Mafini sa ovsenim pahuljicama i bananom (Muffins with oat flakes and banana)

Sastojci: 165g ovsenih pahuljica, 1 banana, 1 jaje, 65g proteina, 85ml sojinog mleka (nezasladjenog), 2 kasicice lucuma praha, 1/4 kasicice cimeta, prstohvat sode bikarbone, 1/4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 2 kasicice kokosovog ulja (otpljenog), prstohvat soli, 3x 1 kasika putera od badema ili putera od indijskih oraha, 3 banane.

Priprema:
1) U blenderu samleti ovsene pahuljice. Bananu izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) U ciniji pomesati ovseno brasno, bananu, jaje, protein, sojino mleko, lucuma prah, cimet, sodu bikarbonu, prasak za pecivo, kokosovo ulje i so. Promesati dobro da se sve sjedini.

Kolac od meda sa kiselim mlekom (Honey cake with yogurt)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 250g margarina, 450g meda, 200g kiselog mleka, 5g praska za pecivo, 200g mlevenih oraha, 650g brasna, 1 kasicica cimeta, 2 kasike ruma.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, cimer i orahe.
2) U ciniji penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom. Dodati margarin, kiselo mleko i rum. Promesati. Dodati mesavinu brasna i dobro sve sjediniti.
3) Pleh namazati margarinom i blago posuti brasnom, Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zaagrejanoj rerni na 180 C.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 250g margarine, 450g honey, 200g yogurt, 5g baking powder, 200g ground walnuts, 650g flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of rum.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts.
2) Whisk eggs with sugar until foam. Add margarine, yogurt and rum. Stir. Add flour mixture and combine well.
3) Smear baking pan with margarine and lightly sprinkle with flour, Pour mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 C.

Kuglice s pivom i orasima (Beer and walnuts balls)

Sastojci: 800g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml piva, 200ml ulja, 350g secera, 200g badema ili lesnika, 250g melevenih oraha, 10g praska za pecivo, za sirup – 400g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 300ml vode, 2 kasike soka od limuna, mleveni orasi.

Priprema:
1) U brasno staviti prasak za pecivo i secer. Promesati.
2) Dodati pivo, ulje i mlevene orahe i promesati. Trebda dobijete gusce testo (srednje tvrso).
3) Na povrsinu sa malo brasno umesiti testo. Praviti kuglice. U svaku kuglicu staviti po jedan badem ili lesnik.

Jogurt kocke sa suvim vocem (Yogurt cubes with dried fruits)

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 4 jaja, 200g margarina, 250g secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 40g vanila pudinga, 350ml jogurta, 300g suvog voca (suve sljive, suve kajsije, suve smokve, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje), renadana kora i sok od jednog limuna.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, vanilin secer i vanila puding.
2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaja sa secerom. Dodati margarin i umutiti. Dodati sok i koru od limuna, jogurt i suvo voce. Promesati.
3) U pleh namazan margarinom i blago posut brasnom pleh sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20 do 30 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseci na kocke.

Ingredients: 500g flour, 4 eggs, 200g margarine, 250g sugar, 10g baking powder, 40g vanilla pudding, 350ml buttermilk, 300g dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots, dried figs, dried cranberries, rainsins), grated rind and juice of one lemon.

Preparation:
1) In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding.
2) In another bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar. Add margarine and whisk. Add lemon juice and peel, buttermilk and dried fruits. Stir.
3) Pour in margarine and lightly sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into cubes.

Kocke sa puterom od kikirikija (Peanut butter cubes)

Sastojci: 450g brasna, 250g secera, 10 praska za pecivo, 4 kasicice rogaca u prahu, 3 jaja, 4 banane (izgnjecene), 150 ml ulja, 250ml vode, 20g vanilin secera, puter od kikirikija.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, rogac i vanilin secer.
2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaja. Dodati secer i penasto umutiti. Dodati banane, ulje i vodu. Dobro promesati.
3) Dodati mesavinu brasna i sve dobro sjediniti.
4) Sipati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
5) Preseci na pola. Namazati blago otopljenim puterom od kikirikija i preklopiti drugom korom. Iseci na kocke.

