Krem supa od pecuraka (Mushroom cream soup)

Sastojci: 500g pecuraka, 90ml jogurta, 1 crni luk, 3 cena belog luka, 1 L supe, 2 lista lovora, 2 kasike svezeg ruzmarina ili 1 kasicica suvog, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Pecurke oprati i iseci na listice. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U serpu staviti ulje i zagreti na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati crni luk i prziti dok ne postane svetlo braon. Dodati beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris.

Tofu sa povrcem (Tofu with veggies)

Sastojci: 450g tofua, 3 paprike babure (crvena, zuta, zelena), 2 sargarepe, 1 manja glavica karfiola i 1 manja glavica brokolija, 300g pecurki, 1 mladi luk ili 1 praziluk, 3 cena belog luka, 4 kasike ulja, za marinadu – 125ml svezeg soka od limuna, 2 kasike soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti tofu.
2) Paprike oprati, ocistiti od semenki i iseci na trakice. Sargarepu oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kolutove ili trakice. Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol. Pecurke oprati, ocistiti i iseci na listove. Mladi luk ili praziluk oprati, ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Beli luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
3) U ciniji pomesati sok od limuna, soja sos i djumbir. Dobro promesati.
Dodati tofu i marinirati u fizideru 2 sata.

Pecurke punjene parmezanom (Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan)

Sastojci: 18 pecuraka (vrganj), 150g parmezana (struganog), 80g sredine suvog hleba, malo mleka, drske od pecuraka (od 18 pecuraka), 1 kasika majorana, 2 jaja, 1 zumance, 2 cena belog luka, 6 kasika maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti hleb u malo mleka.Posle 5 minuta ocediti. Pecurkama izvadite drske. Drske ocistite i sitno iseckajte. Beli luk oljustite i sitno iseckajte.Jaja i zumance umutiti.
2) Pomesati drske od pecuraka, beli luk, parmezan, sredinu hleba, majoran, jaja, 4 kasike ulja i so
3) Napuniti pecurke, poprskati sa maslinovim uljem, staviti u uljem podmazan pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 15 minuta.

Predlog 1: mozete napraviti Punjene pecurke.
Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Pecurke u lisnatom testu.
Predlog 3: mozete napraviti Pecurke punjene prazilukom.

Ingredients: 18 mushrooms (porcini), 150g Parmesan cheese (grated), 80g middle of dry bread, a little milk, stems of mushrooms (from 18 mushrooms), 1 tablespoon marjoram, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 2 cloves garlic, 6 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:

Pirinac s pecurkama i paradajzom (Rice with mushrooms and tomatoes)

Sastojci: 150g sampinjona, 50g margarina, 100g parmezana, 125ml belog vina, 1 L supe, 1 crni luk, 250g pirinca, 200g soka od paradajza, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:

1) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Pecurke obrisati vlaznom krpom, ocistiti i iseckati na listice.

2) U serpu staviti supu da provri.

3) Na ulju proprziti crni luk. Dodati pecurke i pirinac. Prziti 3 minuta u stalno mesanje. Dodati vino i sacekati da ispati. Zatim, naliti supom i nastaviti sa kuvanjem, dok se pirinac ne skuva. Ako je potrebno dodati jos supe. Posoliti po ukusu.

4) Kada je supa isparila, dodati sok od paradajza. Kada je pirinac skuvan dodati margarin i parmezan i pustiti da odstoji nekoliko minuta.

Ingredients: 150g mushrooms, 50g butter, 100g Parmesan cheese, 125ml white wine, 1 liter of soup, 1 onion, 250g rice, 200g of tomato juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 250g lisnatog testa1 ili lisnato testo 2, 500g svezih pecuraka ili 50g suvih, 50g slanine, 100ml belog vina, 20g margarina, 100g ementalera ili gaude sira, 1 cen belog luka, 1 jaje, so.

Predlog 1: mozete napraviti Punjene pecurke.
Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Pecurke punjene prazilukom.

Priprema:

1) Ocistiti pecurke i iseci po duzini. Slaninu sitno iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.

2) Slaninu proprziti na ulju. Izvaditi iz tiganja. Dodati margarin i proprziti beli luk. Dodati pecurke i promesati. Sipati vino i pustiti da prokljuca.

3) Slaninu pomesati umucenim jajetom, pecurkama i sirom isecenim na kockice.

4) Razvaljati lisnato testo i poredjati pecurke. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 15 minuta.

Ingredients: 250g puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2, 500g fresh mushrooms or 50g dried, 50g fat, 100ml white wine, 20g butter, 100g Emmental cheese or gouda cheese, 1 clove garlic, 1 egg, salt.

Preparation:
