Brza vocna krempita (Quick fruit creampie)

Sastojci: domaci keks, malo mleka, 600ml grckog jogurta, 500g voca, 120g slaga u prahu + 300ml hlade vode, 200g secera, 20g zelatina + 100ml jogurta.

Priprema:
1) Pipremiti domaci keks. Umutiti slag sa vodom.
2) Pomesati voce i secer. Dodati grcki jogurt i promesati.
3) Otopiti zelatin na blagoj temperaturi sa jogurtom. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Kesten dezert (Chestnut dessert)

Sastojci: 500g kesten pirea, 300ml mleka, 50g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 1 kasika ruma, za fil 2 – 40g pudinga od vanile, 300ml mleka, 2 kasike secera, 200g slaga, slag.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati vanila puding sa secerom i 100ml mleka.
2) Pomesati kesten pire, mleko, secer, vanilin secer i rum.
3) U 200ml mleka dodati puding u prahu i kuvati 5 minuta na srednjoj temepraturi (4). Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Dodati 200g slaga pudingu i promesati.
5) U sacu sipati 2 kasike krema od kestena. Dodati 2 kasike od pudinga. Ukrasiti slagom.

Ingredients: 500g chestnut puree, 300ml milk, 50g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 1 tbsp rum, for filling 2 – 40g vanilla pudding (powder), 300ml milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 200g whipped cream, whipped cream.

Preparation:
1) Mix vanilla pudding with sugar and 100ml milk.
2) Mix chestnut puree, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and rum.
3) Add powdered pudding in 200ml milk and cook for 5 minutes at medium temperature (4). Allow to cool.
4) Add 200g of whipped cream and mix.
5) Pour 2 tablespoons of chestnut cream into the glass. Add 2 tbsp of pudding. Decorate with whipped cream.

Karamel kocke (Caramel cubes)

Sastojci: brasna po potrebi (da se dobije gusce testo), 2 jaja, 10 kasika secera, 14 kasika mleka, 12 kasika ulja, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, za fil – 300ml mleka, 5 kasika brasna, 5 kasika gustina, 250g margarina, 250g secera, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom. Dodati brasno i sodu bikarbonu i promesati. Dodati mleko i ulje i dobro promesati. Podeliti na 2 dela. Razviti kore velicine prevrnutog pleha.
2) U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C ispeci dve kore na prevnutom plehu. Ostaviti da se ohlade.

Sastojci: domace kore ili domace kore 2, 300g mlevenog maka, 150g secera, 400ml mleka, 250g mlevenog rogaca, 100g secera, 350 ml mleka.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti domace kore.
2) U 400ml mleka dodati 150g secera i povremeno mesati da se otopi. Dodati mak i kad prokljuca skolniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti da se hladi.
3) U 350ml mleka dodati 100g secera i povremeno mesati da se otopi. Dodati rogac i kad prokljuca skolniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti da se hladi.

Snezni kolac (Snow cake)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 4 jaja, 200ml ulja, 400ml mleka, 250g secera, 30g vanilina secera, 15g praska za pecivo, za fil – 1 L mleka, 4 kasike secera, 80g griza, 200g kokosa.

Priprema:
0) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.
1) U serpu staviti mleko i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i vanilin secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati kasiku po kaiku griza mesajuci i kuvati dok se ne zgusne, oko 10 minuta. Dodati kokos i kuvati jos par minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se hladi povremeno mesajuci da se ne stvori korica.

Medeno srce (Honey hearts)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 500ml mleka, 80g secera, 250g meda, 100ml ulja, 20g sode bikarbonem, 200g dzema od kajsija, 100g cokolade + 20g gi putera.