Ingredients: 450g flour, 250g sugar, 10 baking powder, 4 tablespoons of powdered carob, 3 eggs, 4 bananas (mashed), 150 ml of oil, 250ml of water, 20g of vanilla sugar, peanut butter.

Preparation:
1) In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, carob and vanilla sugar.
2) Whisk eggs in another bowl. Add sugar and mix until foamy. Add bananas, oil and water. Stir well.
3) Add the flour mixture and combine everything well.

Snezni kolac (Snow cake)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 4 jaja, 200ml ulja, 400ml mleka, 250g secera, 30g vanilina secera, 15g praska za pecivo, za fil – 1 L mleka, 4 kasike secera, 80g griza, 200g kokosa.

Priprema:
0) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.
1) U serpu staviti mleko i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i vanilin secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati kasiku po kaiku griza mesajuci i kuvati dok se ne zgusne, oko 10 minuta. Dodati kokos i kuvati jos par minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se hladi povremeno mesajuci da se ne stvori korica.

Vanilice sa dzemom (Sandwich cookies with jam)

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 400g masti, 200g secera u prahu + jos malo za posipanje, 40g vanilin secera, 3 jaja, 200ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, dzem.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti mast. Dodati secer u prahu i dobro sjediniti.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i vanilin secer. Dodati mesavinu masti i jaja i dobro promesati.
3) Na povrsinu razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm i casicom vaditi krugove.

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 2 jaja, 90g kokosovog ulja, 180g suvih brusnica, 2 banane, 80g suvih kajsija, 80g suvih sljiva, 80g suvih smokvi, 80g urmi, 150g oraha, 50g indijskog oraha, 150g lesnika, 100g pistaca, 1 kasicica cimeta, 5g praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom. Suve kajsije, sljive, urme i smokve iseci na kocke. Orahe, indijske orahe, pistace i lesnike iseckati.
2) Na pari na srednjoj temperaturi otopiti kokosovo ulje. Jaja umutiti pa dodati kokosovo ulje i banane. Promesati.
3) Pomesati brasno, prasaka za pecivo, cimet i so.

Sastojci: 700g brasna, 3-4 jaja, 180g braon secera, 130ml ulja uljane repice, 600g bobicastog voca, 500ml mleka, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice karnfilica, prstohvat soli, 10g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, braon secer, prasak za pecivo, so, cimet i karanfilic.
2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaja. Dodati mleko i promesati.
3) Dodavati mesavinu jaja i mleka postepeno u brasno i mesati.
4) Dodati voce i promesati.

Brzi pica hlepcici (Quick pizza mini bread)

Sastojci: 600g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml jogurta, 125ml ulja, 10g baking powder, 1 jaje, malo soli, nadev – ham, ketchup, kackavalj, oregano.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. Dodati ulje jogurt. Rukom umesiti testo da se ne lepi. Ako je potrebno dodati jos malo brasna.
2) Na brasnjavu povrsinu izvaditi testo i mesiti jos par minuta. Oklagijom razviti testo debljine 2-3 mm. Okruglom vecom casom vaditi krugove.

Hrono graham krekeri (Chrono graham crackers)

Sastojci: 240g graham brasna, 50g belog brasna, (obicnog), 80g margarina (hladnog, iseckanog na kockice), 50ml slatke pavlake, 70ml melase (ili javorovog sirupa, ili meda), 60g zutog secera, 4g praska za pecivo, 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone, 1/3 kasicice soli, prstohvat cimeta, 1/2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U ciniju pomesati oba brasna, secer, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, so i cimet.
2. Dodati margarin i zamesiti rukom.
3. Dodati melasu, slatku pavlaku i ekstarkt vanile i drvenom varjacom promesati da se sjedini. Zatim rukama formirati loptu; napraviti pravougaonik debljine oko 1.5 cm, zaviti u plasticnu foliju i ostaviti u frizider 45 minuta.

