Pomorandza, banana i spanac frape (Orange, banana and spinach frappe)

Sastojci: 250g spanaca, 65ml mleka od badema, 2 pomorandze, 1/2 banane, 3-4 kocke leda.

Priprema:
1) Staviti spanac i mleko u blender i usitniti.
2) Dodati pomorandze, bananu i kocke leda i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 250g spinach, 65ml almond milk, 2 oranges, 1/2 bananas, 3-4 ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) Put spinach and milk in a blender and chop.
2) Add the oranges, banana and ice cubes and chop until smooth.

Vegan frape 2 (Vegan frappe 2)

Sastojci: 250g spanaca, 165ml vode, 1/2 pomorandze, 125g ananasa (smrznutog), 1/2 banane.

Priprema:
1) Pomorandzu i bananu oljustiti. Bananu iseci na pola, a pomorandzu razdvojiti na komade.
2) U blednder staviti spanac, vodu i pomorandzu i usitniti.
3) Dodati ananas i bananu i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 250g spinach, 165ml water, 1/2 orange, 125g pineapple (frozen), 1/2 banana.

Preparation:
1) Peel an orange and a banana. Cut the banana in half and divide the orange into pieces.
2) Put spinach, water and orange in a blender and chop.
3) Add the pineapple and banana and chop until smooth.

Nepecene rogac stanglice sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (No baking carob bars with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 4 kasike rogaca, 500g suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suve brusnice i urme), 300g orasastih plodova (badem, orasi, lesnici, indijski orah, pistaci, 1 kasika soka od pomorandze, rendana kora jedne pomorandze, 2 kasike kakao zrna, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog).

Priprema:
1) Suvo voce i orassaste plodove iseckati.
2) Suvo voce preliti vrucom vodom i ostaviti 15 minuta. Ocediti.
3) U blender staviti 125g orasastih plodova i usitiniti oko 2 minuta.
4) Dodati suvo voce i blendirati jos 3 minuta.

Krem supa od sargarepe i djumbira (Ginger and carrot cream soup)

Sastojci: 8 sargarepa, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika svezeg rendanog djumbira ili 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, rendana kora 2 pomorandze, 3 kasike margarina, 650ml vode.

Priprema:
1) Sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na cetvrtine. Beli luk oljstiti i sitno iseckati. Pomorandze dobro oprati i na sitno narendati.
2) U serpu staviti margarina da se otopir na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris. Dodati vodu, sargarepu i koru pomorandze i kuvati 20 minuta od momenta kad prokljuca.

Citrusne kocke leda protiv prehlade (Citrus ice cubes against cold)

Sastojci: 200ml svezeg soka od pomorandze, 200ml svezeg soka od grejpfruta, 100ml svezeg soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) U bokalu pomesati sok pomorandze, soka od grejprfruta i sok od limuna.
2) Sipati u modlu za led. Staviti u zamrzivac da se smrzne.
3) Citrusnu kocku leda staviti u caj ili vodu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Djumbir kocke od leda za imuni sistem.

Ingredients: 200ml fresh orange juice, 200ml fresh grapefruit juice, 100ml fresh lemon juice.

Preparation:
1) In the pitcher mix orange juice, grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
2) Pour in the ice mold. Put in the freezer to freeze.
3) Put the citrus ice cube in tea or water.

Suggestion: you can make Ginger ice cubes for the immune system.

Kako pripremiti tofu (How to prepare tofu)

Presovanje tofua

Potrebno: tofu, 2 posluzavnika, teske knjige, 2 kuhinjske krpe, papirni ubrusi.

Priprema:

1. Izvaditi tofu iz pakovanja i ocediti od vode.
2. Iseci tofu na kocke oko 2-3 cm.
3. Na posluzavnik staviti kuhinjsku krpu, preko poredjati papirne ubruse. Poredjati kockice tofua (u jedan sloj), prekriti papirnim ubrusima, a zatim prekriti kuhinjskom krpom i staviti drugi posluzavnik.
4. Poredjati teske knjige i ostaviti 1 sat.
5. Mokre papirne ubruse zameniti suvim i ostaviti jos 1 sat.

Marinada za tofu
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 350g tofua. Tofu ne drzati u marinadi duze od 8 sati, tj. nije pogodno cuvati tofu u marinadi, pa kad vam je potrebno da izvadite.

Sastojci: presovan tofu, 4 kasike Tamari ili Šoju soja sosa, 1 kasika svezeg soka od limete ili limuna, 1 kasika meda ili agava sirupa, 1 cen belog luka (rendanog na sitno), 1 komad djumbira (oko 2cm) rendanog na sitno.

Priprema:

1. U pliću posudu staviti tofu (u jedan sloj).
2. Pomesati sve sastojke i dobro sjediniti, i preliti preko tofua. Okrenuti nekoliko puta da sve strane tofua budu prekrivene marinadom.
3. Prekriti posudu plasticnoj folijom i ostaviti u frizideru barem 2 sata a moze i duze. Povremeno okrenite tofu.

Tofu pecen u rerni

Potrebno: mariniran tofu, pleh za pecenje, papir za pecenje, malo kokosovog ili maslinovog ulja ili malo otopljenog putera.

Priprema:

1. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje. Poredjati mariniran tofu (u jedan sloj), lagano poprskati uljem ili otopljenim puterom.
2. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C 15-20 minuta, zatim okrenuti tofu i peci jos 15-20 minuta tj. dok ne postane zlatno braon.

Tofu przen u tiganju

Potrebno: mariniran tofu, 1-2 kasika kokosovog ulja, ne lepljiv tiganj (keramicki, teflon…), dobro zagrejano ulje.

Priprema:

1. U tiganju, na srednjoj temperaturi (4), zagrejati ulje. Staviti pola kolicine tofua i prziti oko 3-5 minuta, dok ne postane zlatne boje. Zatim okrenuti i peci jos oko 3-5 minuta. Ponoviti isto sa drugim delom tofua.

Napomena: da tofu ne bi zagoreo, ako je potrebno smanjiti temperaturu.

Marinada za tofu sa suvim biljem
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 3 kasike Tamari ili Šoja soja sosa, 70ml svezeg soka od limuna, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike suvog bilja (1 kasika ruzmarina, 1/2 kasike origana i 1/2 kasike mirodjije), 2 cena belog luka (rendanog na sitno).

Priprema: ista kao kod Marinada za tofu (iznad).

Marinada za tofu na italijanski nacin
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 2 kasike Tamari soja sosa, 120ml belog vina, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike balzamiko sirceta, 2 kasike svezeg soka od limuna, 2 cena belog luka (rendanog na sitno), mesavina suvog bilja (1/2 kasicice bosiljka, 1/2 kasicice majorana, 1/2 kasicice timijana).

Priprema: ista kao kod Marinada za tofu (iznad).

Marinada za tofu sa rumom i korom od pomorandze
Ova kolicina sastojaka dovoljna je za 450g tofua.

Sastojci: 2 kasike tamnog ruma, 1 kasika rendane kore od pomorandze, 2 kasike svezeg soka od limete ili limuna, 2 kasike Tamari ili Šoja soja sosa, 1 kasika agava sirupa, 1 kasika ulja od repice, prstohvat mlevenog kima, prstohvat pimenta.

Priprema: ista kao kod Marinada za tofu (iznad).

Pressing tofu

Ingredients: tofu, 2 trays, heavy books, 2 kitchen towels, paper towels.

Preparation:

Preparation:

1. In shallow dish put tofu (in one layer).
2. Mix all ingredients and combine well, and pour over the tofu. Turn several times so that all sides of tofu are covered with marinade.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator at least 2 hours but can be longer. Occasionally turn the tofu.

Tofu baked in the oven

Ingredients: marinated tofu, baking pan, baking paper, a little coconut or olive oil or a little melted butter.

Preparation:

1. In the baking pan put the baking paper. Sort marinated tofu (in one layer), sprinkle lightly with oil or melted butter.
2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes, then turn the tofu and bake another 15-20 minutes, ie. until golden brown.

Tofu fried in a frying pan

Ingredients: marinated tofu, 1-2 tbsp coconut oil, non sticky pan (ceramic, teflon …), well-heated oil.

Preparation:

1. In frying pan, over medium heat (4), heat the oil. Put half the amount of tofu and fry about 3-5 minutes, until golden. Then turn and bake for about 3-5 minutes. Repeat the same with the second part of tofu.

