Salata sa avokadom i rukolom (Avocado and arugula salad)

Sastojci: 500g rikola salate, 300g paradajza, 100 oraha, 1 avokado, 70g parmezana (rendanog), 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Rukolu isprati i osusiti. Paradajz oprati, ocistiti i iseci na kocke. Avokado oprati, izvaditi kosticu i iseci na listice.
2) Pomesati sve sastojke u ciniji. Zatvoriti i protresti.

Ingredients: 500g arugula salad, 300g tomatoes, 100 walnuts, 1 avocado, 70g parmesan (grated), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Wash and dry the arugula. Wash, clean and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Wash the avocado, remove the pit and cut it into slices.
2) Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Close and shake.

 

Sendvic od pilecih prsa sa mocarelom (Chicken breast sandwich with mozzarella)

Sastojci: za marinadu: 2 komada pilecih prsa, 250ml maslinovog ulja, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasicica ruzmarina, 2 kasike jabukovog sirceta, 1/2 kasicice soli, za pohovanje: 400g prezli,  4 kasike parmezana, 1/4 kasicice soli, za premaz: 100g krem sira, 1 kasika svezeg rumarina ili 1 kasicica suvog 1 kasika svezeg bosiljka ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika svezeg persuna ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika svezeg vlasca ili 1 kasicica suvog, 4 kasike kecapa, i jos: 1 veci duguljasti somun ili dve lepinje, 4 tanje kriske mocarele.

Priprema:

  1. Za marinadu: beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Ruzmarin sitno iseckati. Pomesati maslinovo ulje sa belim lukom, ruzmarinom, sircetom i solju. U plasticnu kutiju staviti pileca prsa i sipati mesavinu ulja i zacina. Ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
  2. Za pohovanje: pomesati prezle sa parmezanom i solju. Promesati.
  3. Za premaz: ako koristite sveze zacine sitno ih iseckajte. Pomesati krem sir sa zacinima. Promesati. Podeliti na dva dela. Jedan deo ostaviti beo, u drugi dodati kecap. Promesati.
  4. U tiganj sipati maslinovo ulje i pustiti da se ugreje, a zatim smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4). Izvaditi piletinu iz marinade, pa uvaljati u mesavinu prezli, sa obe strane. Prziti dok spolja ne postane hrskava a unutra peceno. Zatim izvaditi i staviti na salvete ili ubruse da upije visak masnoce. Kad se prohladi iscepati na komadice. Podeliti na dva dela.
  5. Somun preseci na pola po duzini, pa jos na pola po sredini. Lepinje iseci na pola po sredini. Donji deo somuna ili lepinje premazati crvenim krem sirom, a gornji belim krem sirom (ili obrnuto). Na donji deo somuna ili lepinje dodati jednu krisku mocarele, pa pileca prsa, prekriti sa drugom kriskom mocarele i gornjim delom somuna ili lepinje.

Pecurke punjene parmezanom (Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan)

Sastojci: 18 pecuraka (vrganj), 150g parmezana (struganog), 80g sredine suvog hleba, malo mleka, drske od pecuraka (od 18 pecuraka), 1 kasika majorana, 2 jaja, 1 zumance, 2 cena belog luka, 6 kasika maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti hleb u malo mleka.Posle 5 minuta ocediti. Pecurkama izvadite drske. Drske ocistite i sitno iseckajte. Beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte.Jaja i zumance umutiti.
2) Pomesati drske od pecuraka, beli luk, parmezan, sredinu hleba, majoran, jaja, 4 kasike ulja i so
3) Napuniti pecurke, poprskati sa maslinovim uljem, staviti u uljem podmazan pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 15 minuta.

Predlog 1: mozete napraviti Punjene pecurke.
Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Pecurke u lisnatom testu.
Predlog 3: mozete napraviti Pecurke punjene prazilukom.

Ingredients: 18 mushrooms (porcini), 150g Parmesan cheese (grated), 80g middle of dry bread, a little milk, stems of mushrooms (from 18 mushrooms), 1 tablespoon marjoram, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 2 cloves garlic, 6 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Soak the bread in a little milk.After 5 minutes drain. Remove stems from mushrooms. Clean mushrooms and finely chop. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Whisk eggs and egg yolk.
2) Mix the stems of mushrooms, garlic, Parmesan cheese, middle of bread, marjoram, eggs, 4 tablespoons oil and salt
3) Fill the mushrooms, sprinkle with olive oil, put oil in the baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for about 15 minutes.

Njoke (Gnocchi)

Sastojci: 600g krompira, 300g brasna, 1 kasicica margarina, 1 jaje, 1 zumanac, 30g parmezana, malo ulja, so.

Prirpema:
1) Oprati krompir i staviti da se kuva u serpu sa vodom. Malo ohladiti i oljustiti. Izgnjeciti krompir.
2) Dodati jaje, zumanac, margarin, parmezan i so po ukusu.
3) Oblikovati kobasicu i seci njoke.
4) U serpu sipati vodu, dodati malo soli i ulja i ostaviti da provri. Kuvati njoke dok ne isplivaju na povrsinu.

Predlog: njoke mozete posluziti sa Dalmatinskom pasticadom.

Ingredients: 600g potatoes, 300g flour, 1 teaspoon of margarine, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 30g parmesan, a little oil, salt.

Preparing:

Pirinac s pecurkama i paradajzom (Rice with mushrooms and tomatoes)

Sastojci: 150g sampinjona, 50g margarina, 100g parmezana, 125ml belog vina, 1 L supe, 1 crni luk, 250g pirinca, 200g soka od paradajza, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:

1) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Pecurke obrisati vlaznom krpom, ocistiti i iseckati na listice.

2) U serpu staviti supu da provri.

3) Na ulju proprziti crni luk. Dodati pecurke i pirinac. Prziti 3 minuta u stalno mesanje. Dodati vino i sacekati da ispati. Zatim, naliti supom i nastaviti sa kuvanjem, dok se pirinac ne skuva. Ako je potrebno dodati jos supe. Posoliti po ukusu.

4) Kada je supa isparila, dodati sok od paradajza. Kada je pirinac skuvan dodati margarin i parmezan i pustiti da odstoji nekoliko minuta.

Ingredients: 150g mushrooms, 50g butter, 100g Parmesan cheese, 125ml white wine, 1 liter of soup, 1 onion, 250g rice, 200g of tomato juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:

1) Peel onion and finely chop. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth, clean and cut into slices.

2) in a saucepan put the soup to a boil.

3) In oil fry onion. Add mushrooms and rice. Fry 3 minutes constantly stirring. Add the wine and wait to evaporate. Then, pour the soup and continue cooking until the rice is cooked. If necessary, add more soup. Add salt to taste.

4) When the soup has evaporated, add the tomato juice. When the rice is cooked add the butter and Parmesan cheese and let it rest for a few minutes.