Priprema:
1) U serpicu staviti mleko da prokljuca na srednju temperaturu (4). Dodati secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati med i mesati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) U vanglu pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati mleko sa medom i dzem i dobro promesati. Pokriti i ostaviti 1 sat.
3) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C. Kad se ohladi vaditi srca modlama ili seci na kocke.
4) Otopiti cokoladu sa gi puterom na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
5) Umakati u otopljenu cokoladu. Poredjati na posluzavnik oblozen papirom za pecenje i ostaviti da se stegne.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 500ml milk, 80g sugar, 250g honey, 100ml oil, 20g baking soda, 200g apricot jam, 100g chocolate + 20g ghee butter.

Preparation:
1) Put the milk in a pot and let it boil over medium heat (4). Add the sugar and mix to dissolve. Add honey and mix to dissolve. Allow to cool.
2) Mix flour and baking soda into the bowl. Add milk with honey and jam and mix well. Cover and leave for 1 hour.

Sa bundevom

Sastojci: 750g bundeve, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 20g vanilin secera.
Bundevu oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati bundevu i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore bundevom, posuti grizom. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 400g masti, 200g secera u prahu + jos malo za posipanje, 40g vanilin secera, 3 jaja, 200ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, dzem.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti mast. Dodati secer u prahu i dobro sjediniti.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i vanilin secer. Dodati mesavinu masti i jaja i dobro promesati.
3) Na povrsinu razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm i casicom vaditi krugove.

Princes krofne (Princesses donuts)

Sastojci: 190g ostrog brasna, 3 jaja, 150ml ulja, 150ml vode, za fil – 1.5 L mleka, 375g margarina ili gi putera, 350g secera, 125g ostrog brasna, 120g vanila pudinga u prahu, za preliv od cokolade – 180g margarina, 100g cokolade, 5 kasicica rogaca u prahu, 12 kasika mleka, 5 kasika secera;

Priprema:
1) U serpu staviti vodu i ulje i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati brasno i mesati drvenom kasikom tj, gnjeciti tako da razbijete grudvice brasna. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) Prebaciti u ciniju pa dodati 1 jaje pa mutiti mikserom dok se ne sjedini. Ponosviti postupak za preostala jaja.
3) Pleh namazati gi puterom. Smesu sipati u spric i istiskivati korpice (kao puslice). Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 C oko 10 do 15 minuta.

Sastojci: kinoa, 250g ovsenih pahuljica (i/ili psenicne i/ili razane), 2 kasike susama, miks semenki – 1 kasika semenki lana, 2 kasike semenkli bundeve, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike cia semenki, 3 kasike kakao zrna, 250g seckanih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci), 250g seckanog suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve), 5 urmi (bez kostica).

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou.
2) U serpicu sipati ovsene pahuljice i preliti sa vodom. Kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta. Ocediti. Ako necete da kuvate pahuljice, mozete da ih sameljete u blenderu u prah.

Pirinac sa vinom i cikorijom (Rice with wine and chicory)

Sastojci: 300g pirinca, 2 sargarepe, 100g badema, 850ml supe, 125ml belog vina, 125ml mleka, 1 crni luk, 3 cena belog luka, rendana kora jednog limuna, 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 50g lista cikorije, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Pirinac dobro oprati i ocediti.
2) Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Bademe iseci. Celer oljustiti i ostaviti u komadu. Sargarepu oljutiti i iseci na kockice.
3) Zagrejati ringlu na nisku temperaturu (2). Dodati bademe i proprziti povremeno mesajuci oko 5 minuta. Izvaditi iz serpe i ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) U serpu staviti maslinovo ulje. Kad se zagreje na srednju temperaturu (4), dodati crni luk i prziti dok ne postane zlatno braon. Dodati beli luk i sargarepu i prziti dok ne pusti miris.

Sastojci: 700g brasna, 3-4 jaja, 180g braon secera, 130ml ulja uljane repice, 600g bobicastog voca, 500ml mleka, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice karnfilica, prstohvat soli, 10g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, braon secer, prasak za pecivo, so, cimet i karanfilic.
2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaja. Dodati mleko i promesati.
3) Dodavati mesavinu jaja i mleka postepeno u brasno i mesati.
4) Dodati voce i promesati.