Note: to prevent burning of tofu, if necessary, reduce the temperature.

Marinade for tofu with dried herbs

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 70ml of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons of dried herbs (1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 tablespoon oregano 1/2 tablespoon dill), 2 cloves garlic (finely grated).

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Marinade the tofu in the Italian way
This quantity of ingredients is enough for 450g of tofu.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce, 120ml white wine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic (finely grated), a mixture of dried herbs (1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, 1/2 teaspoon thyme).

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Marinade for tofu with rum and orange peel
This quantity of ingredients is enough for 450g of tofu.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons dark rum, 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon, 2 tablespoons Tamari or Shoyu soy sauce, 1 tablespoon agave syrup 1 tbsp canola oil, a pinch of ground cumin, a pinch of allspice.

Preparation: same as in the Marinade for tofu (above).

Frape od avokada (Avocado smoothie)

Sastojci: 1 1/2 avokada, 200ml soka od pomorandze, 300ml soka od grejpfruta, 300g jagoda, 2 banane, 10 kockica leda, 1 kasicica agava sirupa.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti avokado i banane i iseci na kockice.
2) U blender staviti sve osim leda. Blendirati. Dodati led i opet blendirati.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 avocado, 200ml of orange juice, 300ml of grapefruit juice, 300g of strawberries, 2 bananas, 10 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon agave syrup.

Preparation:
1) Peel avocados and bananas and cut into cubes.
2) In a blender put all but ice. Blend. Add ice and blend again.

Bombice od sargarepe (Carrots bomblets)

Sastojci: 1 kg sargarepe, 250g secera, sok i strugana kora od jedne pomorandze, 3 kasike obicnog mlevenog keksa, 100g margarina, jos secera.

Preliv od pomorandze (Orange topping)

Sastojci: 300g secera, 1 kasika brasna, 1 kasika gustina, 350ml vode (vrele), 1 kasika margarina, 125ml soka od pomorandze (svez ili iz prodavnice), sok od jednog limuna, rendana kora od jedne pomorandze, rendana kora odjednog limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke i kuvati na umerenoj vatri oko 15 minuta.
2) Preliti preko kolaca toplo ili hladno.

Predlog: ovim prelivom mozete preliti Nepeceni kolac od sira bez jaja.

Ingredients: 300g sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 350ml of water (boiled), 1 tablespoon margarine, 125ml orange juice (fresh or store bought), the juice of one lemon, grated rind of one orange, grated rind of one lemon.

Preparation:
1) Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
2) Pour the mixture over the cake warm or cold.

Suggestion: with this topping you can top No bake cheesecake without eggs.

Sok od brusnica i pomorandze (Cranberry and orange juice)

Sastojci: 1 pomorandza, 300ml soka od brusnica, 2 kasike meda, 200g brusnica, 100ml soka od pomorandze, 1/2 kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendirati. Sipati u case i sluziti.

Ingredients: 1 orange, 300ml of cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 200g cranberries, 100ml orange juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) In a blender put all ingredients and blend. Pour into glasses and serve.

Orange and Yogurt Mask

If you are feeling sluggish, this is the perfect mask for you

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, juice of 1/4 of an orange.

Mash the above ingredients properly and apply on your face gently. Leave on for a 5 minutes and then rinse.

Punc od pomorandze i sokom od jabuka (Orange and apple juice punch)

Sastojci: 1 L belog ruma, 500ml sok od jabuka, 250ml soka od limuna, procedjen (oko 6 limuna), 2 L soka od pomorandze, 750ml suvog belog vina, za ukrasavanje – nekoliko pomorandzi, sveza nana.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji za punc pomesati sok od jabuke, limuna i pomorandze i rum. Ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi.
2) Dodati belo vino i ukrasiti kolutovima limuna i listovima nane.

Ingredients: 1 L of white rum, 500ml apple juice, 250ml lemon juice, filtered (about 6 lemons), 2 L of orange juice, 750ml dry white wine, 1 orange, to decorate – a few oranges, fresh mint.

Preparation:
1) In the punch bowl combine apple juice, lemon juice and orange juice and rum. Leave in refrigerator to cool.
2) Add white wine and garnish with orange rings and mint leaves.
