Mleko kupka sa ovsenim pahuljicama (Milk bath with oat flakes)

Sastojci: 65g ovsenih pahuljica (samlevenih tj. u prahu), 65g kozjeg mleka u prahu, 120g sode bikarbone, 40g tapioka skroba, esencijalna ulja.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju sipati tapioka skrob i dodati esencijalna ulja po izboru. Promesati.
2) Dodati kozje mleko u prahu, mlevene ovsene pahuljice i sodu bikarbonu i dobro promesati.
3) Sipati u staklenu teglu i zatvoriti.
4) kadu napuniti toplom vodom. Dodati 125g do 200g mesavine i promesati rukom. Lezati 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 65g oat flakes (ground, ie powdered), 65g goat’s milk powder, 120g baking soda, 40g tapioca starch, essential oils.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 500g ovsenih (ili razanih ili psenicnih) pahuljica, 2 sargarepe, 1 crni luk, 3 cena belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno sekanog), 1 kasika prezli, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Sargarepu, crni luk i beli luk oljustiti. Sargarepu i crni luk iseci na komade.
2) U serpu staviti ovsene pahuljice preliti vodom i kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta povremeno mesajuci. Ako ima vode ocediti.
3) U blender staviti ovsene pahuljice, sargarepu, crni i beli luk i usitniti. Staviti u ciniju i dodati prezle i maslinovo ulje. Promesati.

Domaci musli (Homemade muesli)

Sastojci: kinoa, 250g ovsenih pahuljica (i/ili psenicne i/ili razane), 2 kasike susama, miks semenki – 1 kasika semenki lana, 2 kasike semenkli bundeve, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike cia semenki, 3 kasike kakao zrna, 250g seckanih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci), 250g seckanog suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve), 5 urmi (bez kostica).

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou.
2) U serpicu sipati ovsene pahuljice i preliti sa vodom. Kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta. Ocediti. Ako necete da kuvate pahuljice, mozete da ih sameljete u blenderu u prah.

Hleb bez glutena sa ovsenim pahuljicama (Bread without gluten with oat flakes)

Sastojci: 400g ovsenih pahuljica, 5 kasika susama, 185g semenki lana + 5 kasika mlevenog lana, 120g badema (sirovih sa ljuskom), 300g semenki suncokreta, prstohvat soli, 5 kasika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 500ml destilovane ili prokuvane vode.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti ovsene pahiljice, susam, semenke lana, mleveni lan, badem, semenke sucokreta i so.
2) Dodati kokosovo ulje i vodu i promesati.
3) Sipati u pleh za hleb oblozen papirom za pecenje. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 190 C.

Ingredients: 400g of oat flakes, 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 185g of flax seeds + 5 tablespoons of ground flax, 120g of almonds (raw with husk), 300g of sunflower seeds, a pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (dissolved), 500ml of distilled or boiled water.

Preparation:
1) Put oat flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, ground flax, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt into the bowl.
2) Add the coconut oil and water and stir.
3) Pour into bread pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C.

Coko ovsene pahuljice sa kikiriki puterom (Choco oat flakes with peanut butter)

Sastojci: 600g ovsenih pahuljica, 100g putera od kikirikija, 100ml mleka od badema, 150g kakao zrna, 100g lucuma praha.

Priprema:
1) Ukljuciti sporet na nisku temperaturu (2). U serpicu staviti puter od kikirikija, mleko od badema i kakao zrna i otopiti. Skloniti sa sporeta.
2) Dodati lucuma prah i dobro promesati.
3) Dodati ovsene pahuljice i dobro promesati.

Piling sapun od meda i ovsenih pahuljica (Honey and oat flakes soap exfoliator)

Sastojci: 450g sapunske baze sa medom, 130g ovsenih pahuljica, 250g mleveneih ovsenih pahuljica, 4 kasike meda, alkohol u spreju, 20 kapi esencijalnog ulja ylang ylang.

Priprema:
1) Silikonske modle za sapun blago naprskajte alkoholom.
2) Na pari otopiti sapunsku bazu .
3) Odmah dodati med, mlevene ovsene pahuljice i esencijalna ulja i blago promesati.
4) Odmah sipati u modle do pola. Posuti ovsenim pahuljicama i brzo preliti sa ostatkom sapunske baze.
5) Odmah blago poprskati sa alkoholom da izadju baloncici.
6) Ostaviti da se stvrfne preko noci.

Ingredients: 450g of honey soap base, 130g of oat flakes, 250g of ground oat flakes, 4 tablespoons of honey, alcohol in spray, 20 drops of ylang ylang essential oil.

Preparation:
1) Spray lightly silicone soap molds with alcohol.
2) Dissolve the soap base over steam.
3) Add honey, ground oatmeal and essential oils immediately and stir gently.
4) Immediately pour in half of the molds. Sprinkle with oatmeal and quickly pour with the rest of the soap base.
5) Immediately gently spray with alcohol to get out the bubbles.
6) Allow to stand overnight.

Za prirodno ciscenje lica, bez sapuna, mozete iskoristiti mleko, ovsene pahuljice, sok od limuna i med.

Mleko

Uzeti malo mleka i umasirati na lice. Isprati toplom vodom. Za suvu kozu mozete dodati jedno jaje. Pomesati umuceno jaje sa malo mleka. Utrljati prstima na lice. Ostaviti par minuta da deluje pa isprati toplom vodom.

Ovsene pahuljice

Samleti u blenderu ovsene pahuljice u prah. Pomesati prah sa malo vode da se dobije pasta. Prstima utrljati na lice i isprati toplom vodom.

Plocice sa ovsenim pahuljicama pecene u rerni (Bars with oat flakes baked in the oven)

Sastojci: 300g ovsenih pahuljica, 200g semenki bundeve, 130g susama, 130g semenki suncokreta, 150g razanog brasna, 150g integralnog psenicnog brasna, 50g heljdinog brasna, 50g speltinog brasna, 7g praska za pecivo, 70ml maslinovog ulja, 1/2 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli, 250-400ml vode, papir za pecenje..

Priprema:

1. U ciniji, pomesati ovsene pahuljice, semenke bundeve i suncokreta, susam, sve vrste brasna, prasak za pecivo i so.
2. Dodati ulje i 250 ml vode i promesati. Dodati jos vode onoliko koliko je potrebno da se masa sjedini. Smesa je gotova kad prestane da se lepi za prste.

Napomena: ako ste stavili previse vode dodajte malo integralnog psenicnog brasna.

3. Na sto staviti jedan papir za pecenje, posuti sa malo brasna, na jednu polovinu staviti smesu, pa je posuti sa malo brasna, preklopiti sa drugom polovinom papira za pecenje i oklagijom razvuci smesu.

Napomena: ako volite hrskave plocice razvijte smesu tanje.

4. Noz blago pokvasiti vodom, pa zaronite u brasno, seci plocice i redjati ih u pleh na papir za pecenje.
5. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15-20 minuta.

Napomena: za uzinu do 15h. Moze kao zamena za hleb.

Ingredients: 300g of oat flakes, 200g pumpkin seeds, 130g sesame seeds, 130g sunflower seeds, 150g rye flour, 150g whole wheat flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 50g spelt flour, 7g baking powder, 70ml olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt, 250-400ml water, baking paper ..

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, all kinds of flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add the oil and 250 ml of water and stir. Add more water as much as is necessary to combine well the mixture. Mixture is ready when no longer sticks to your fingers.

Note: if you put too much water, add a little whole wheat flour.

3. On table place one baking paper, sprinkle with a little flour, on one half put the mixture, and sprinkle it with a little flour, fold the other half of paper over mixture and with rolling pin develop mixture.

Note: if you prefer crispy bars develop thinner mixture.

4. Put knife under running water and shake of any water drops, dive it in flour, cut bars and arrange them in the baking pan on baking paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.

Note: for a snack up to 15h. It can be used as a substitute for bread.

Nepecene stanglice od sargarepe (No bake carrot bars)

Sastojci: 750g ovsenih pahuljica, 2 kasike stevije, 1 kasika cimeta, 1/2 kasicice djumbira, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog oraha, 60ml kokosovog ulja (rastopljenog), 120ml agava sirupa, 3-4 sargarepe (ispasirane), kokosovo ili sojino mleko po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Ovsene pahuljice stavite u blender i izblendirajte. Sargarepe oljustite, iseci na kolutove i ispasirajte u blenderu. Pomesati kokosovo ulje i agava sirup.

Napomena: stavite prvo 500g, pola sipajte u ciniju, pa dodajte 250g na (vrh) vec samlevenih pahuljica, u blender i ponovo sameljite.

2. U vecoj ciniji, pomesati ovsene pahuljice, steviju, cimet, muskatni orah i djumbir. Dodati mesavinu ulja i sirupa. Dobro sjediniti. Zatim dodati sargarepu i opet dobro sjediniti.

Napomena: ako je masa suva dodati prvo jednu kasiku mleka, a posle ako je potrebno dodati jos.

3. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje (i na ivice). Staviti smesu i poravnati rukama.
4. Staviti u frizider na 2 sata pa seci na stanglice ili zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: 750g of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of Stevia, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 60ml coconut oil (melted), 120ml agave syrup, 3-4 carrots (mashed), coconut or soy milk if necessary.

Preparation:

1. Put oat flakes in blender and blend. Peel the carrots, cut into slices and blend in a blender. Mix coconut oil and agave syrup.

Note: put first 500g, put half into the box, and add 250g on top of grinded flakes, in a blender and grind again.

2. In a larger bowl, mix oats, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Add a mixture of oil and syrup. Combine well. Then add the carrots and combine well again.

Note: if the mixture is dry, first add one tablespoon of milk, and then if you need, add more.

3. In the baking pan, put the baking paper (cover the edges). Pour the mixture and flatten with hands.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut the bars or desired shapes.
