluzavnik oblozen papirom za pecenje i ostaviti da se stegne.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 500ml milk, 80g sugar, 250g honey, 100ml oil, 20g baking soda, 200g apricot jam, 100g chocolate + 20g ghee butter.

Preparation:
1) Put the milk in a pot and let it boil over medium heat (4). Add the sugar and mix to dissolve. Add honey and mix to dissolve. Allow to cool.
2) Mix flour and baking soda into the bowl. Add milk with honey and jam and mix well. Cover and leave for 1 hour.

Moka kafa sa kakao zrnima (Mocha coffee with cocoa beans)

Sastojci: 125ml skuvane turske kafe (procedjene), 1 kasika kakao zrna, 250ml mleka od badema, 125ml kokosovog mleka, 2 kasicice meda, par kockica leda.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti kafu, kakao zrna, med, mleko od badema i kokosovo mleko i mutiti 2 minuta dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 125ml of cooked turkish coffee (drained), 1 tablespoon of cocoa beans, 250ml of almond milk, 125ml of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of honey, a couple of ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) Put coffee, cocoa beans, honey, almond milk and coconut milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

Vocni parfe sa grckim jogurtom (Fruit parfait with greek yogurt)

Sastojci: 4 kajsije (na kockice), 2 breskve (na kockice), 500ml grckog jogurta, 3 kasike meda, 1 kasika cia semenki, 150g muslija.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti grcki jogurt i musli. Ostaviti da stoji 2 sata.
2) Dodati kajsije i breskve i promesati.
3) Dodati med i cia semenke i promesati.

Ingredients: 4 apricots (cubed), 2 peaches (cubed), 500ml greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 150g of muesli.

Preparation:
1) Put greek yogurt and muesli in the bowl. Allow to stand for 2 hours.
2) Add apricots and peaches and stir.
3) Add honey and chia seeds and stir.

Tiramisu sa kokosovim mlekom i lucuma prahom (Tiramisu with coconut milk and lucuma powder)

Sastojci: domaci keks, 150g indijskog oraha, 100g badema, 100g lesnika, 100g oraha, 50g pistaca, 6 kasika lucuma praha, 250ml mleka od badema (ne zasladjenog), 400ml kokosovog mleka (iz frizidera), 2 kasike meda, oko 300ml skuvane i procedjene turske kafe (hladne), 2 kasike rogaca u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Indijske orahe, bademe i lesnike preliti prokljucalom vodom i ostaviti 3 sata. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti indijske orahe, bademe, lesnike i orahe i usitiniti sa mlekom od badema i med. Sipati u ciniju i staviti u frizider.
3) U ciniju staviti kokosovo mleko i mutiti stapnim ili rucnim mikserom dok se ne zgusne. Dodati postepeno lucuma prah i dalje mutiti, oko 10 minuta.
4) Dodati krem od indijskih oraha i promesati dobro. Podeliti na dva dela.

Kinoa sa orasima i jabukama (Quinoa with walnuts and apples)

Sastojci: 400g kuvane kinoe, 2 jabuke, 3 kasike meda, 200g oraha, 1 1/2 kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Jabuke oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U ciniju sa kinoom dodati jabuke, cimet, med i orahe. Promesati.

Ingredients: 400g cooked quinoa, 2 apples, 3 tablespoons of honey, 200g of walnuts, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
2) In a bowl with quinoa add apples, cinnamon, honey and walnuts. Stir.

Nepecen kolac od indijskog oraha (Non-baked cashews cake)

Sastojci: za koru – 280g badema, 190g lanenog semena u prahu, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 1 1/2 kasike meda, prstohvat soli, za fil – 190g indijskog oraha + 190ml vode, 190g rogaca, 8 kasika mlevenih lesnika, 2 kasike meda, 80g kakao zrna, 190ml kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 2 kasike cia semenki, 250g bobicastog voca po zelji.

Priprema:
1) Staviti indijski orah u vodu i ostaviti 3 sata. Procediti.
2) U blender staviti bademe i usitniti. Dodati laneno seme, kokosovo ulje, med i so i blendati jos 5 minuta.
3) U pleh sa pomerajucim stranicama staviti koru od badema i pristisnuti prstima da poravnate. Staviti u zamrzivac na 30 minuta.

Cia puding sa vocem (Cia fruit pudding)

Sastojci: 80g cia semenki, 2 banane (pire), 1 kivi, 100g ananasa, 3 kasike meda, 300ml mleka od badema, 300ml grckog jogurta, 1 kasicica cimeta, 100g oraha (seckanih).

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati mleko od badema i grcki jogurt.
2) Dodati med, cimet i cia semenke i dobro sjediniti. Mozete i u blenderu ili rucnim mikserom. Dodati banane i opet izmesati mikserom.