Omlet sa asparagusom i paradajzom (Omelette with asparagus and tomato)

Sastojci: lisnato testo 1 ili lisnato testo 2, 10 stapica asparagusa, 5 jaja, 100ml mleka, 2 cena belog luka, 4 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, 80g cedar sira (rendanog), 100g margarina (na kocke), 2 paradajza.

Priprema:
1) Paradajz oljustiti. Iseci na kocke. Asparagusu odlomiti drvene donje delove i iseci na 2cm duzine. Jaja umutiti. Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Lisnato testo razviti oklagijom na debljinu pola cm. Iseci kvadrate ili krugove velicine mufin pleha. Staviti u pleh da pokrije stranice i izbusiti dno viljuskom. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 10 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohlade. Staviti kockicu margarina na dno.

Cokoladne kokos loptice (Chocolate coconut balls)

Sastojci: 300g kokosovog brasna, 350g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, 200g mlevenih oraha, 600g mlevenog keksa, 100g cokolade + 1 kasika margarina, 2 kasika ruma, 400ml mleka, za dekoraciju – kokosovo brasno.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati kokos, secer u prahu, orahe i keks.
2) Otopiti cokoladu sa margarinom.
3) Zagrejati mleko i postepeno sipati u smesu iz koraka 1. Dodati cokoladu i rum. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Praviti loptice.
5) Uvaljati ih u kokosovo brasno.

Ingredients: 300g coconut flakes, 350g powdered sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 200g ground walnuts, 600g ground biscuits, 100g chocolate + 1 tablespoon of margarine, 2 tablespoons of rum, 400ml of milk, for decoration – coconut flakes.

Preparation:
1) Mix coconut, powdered sugar, walnuts and biscuits.
2) Melt chocolate with margarine.
3) Heat the milk and gradually pour in the mixture from step 1. Add chocolate and rum. Combine well.
4) Form balls.
5) Roll them into coconut flakes.

Kuglof sa cimetom (Kugelhopf with cinnamon)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 20g svezeg kvasca, 3 jaja, 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 150ml toplog mleka, 200g margarina, 2 zumanca, 20g cimeta, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1) U mleko staviti kvasac, 1 kasiku secera i 1 kasiku brasna. Promesati i ostaviti 15 minuta da nadodje.
2) Zamesiti testo od brasna, kvasca, jaja. Ostaviti na toplom mestu oko 45 minuta da naraste.
3) Umutiti 150g margarina sa 100g secerom. Dodati u testo i ponovo zamesiti. Ostaviti da naraste jos 30 minuta. Podeliti testo na dva dela.
4) Pomesati cimet i 80g secera i vanilin secer i dodati u polovinu testa. Kalup za kuglof namazati margarinom i posuti brasnom. Razviti prvo zuti deo, pa braon. Staviti jedan preko drugog i urolati. Staviti u kalup za kuglof koji ste namazali margarinom i posuli brasnom i ostaviti na toplom mestu da naraste 30 minuta.
5) Preostali margarin iseckati i poredjati preko testa. Peci u prethodno zagreajanoj rerni na 180 C oko 50 do 60 minuta. Kad se ohladi posuti ga prah šećerom.

Ingredients: 400g flour, 20g fresh yeast, 3 eggs, 180g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 150ml warm milk, 200g margarine, 2 egg yolks, 20g cinnamon, powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1) In milk, put yeast, 1 heap tbsp of sugar and 1 heap tbsp of flour. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
2) Knead the dough from flour, yeast and eggs. Leave in a warm place for about 45 minutes to grow.
3) Whisk 150g margarine with 100g sugar. Add to the dough and knead again. Leave to grow for another 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts.
4) Mix cinnamon and 80g sugar and vanilla sugar and add to half of dough. Grease the kugelhopf mold with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Develop the yellow part first, then the brown one. Put one over the other and roll. Put in a kugelhopf mold and sprinkle with flour and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5) Chop the remaining margarine and arrange over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Domace kore 2 (Homemade phyllo dough 2)

Sastojci: 750g mekog brasna, 140 g secera, 380 ml mleka (mlakog), 15g suvog kvasca, 150g margarina (otopljenog), 1 vece jaje ili 2 manja, prstohvat soli, par kockica margarina.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji, pomesati mleko, kvasac, secer i 1 kasiku brasna. Promesati i ostaviti da nadodje.
2. U vanglu staviti brasno, so, jaje (jaja) i margarin. Dodati nadosao kvasac i zamesiti testo.
3. Vanglu pokriti vlaznom krpom i na toplom ostaviti pola sata da naraste.

Napomena: ako filujete kore vocem koje pusta sok, voce pomesati sa secerom i ostalim sastojcima, zavisno od recepta, pre samog filovanja.

4. Testo podeliti na 3 dela. Razviti svaki deo, filovati sa filom prema receptu, urolati i staviti u pleh namazan margarinom. Pokriti i ostaviti pola sata da nadodje..
5. Zavisno od recepta, kore se obicno peku u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 45 minuta. Pre pecenja odozgo staviti par kockica margarina.

Ingredients: 750g soft flour, 140g sugar, 380ml of milk (lukewarm), 15g dried yeast, 150g of margarine (melted), 1 bigger egg or 2 smaller, a pinch of salt, a couple of cubes of margarine.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the milk, yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir and let it rise.
2. In bowl, put the flour, salt, egg (eggs) and margarine. Add yeast and develop a dough.
3. Cover bowl with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place half for hour to rise.

Note: if you fill your crusts with fruit that releases juice, mix fruit with sugar and other ingredients, depending on the recipe, just before filling.

4. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Develop each part, fill them with the filling according to the recipe, roll up and put in a baking pan greased with margarine. Cover and leave for half an hour to rise..

Sejk od banane i plazme (Banana and biscuits shake)

Sastojci: 1 banana, 60g mlevenog plazma keksa, 200ml hladnom mleka, 1 kugla sladoleda od vanile, 1 kugla sladoleda od cokolade, umucen slag (opciono).

Priprema:

1. Oljustenu bananu, keks, mleko i sladoled od vanile i cokolade staviti u blender i izblendirati.
2. Sipati u casu, odozgo stavit umucen slag.

Ingredients: 1 banana, 60g ground biscuits (plasmon), 200ml cold milk, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, 1 scoop chocolate ice cream, whipped cream (optional).

Preparation:

Ingredients: 120ml black coffee, 120ml of hot milk, 2 tablespoons Amaretto syrup.

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk and Amaretto syrup.
2) Pour in a cup (mug) and add the coffee. Mix well.

Ledena kafa sa sirupom od badema (Ice coffee with almond syrup)

Sastojci: 120ml kafe, 120ml hladnog mleka, 2 kasike sirupa od badema, 1 veca solja (300ml) kockica leda.

Priprema:

1. Skuvati kafu, ostaviti da se ohladi i procediti.
2. U blender staviti kockice leda, kafu, mleko i sirup od badema i blendati dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 120ml of black coffee. 120ml of cold milk, 2 tablespoons almond syrup, 1 bigger cup (300 ml) ice cubes.

Preparation:

1. Make coffee and allow to cool.
2. In a blender put ice cubes, coffee, milk and almond syrup and blend until smooth.

Kafa sa dve vrste sosa (Coffee with kinds of sauce)

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 200ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika kakao sosa, 1 kasika sosa od bele cokolade.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, kakao sos i sos od bele cokolade.
2) Sipati u solju i dodati kafu.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 200ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa sauce, 1 tablespoon of white chocolate sauce.

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, cocoa sauce and white chocolate sauce.
2) Pour in mug and add the coffee.