Preliv za salatu od avokada i citrusa (Avocado and citrus salad dressing)

Sastojci: 1 avokado, sok od jedne pomorandze, sok jednog limuna, 1 kasika meda, 200g listova korijandera, 250ml maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Avokado oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu. Iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti sve sastojke u blender i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
3) Ostaviti 1 sat u frizider.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, one orange juice, one lemon juice, 1 heap of honey, 200g coriander leaves, 250ml olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into cubes.
2) Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
3) Leave for 1 hour in the fridge.

Med sa suvim vocem za jacanje imuniteta (Honey with dried fruits to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g oraha (celi ili polovine, ne mleveni), 150g suvih kajsija, 150g suvih sljiva, 100g suvih smokava, 200g badema, 150g suvog grozdja, sok i kora od 3 veca limuna.

Priprema:
1) Limun dobro oprati. Iscediti sok. Orahe i bademe iseckati. Suve sljive potopiti u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti suve kajsije, suve smokve i suvo grozdje i koru od limuna. Samleti.
3) U teglu sipati smesu suvog voca, suve sljive, bademe i orahe. Preliti sokom limuna i promesati. Dodati med i dobro promesati.
4) Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi na tamnom mestu 2 dana. Zatim drzati u frizideru.
5) Za decu stariju od 4 godine – 1 kasicica dva puta na dan. Za odrasle – 1 kasika tri puta na dan.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Suvo voce i orasasti plodovi u medu.

Ingredients: 600g honey, 300g walnuts (whole or half, not ground), 150g dried apricots, 150g prunes, 100g dried figs, 200g almonds, 150g raisins, juice and peel of 3 larger lemons.

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon well. Squeeze the juice. Chop walnuts and almonds. Soak the prunes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain.
2) Put dried apricots, dried figs and raisins and lemon peel in a blender. Blend well.
3) Put a mixture of dried fruits, prunes, almonds and walnuts into a jar. Pour over the lemon juice and stir. Add honey and stir well.
4) Leave at room temperature at dark place for 2 days. Then store in the refrigerator.
5) For children older than 4 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day. For adults – 1 kasika three times a day.

Suggestion: you can make Dried fruits and nuts in honey.

Sok za ciscenje jetre (Liver cleansing juice)

Kombinacija meda i sirceta sa soljom tople vode jaca vase kosti i ublazava bolove ako imate nisko gvozdje. Sok od grejpfruta je namirnica broj 2 za ciscenje jetre.

Sastojci: sok od jednog svezeg grejprfruta, 2 kasike meda, 2 kasike jabukovog sirceta.

Priprema:
1) U sok od grejpfruta dodati med i drvenom kasikom ili kasicicom mesati dok se med ne otopi.
2) Dodati sirce i jos jednom promesati da se sve sjedini.

Sirup za suv kasalj (Syrup for dry cough)

Sastojci: 2 korena djumbira oko 5cm, 2 kasike meda.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti djumbir i izrendati.
2) Kroz gazu iscediti sok od djumbira. Ostatak baciti.
3) Pomesati 2 kasicice soka od djumbira sa 2 kasike meda. Dobro promesati.
4) Uzeti po jednu kasiku ovog sirupa dva puta na dan. Polako otapati u ustima.

Ingredients: 2 ginger roots about 5cm, 2 tablespoons of honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel ginger and finely grate.
2) Drain the ginger juice through the gauze. Throw the rest away.
3) Mix 2 teaspoons of ginger juice with 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well.
4) Take one tablespoon of this syrup twice a day. Slowly dissolve in mouth.

Sastojci: 200g rena, sok od 5 1/2 limuna, 4 kasike meda,3 kasicice cimeta, 2 kasike svezeg rendanog djumbira.

Priprema:
1) Ren i djumbir oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.
2) Rucnim mikserom usitniti ren i djumbir.
3) Dodati sok od limuna i mutiti jos oko 2 minuta.

Krem od meda (Honey cream)

Sastojci: 1 belanac (sobne temperature), 200g meda, prstohvat soli, 170g secera u prahu (prosejan), 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanile.

Priprema:
1) Umutite belanac, med i so u velikoj ciniji elektricnim mikserom na velikoj brzini dok se smesa ne zgusne i udvostruci, oko 5 minuta.
2) Smanjiti brzinu miksera na nisku i mutite secer u prahu dok se ne sjedini. U smesu dodati ekstrakt vanile i promesati tek dok se ne sjedini.
3) Cuvati u frizideru u poklopljenoj posudi do 2 nedelje.

Ingredients: 1 egg white (room temperature), 200g honey, pinch of salt, 170g powdered sugar (sifted), 1 tbsp vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Beat egg white, honey and salt in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until mixture is thick and doubled in volume, about 5 minutes.
2) Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in powdered sugar until thoroughly combined. Add vanilla extract into mixture just until incorporated.
3) Refrigerated in a covered container up to 2 weeks.

Kikiriki sa susamom i medom (Peanuts with sesame seeds and honey)

Sastojci: 300g neslanog kikirikija (pecenog), 250g secera, 450g susama, 4-5 kasika meda.

Priprema:

1.U serpicu staviti secer i pustiti da se otopi na srednjoj temperaturi.
2. Kada se dobije karamel boja dodati med i kikiriki. Mesati tako da svako zrno kikirikija bude oblozeno karamelom od secera.
3. Dodati susam, prziti (oko 2 minuta) i mesati tako da svako zrno kikirikija bude oblozeno susamom.
4. Dok je jos vruce vaditi zrna kikirikija kasikom, na posluzavnik sa papirom za pecenje. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 300g unsalted peanuts (roasted), 250g sugar, 450g sesame seeds, 4-5 tbsp honey.

Preparation:

1. In saucepan, put sugar and let it melt over medium heat.
2. When you obtain a caramel color, add honey and peanuts. Mix so that each grain of peanut is coated with caramel from sugar.
3. Add sesame seeds, fry (about 2 minutes) and mix so that each grain is coated with sesame seeds.
4. While it is still hot remove peanut grains with spoon, on the tray with baking paper. Allow to cool.

Kako pripremiti tofu (How to prepare tofu)

Presovanje tofua

Potrebno: tofu, 2 posluzavnika, teske knjige, 2 kuhinjske krpe, papirni ubrusi.

Priprema:

1. Izvaditi tofu iz pakovanja i ocediti od vode.
2. Iseci tofu na kocke oko 2-3 cm.
3. Na posluzavnik staviti kuhinjsku krpu, preko poredjati papirne ubruse. Poredjati kockice tofua (u jedan sloj), prekriti papirnim ubrusima, a zatim prekriti kuhinjskom krpom i staviti drugi posluzavnik.
4. Poredjati teske knjige i ostaviti 1 sat.
5. Mokre papirne ubruse zameniti suvim i ostaviti jos 1 sat.

Marinada za tofu
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 350g tofua. Tofu ne drzati u marinadi duze od 8 sati, tj. nije pogodno cuvati tofu u marinadi, pa kad vam je potrebno da izvadite.

Sastojci: presovan tofu, 4 kasike Tamari ili Šoju soja sosa, 1 kasika svezeg soka od limete ili limuna, 1 kasika meda ili agava sirupa, 1 cen belog luka (rendanog na sitno), 1 komad djumbira (oko 2cm) rendanog na sitno.

Priprema:

1. U pliću posudu staviti tofu (u jedan sloj).
2. Pomesati sve sastojke i dobro sjediniti, i preliti preko tofua. Okrenuti nekoliko puta da sve strane tofua budu prekrivene marinadom.
3. Prekriti posudu plasticnoj folijom i ostaviti u frizideru barem 2 sata a moze i duze. Povremeno okrenite tofu.

Tofu pecen u rerni

Potrebno: mariniran tofu, pleh za pecenje, papir za pecenje, malo kokosovog ili maslinovog ulja ili malo otopljenog putera.

Priprema:

1. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje. Poredjati mariniran tofu (u jedan sloj), lagano poprskati uljem ili otopljenim puterom.
2. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C 15-20 minuta, zatim okrenuti tofu i peci jos 15-20 minuta tj. dok ne postane zlatno braon.

Tofu przen u tiganju

Potrebno: mariniran tofu, 1-2 kasika kokosovog ulja, ne lepljiv tiganj (keramicki, teflon…), dobro zagrejano ulje.

Priprema:

1. U tiganju, na srednjoj temperaturi (4), zagrejati ulje. Staviti pola kolicine tofua i prziti oko 3-5 minuta, dok ne postane zlatne boje. Zatim okrenuti i peci jos oko 3-5 minuta. Ponoviti isto sa drugim delom tofua.

Napomena: da tofu ne bi zagoreo, ako je potrebno smanjiti temperaturu.

Marinada za tofu sa suvim biljem
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 3 kasike Tamari ili Šoja soja sosa, 70ml svezeg soka od limuna, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike suvog bilja (1 kasika ruzmarina, 1/2 kasike origana i 1/2 kasike mirodjije), 2 cena belog luka (rendanog na sitno).

Marinada za tofu na italijanski nacin
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 2 kasike Tamari soja sosa, 120ml belog vina, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike balzamiko sirceta, 2 kasike svezeg soka od limuna, 2 cena belog luka (rendanog na sitno), mesavina suvog bilja (1/2 kasicice bosiljka, 1/2 kasicice majorana, 1/2 kasicice timijana).

Marinada za tofu sa rumom i korom od pomorandze
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 2 kasike tamnog ruma, 1 kasika rendane kore od pomorandze, 2 kasike svezeg soka od limete ili limuna, 2 kasike Tamari ili Šoja soja sosa, 1 kasika agava sirupa, 1 kasika ulja od repice, prstohvat mlevenog kima, prstohvat pimenta.

Pressing tofu

Ingredients: tofu, 2 trays, heavy books, 2 kitchen towels, paper towels.

Preparation:

1. Remove the tofu from the package and drain the water.
2. Cut tofu into cubes approximately 2-3 cm.
3. On the tray, put a kitchen towel, place paper towels over. Sort diced tofu (in one layer), cover with paper towels, then cover with kitchen towel and put the other tray.
4. Place heavy books and leave for 1 hour.
5. Wet paper towels replace with dry and leave another 1 hour.

Marinade for tofu
This quantity of ingredients is enough for 350g of tofu. Do not keep tofu in a marinade for more than 8 hours, ie. not suitable for keeping the tofu in the marinade, so when you need to take out.

Ingredients: pressed tofu, 4 tablespoons Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup, 1 clove of garlic (finely grated), 1 piece of ginger (about 2 cm) finely grated.

Preparation:

1. In shallow dish put tofu (in one layer).
2. Mix all ingredients and combine well, and pour over the tofu. Turn several times so that all sides of tofu are covered with marinade.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator at least 2 hours but can be longer. Occasionally turn the tofu.

Tofu baked in the oven

Ingredients: marinated tofu, baking pan, baking paper, a little coconut or olive oil or a little melted butter.

Preparation:

1. In the baking pan put the baking paper. Sort marinated tofu (in one layer), sprinkle lightly with oil or melted butter.
2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes, then turn the tofu and bake another 15-20 minutes, ie. until golden brown.

Tofu fried in a frying pan

Ingredients: marinated tofu, 1-2 tbsp coconut oil, non sticky pan (ceramic, teflon …), well-heated oil.

Preparation:

1. In frying pan, over medium heat (4), heat the oil. Put half the amount of tofu and fry about 3-5 minutes, until golden. Then turn and bake for about 3-5 minutes. Repeat the same with the second part of tofu.

Note: to prevent burning of tofu, if necessary, reduce the temperature.

Marinade for tofu with dried herbs

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 70ml of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons of dried herbs (1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 tablespoon oregano 1/2 tablespoon dill), 2 cloves garlic (finely grated).

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Marinade the tofu in the Italian way
This quantity of ingredients is enough for 450g of tofu.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce, 120ml white wine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic (finely grated), a mixture of dried herbs (1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, 1/2 teaspoon thyme).

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Marinade for tofu with rum and orange peel
This quantity of ingredients is enough for 450g of tofu.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons dark rum, 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon, 2 tablespoons Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 1 tablespoon agave syrup 1 tbsp canola oil, a pinch of ground cumin, a pinch of allspice.

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Tuniski puding sa orasastim vocem (Tunisian pudding with dried nuts)

Sastojci: 600g ostrog brasna, 400g meda, 300ml vode, 80g lesnika, 80g badema, 80g oraha, 1,5 L mleka.

Priprema:
1) Iseckati lesnike, bademe i orahe.
2) Pomesati brasno i 750ml mleka.
3) U serpu sipajte 750ml mleka i i pustite da provri. Dodati vodu, med i na kraju mesavinu mleka i brasna. Kuvati uz konstantno mesanje, drvenom varjacom dok se krem ne zgusne.
4) Sipati u cinijice i posuti lesnicima, bademima i orasima.

Predlog: ovaj puding mozete posluziti posle Tuniske corbe od jogurta i spanaca.

Ingredients: 600g sharp flour, 400g of honey, 300 ml of water, 80g hazelnuts, 80g almonds, 80g walnuts, 1.5 liters of milk.

Preparation:
1) Chop hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.
2) Mix the flour and 750ml milk.
3) in a saucepan, pour 750ml milk and let it boil. Add water, honey and finally a mixture of milk and flour. Cook with constant stirring, with a wooden spoon until the cream thickens.
4) Pour into a bowls and sprinkle with hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.

Suggestion: you can serve this pudding after Tunisian buttermilk and spinach chowder.

Banana, Yogurt and Honey Mask

For Soft and Smooth Skin

Ingredients: 1/2 banana, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey.

Mash the banana with a fork then mix in honey and yogurt. Apply to your face evenly. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.