Cokoladni liker (Chocolate liquor)

Sastojci: 500ml + 3 kasike mleka, 500g + 3 kasike secera, 3 zumanceta, 3 stangle cokolade, 200ml alkohola, 100ml ruma.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati 500g secera i 500ml mleka. Ohladiti.
2) Umutiti zumanca sa 3 kasike secera i 3 kasike mleka. Kuvati na pari. U toku kuvanja dodati cokoladu. Ohladiti. Zatim pomesati sa masom od secera i mleka.
3) Dodati alkohola i rum. Sipati u flase i ostaviti da stoji 3 dana.
4) Pre upotrebe promuckati flase.

Ingredients: 500ml + 3 tablespoons milk, 500g + 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 egg yolks, 3 sticks of chocolate, 200ml of alcohol, 100ml of rum.

Preparation:
1) Cook 500g sugar and 500ml milk. Cool.
2) Whisk egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons milk. Cook by steaming. During cooking add the chocolate. Cool. Then mix with a mass of sugar and milk.
3) Add the rum and alcohol. Pour into bottles and leave to stand for 3 days.
4) Shake bottles before use.

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 80ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika cokoladnog sirupa, 1 kasika vanila sirupa, kockice leda (opciono)

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, cokoladni i vanila sirup.
2) Sipati u casu, dodati kafu i kockice leda.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 80ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, ice cubes (optional).

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, chocolate and vanilla syrup.
2) Pour into a glass, add coffee and ice cubes.

Kolac sa visnjama 2 (Cake with sour cherries 2)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 4 kasike secera, 1 prasak za pecivo, 1 solja ulja, 1 solja mleka, 750g – 1 kg visnji (tresnji), 1-2 vanilin secera, 1/2 solje secera, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.

2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati ulje i mleko i postepeno dodavati brasno-po potrebi (da bude srednje gustine tj. malo redje).

3. Sipati u podmazan pleh i peci.

4. Pomesati polja solje secera sa vanilin secerom i visnjama (tresnjama).

5. Kada je kolac na pola pecen prekriti visnjama i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 baking powder (10g), 1 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 750g – 1kg sour cherries (cherries), 1-2 vanilla sugar (2 tablespoons of vanilla extract), 1/2 cup sugar, flour as needed.

Preparation:

1. Stir flour with baking powder.

2. Whisk eggs with sugar, add oil and milk and gradually add flour-if necessary (to be medium density).

3. Pour into greased pan and bake.

4. Stir 1/2 cup of sugar with vanilla sugar and sour cherries (cherries).

5. When the cake is half baked covered with cherries and return to oven to bake throughly.

 

Tuniski puding sa orasastim vocem (Tunisian pudding with dried nuts)

Sastojci: 600g ostrog brasna, 400g meda, 300ml vode, 80g lesnika, 80g badema, 80g oraha, 1,5 L mleka.

Priprema:
1) Iseckati lesnike, bademe i orahe.
2) Pomesati brasno i 750ml mleka.
3) U serpu sipajte 750ml mleka i i pustite da provri. Dodati vodu, med i na kraju mesavinu mleka i brasna. Kuvati uz konstantno mesanje, drvenom varjacom dok se krem ne zgusne.
4) Sipati u cinijice i posuti lesnicima, bademima i orasima.

Predlog: ovaj puding mozete posluziti posle Tuniske corbe od jogurta i spanaca.

Ingredients: 600g sharp flour, 400g of honey, 300 ml of water, 80g hazelnuts, 80g almonds, 80g walnuts, 1.5 liters of milk.

Preparation:
1) Chop hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.
2) Mix the flour and 750ml milk.
3) in a saucepan, pour 750ml milk and let it boil. Add water, honey and finally a mixture of milk and flour. Cook with constant stirring, with a wooden spoon until the cream thickens.
4) Pour into a bowls and sprinkle with hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.

Suggestion: you can serve this pudding after Tunisian buttermilk and spinach chowder.