Plocice sa ovsenim pahuljicama pecene u rerni (Bars with oat flakes baked in the oven)

Sastojci: 300g ovsenih pahuljica, 200g semenki bundeve, 130g susama, 130g semenki suncokreta, 150g razanog brasna, 150g integralnog psenicnog brasna, 50g heljdinog brasna, 50g speltinog brasna, 7g praska za pecivo, 70ml maslinovog ulja, 1/2 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli, 250-400ml vode, papir za pecenje..

Priprema:

1. U ciniji, pomesati ovsene pahuljice, semenke bundeve i suncokreta, susam, sve vrste brasna, prasak za pecivo i so.
2. Dodati ulje i 250 ml vode i promesati. Dodati jos vode onoliko koliko je potrebno da se masa sjedini. Smesa je gotova kad prestane da se lepi za prste.

Napomena: ako ste stavili previse vode dodajte malo integralnog psenicnog brasna.

3. Na sto staviti jedan papir za pecenje, posuti sa malo brasna, na jednu polovinu staviti smesu, pa je posuti sa malo brasna, preklopiti sa drugom polovinom papira za pecenje i oklagijom razvuci smesu.

Napomena: ako volite hrskave plocice razvijte smesu tanje.

4. Noz blago pokvasiti vodom, pa zaronite u brasno, seci plocice i redjati ih u pleh na papir za pecenje.
5. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15-20 minuta.

Napomena: za uzinu do 15h. Moze kao zamena za hleb.

Ingredients: 300g of oat flakes, 200g pumpkin seeds, 130g sesame seeds, 130g sunflower seeds, 150g rye flour, 150g whole wheat flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 50g spelt flour, 7g baking powder, 70ml olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt, 250-400ml water, baking paper ..

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, all kinds of flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add the oil and 250 ml of water and stir. Add more water as much as is necessary to combine well the mixture. Mixture is ready when no longer sticks to your fingers.

Note: if you put too much water, add a little whole wheat flour.

3. On table place one baking paper, sprinkle with a little flour, on one half put the mixture, and sprinkle it with a little flour, fold the other half of paper over mixture and with rolling pin develop mixture.

Note: if you prefer crispy bars develop thinner mixture.

4. Put knife under running water and shake of any water drops, dive it in flour, cut bars and arrange them in the baking pan on baking paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.

Note: for a snack up to 15h. It can be used as a substitute for bread.

Kuvani djevreci (Cooked bagels)

Sastojci: 600g speltinog brasna, 1 kasicica morske ili himalajske soli, 4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 1 1/2 + 4 kasicice sode bikarbone, 120g gi putera (sobne temperature),300ml kisele vode, 2 L vode.

Priprema:

1.  U vangli, pomesati brasno, so, prasak za pecivo i 1 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone.
2. Dodati gi puter i kiselu vodu i zamesiti glatko testo.
3. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da nadodje 1 sat (na toplom).
4. Testo premesiti uz dodatak malo brasna. Podeliti na manje jufke. Od svake jufke oblikovati djevreke.
5. U serpu sipati 2 L vode, dodati 4 kasicice sode bikarbone i pustiti da prokljuca.
6. Spustati djevreke u kljucalu vodu i kuvati dok ne isplivaju na povrsinu.
7. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i redjati kuvane djevreke.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C dok ne porumene, oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 600g spelt flour, 1 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 + 4 teaspoons of baking soda, 120g ghee butter (room temperature), 300ml of sparkling water, 2 L of water.

Preparation:

1. In plastic bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda.
2. Add ghee butter and sparkling water and knead a smooth dough.
3. Cover with a kitchen cloth and let it rise for 1 hour (at warm place).
4. Knead the dough with the addition of a little flour. Divide the dough on smaller balls. From each ball form bagels.
5. In pot, put 2 liters of water, add 4 teaspoons of baking soda and let it boil.
6. Place bagels in boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
7. In the baking pan put the baking paper and arrange cooked bagels.
8. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Stapici od mesanog brasna sa susamom (Mixed flour sticks with sesame seeds)

Sastojci: 150g razanog brasna, 150g speltinog brasna, 80g integralnog speltinog brasna, 70g heljdinog brasna, 3 kasicice praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone (ravna), 2 kasike soka od svezeg limuna, morska ili himalajska so po ukusu, 8 kasika susama, 45g putera (sobne temperature), 300ml kiselog mleka, 150ml kisele vode.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sva brasna sa praskom za pecivo, solju i susamom.
2. Pomesati sodu bikarbonu i sok od limuna. Promesati.
3. Pomesati mesavinu brasna sa mesavinom sode bikarbone i soka od limuna.
4. Dodati puter, kiselo mleko i kiselu vodu pa zamesiti glatko testo.
5. Testo prekriti suvom krpom i ostaviti 2.5 sata.
6. Testo podeliti u jednake jufke. Svaku jufku oblikovati u stapic.
7. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje. Poredjati stapice i ostaviti 45 minuta.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20-25 minuta.

Ingredients: 150g rye flour, 150g spelt flour, 80g integral spelt flour, 70g buckwheat flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda (flat), 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, sea or Himalayan salt to taste, 8 tbsp sesame seeds, 45g of butter (room temperature), 300ml yogurt (sour milk), 150ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:

1. Mix all types of flour with baking powder, salt and sesame seeds.
2. Mix baking soda and lemon juice. Stir.
3. Blend mixture of flour with a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice.
4. Add butter, yogurt (sour milk) and carbonated water, and knead a smooth dough.
5. Cover the dough with a dry cloth and leave for 2.5 hours.
6. Divide the dough into equal balls. Each ball develop into stick.
7. In the baking pan put the baking paper. Sort sticks and leave for 45 minutes.
8. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.

Razana pogaca sa suvom mirodjijom (Rye focaccia with dried dill)

Sastojci: 200g+200g razanog brasna, 150g jecmenog brasna, 50g heljdinog brasna, 1/2 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja, 1 kasika psilijuma (ljuspice), 2 kasike susama, 400ml vode, 2 kasike soka od svezeg limuna, 4g praska za pecivo, 4g sode bikarbone, 2 kasicice suve mirodjije.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati 200g razanog brasna, jecmeno i heljdino brasno, so, psilijum, mirodjiju i susam.
2. Dodati vodu i ulje pa promesati.
3. Postepeno dodavati razano brasno (200g) i mesiti rukom dok ne dobijete glatko testo.
4. Pokriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti 6 sati da nadodje.
5. Pomesati sok od limuna prasak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati testu i premesiti testo oko 5 minuta.
6. Sto posuti sa malo razanog brasna, staviti testo i oblikovati pogacu.
7. U okruglu tepsiju staviti papir za pecenje, staviti pogacu, premazati vodom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 50-60 minuta. Pokriti folijom i peci jos 15-20 minuta.

Ingredients: 200g+200g rye flour, 150g barley flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon psyllium (husks), 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 400ml water, 2 tablespoons juice of fresh lemon, 4g baking powder, 4g of baking soda, 2 teaspoons dried dill.

Preparation:

1. Mix 200g rye flour, barley and buckwheat flour, salt, psyllium, dill and sesame seeds.
2. Add the water and oil and stir.
3. Gradually add rye flour (200g) and knead by hand until you get a smooth dough.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 6 hours to swell.
5. Mix the lemon juice, baking powder and baking soda. Add to the dough and knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle table with a little rye flour, put the dough and shape the focaccia.
7. In a round baking pan, put baking paper, put the focaccia, smear with water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 50-60 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 15-20 minutes.

 

Pogacice sa sitnim sirom (Scones with cottage cheese )

Sastojci: 300g spelta brasna, 150g ovsenog brasna, 150g razanog brasna, 500g sitnog sira, 15g praska za pecivo, 100ml mlake vode, 3 jaja, 1/2 kasicice morske ili himalajske soli, susam za posipanje.

Priprema:

1. Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od belanaca.
2. Utrljati dlanovima spelta, ovseno i razano brasno sa praskom za pecivo i solju.
3. Dodati zumanca, sir i vodu i zamesiti glatko testo.
4. Staviti u vanglu, pokriti krpom i ostaviti 1 i 15 minuta.
5. Testo razviti oklagijom na debljinu oko 1.5 cm pa okruglom modlom vaditi pogacice.
6. Penasto umutiti belanca.
7. U pleh staviti papri za pecenje, staviti pogacice, premazati belancima i posuti susamom. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C dok ne porumene.

Napomena: umesto sitnog sira mozete koristiti i mladi sir.

Ingredients: 300g spelt flour, 150g oat flour, 150g rye flour, 500g of cottage cheese, 15g baking powder, 100ml lukewarm water, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan, sesame for sprinkling.

Preparation:

1. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Rub between the palms of your hands spelt, oat and rye flour with baking powder and salt.
3. Add egg yolks, cheese and water and knead smooth dough.
4. Place in plastic bowl , cover with a kitchen cloth and leave for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5. Develop the digh with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1.5 cm, and with round cookie mold remove scones.
6. Whisk egg whites un til foamy.
7. In the baking pan, put the baking paper, put the scones, coat with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.

Note: instead of cottage cheese you can use farmers cheese.

Hrono podloga za picu (Chrono pizza crust)

Sastojci: 150g speltinog brasna, 100g razanog brasna + jos malo za posipanje, prstohvat morske soli, 5g praska za pecivo, 165ml mlake vode, kokosovo ulje.

Priprema:

1. Prosejati speltino i razano brasno. U plasticnu ciniju pomesati speltino i razano brasno, prasak za pecivo i so. Dobro sjediniti.
2. Postepeno dodajuci vodu, mesite testo rukom. Ako je testo lepljivo dodati jos malo speltinog brasna.
3. Oblikovati loptu i ostaviti da stoji 10 minuta.
4. Mesite testo jos 5 minuta.
5. Testo podeliti na dve lopte. Na posluzavnik staviti papir za pecenje, posuti speltinim brasna, staviti obe lopte i pokriti vlaznom kuhinjskom krpom. Ostaviti 1 sat na toplom.
6. Jednu loptu rukama istanjite u krug tako da krajevi ostanu malo deblji..
7. Pleh premazati uljem i posuti brasnom. Staviti podlogu.
8. Filovati picu prema receptu i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 230 C 10-12 minuta.

Ingredients: 150g spelt flour, 100g rye flour + some more for sprinkling, a pinch of sea salt, 5g baking powder, 165ml lukewarm water, coconut oil.

Preparation:

1. Sift spelt and rye flour. In a plastic bowl, combine spelt and rye flour, baking powder and salt. Combine well.
2. Gradually add water, kneading the dough by hand. If the dough is sticky add a little more spelt flour.
3. Form the ball and let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Knead the dough for another 5 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into two balls. On the tray put baking paper, sprinkle spelt flour, put two balls and cover with a damp kitchen towel. Allow to stand for 1 hour at warm.
6. One ball form into the circle with hands so that the ends remain slightly thicker ..
7. Baking pan smear with oil and sprinkle with flour. Place the crust.
8. Fill pizza according to the recipe and bake in preheated oven at 230 C for 10-12 minutes.

Hleb bez kvasca sa semenkama (Bread without yeast with seeds)

Sastojci: 250g graham brasna, 150g razanog brasna, 150 heljdinog brasna, 400-500ml mlake vode, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike suncokreta, 2 kasike semenki bundeve, 2 kasike susama, 100ml maslinovog ulja, 1 kasicica kumina, 1 kasicica belog luka u granulama,  1/2 kasicice jodirane soli.

Predlog: mozete napraviti hleb bez kvasca od integralnog graham brasna.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve suve sastojke.
2. Dodati vodu (400ml) i ulje i sjediniti sastojke ili drvenom varjacom ili mikserom.
3. U pleh za hleb staviti papir za pecenje,
4. Posuti brasno na sto, sipati testo i lagano premesiti. Ako je potrebno (ako je retko) dodajte jos vode.
5. Stavite testo u pleh. Pokriti folijom
6. Peci u nezagrejanoj rerni na 230 C oko sat vremena, ili dok cackalica koji ste stavili u sredinu ne izadje cista.
7. Hleb ostaviti da se ohladi pa umotati u cistu kuhinjsku krpu.

Ingredients: 250g graham flour, 150g rye flour, 150g buckwheat flour, 400-500ml warm water, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 100ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic granules, 1/2 teaspoon of iodized salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add water (400ml) and oil and combine ingredients with wooden spoon or mixer.
3. In baking pan for bread place baking paper.
4. Sprinkle flour on the table, pour the dough and gently knead. If necessary, add more water.
5. Place the dough in a baking pan. Cover with foil.
6. Bake in unheated oven at 230 C for about an hour, or until toothpick that you put in the middle comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool then wrap in a clean kitchen towel.

Suggestion: you can make bread without yeast with integral graham flour.

Kolac sa visnjama 2 (Cake with sour cherries 2)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 4 kasike secera, 1 prasak za pecivo, 1 solja ulja, 1 solja mleka, 750g – 1 kg visnji (tresnji), 1-2 vanilin secera, 1/2 solje secera, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.

2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati ulje i mleko i postepeno dodavati brasno-po potrebi (da bude srednje gustine tj. malo redje).

3. Sipati u podmazan pleh i peci.

4. Pomesati polja solje secera sa vanilin secerom i visnjama (tresnjama).

5. Kada je kolac na pola pecen prekriti visnjama i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 baking powder (10g), 1 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 750g – 1kg sour cherries (cherries), 1-2 vanilla sugar (2 tablespoons of vanilla extract), 1/2 cup sugar, flour as needed.

Preparation:

1. Stir flour with baking powder.

2. Whisk eggs with sugar, add oil and milk and gradually add flour-if necessary (to be medium density).

3. Pour into greased pan and bake.

4. Stir 1/2 cup of sugar with vanilla sugar and sour cherries (cherries).

5. When the cake is half baked covered with cherries and return to oven to bake throughly.

 

Pita sa origanom (Pie with oregano)

Sastojci: 250g feta sira, 4 jaja, 250ml jogurta, 150ml ulja, 250g pileceg mesa (moze i od preostalog obroka), 4 kisela krastavcica, 200g kukuruznog brasna, 100g psenicnog brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 kasike origana, so.

Priprema:
1) Pilece meso skuvati i iseckati. Fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno i psenicno, prasak za pecivo, origano i so.
3) Umutiti jaja, dodati fetu, jogurt, ulje, mesavinu brasna, pilece meso i krastavcice.
4) Pleh podmazati uljem, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 230C.

Ingredients: 250g feta cheese, 4 eggs, 250ml buttermilk, 150ml oil, 250g chicken breasts (could be leftovers), 4 pickles, 200g corn flour, 100g wheat flour, 10g baking powder, 2 tablespoons oregano, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cook chicken  breasts and chop. Squeeze feta with fork. Finely chop pickles.
2) Combine corn and wheat flour, baking powder, oregano and salt.
3) Whisk the eggs, add feta, buttermilk, oil, flour mixture, chicken meat and pickles.
4) Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake in 230C.

Gibanica 2 (Phyllo dough cheese pie 2)

gibanica-phyllo-pastry-cheese-pieSastojci: 500g kora, 5 jaja, 250g fete, 200ml kisele pavlake, 100ml kisele vode, 10g praska za pecivo, ulje+voda.

Priprema:
1) U ciniju staviti prasak za pecivo, preko staviti jaja i ostaviti 15-20 minuta.
2) Sir izgnjeciti viljuskom. Jaja umutiti, dodati sir i promesati. Dodati kiselu pavlaku i kiselu vodu. Promesati.
3) Pomesati prst ulja (horizontalno) i prst vode (vertikalno).
4) Staviti jednu koru, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode. Staviti drugu koru opet premazati mesavinom ulja i vode. Staviti trecu koru, premazati fil. Uviti u rolnu. Tepsiju podmazati margarinom. Prvu saviti u obliku puza i staviti na sredinu tepsije, a zatim redjati u krug.
Napomena: ako su ivice suve, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode.
5) Ponoviti korak 4) dok se ne utrosi sav materijal.
Napomena: ostaviti malo fila za premazivanje.
6) U fil dodati malo ulja (1 kasiku) i kisele vode i premazati suve delove pite. Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Gibanicu 1.

Ingredients: 500g of phyllo dough, 5 eggs, 250g feta cheese, 200ml sour cream, 100ml sparkling water, 10g baking powder, oil + water.

Preparation:
1) In the bowl put baking powder, put over the eggs and leave for 15-20 minutes.
2) Squeeze feta with fork. Whisk the eggs, add cheese and stir. Add sour cream and sparkling water. Stir.
3) Combine finger of oil (horizontally) and finger of water (vertically).
4) Place one phyllo dough sheet, brush with oil and water mixture. Put another sheet again brush with oil and water mixture. Put third sheet, spread the filling. Then fold the phyllo dough. Grease baking pan with margarine. First fold in the form of snail and put in the middle of the baking pan, then line up in a circle.
Note: If the edges are dry, brush them with oil and water mixture.
5) Repeat step 4) until all ingredients are gone.
Note: leave little filling for coating.
6) In filling add a little oil (1 tablespoon) and sparkling water and brush dry parts of pie. Bake in preheated oven at 200C.

Suggestion: you can make Phyllo pastry pie.

Cokoladni kolac sa kokosom (Chocolate cake with coconut)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 8 kasika secera, 12 kasika mleka, 12 kasika brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasika kakaoa, za fil – 500ml mleka, 8 kasika secera, 3 kasike griza, 250g margarina, 100g cokolade, 100g kokosa.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati mleko i brasno. Dobro izmesati.
2) Pleh podmazati margarinom, posuti brasnom, sipati smesu i peci na 200 C dok cackalica stavljena u sredinu ne izadje cista. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseci na pola (ako koristite manji a dublji pleh, preseci po horizontali, a ako koristite veci a plici pleh, onda po vertikali)
3) Za fil – skuvati mleko, dodati secer i griz i kuvati oko 7 minuta, uz stalno mesanje. Zatim dodati kokos i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Ostaviti da se prohladi. Dodati margarin i cokoladu izlomljenu na kocke. Dobro izmesati.
4) Fil staviti preko prve kore, poklopiti drugom korom i seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 12 tablespoons of milk, 12 tablespoons of flour, 10g baking powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa, for filling – 500ml milk, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of semolina, 250g butter, 100g chocolate, 100g coconut.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour with baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and flour. Mix well.
2) Grease the baking pan with margarine, sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake at 200 C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and cut it in half (if you are using a smaller and deeper pan, cut horizontally, and if you are using a larger and shallower pan, then cut vertically)
3) For the filling – Boil the milk, add the sugar and semolina and cook for about 7 minutes, with constant stirring. Then add coconut and cook for 3 more minutes. Allow to cool. Add margarine and chocolate broken into pieces. Mix well.
4) Put filling over first crust, cover with second and cut in cubes.

Perece sa sirom (Pretzels with cheese)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 jaja, 280g margarina, 1 kasika kima, 1 kasicica soli, 350g kackavalja (ili fete, ili sitnog sira).

Priprema:
1) Od jednog jajeta, odvojiti belance od zumanca.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.  Dodati margarin, jaje i zumance. Umesiti testo.
3) Zatim dodati kackavalj i kim i ponovo umesiti. Razviti na debljinu 1 cm. Modlicom vaditi perece.
4) Pleh podmazati margarinom, poredjati perece. Umuititi belance, premazati perece i peci na 180 C oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 10g baking powder, 2 eggs, 280g butter, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 350g yellow cheese (or feta cheese or cottage cheese).

Preparation:
1) From an egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
2) Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add margarine, egg and egg yolk. Then knead the dough.
3) Then add the cheese and cumin and then knead again. Develop the dough thickness of 1 cm. Cut pretzels with pretzel cutter.
4) Grease the baking pan with margarine, aline pretzels. Whisk well egg white, brush the pretzels and bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.

Lenja pita sa jabukama (Lazy apple pie)

Sastojci: 250g masti, 200g+4 kasike secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 jaje, 2 zumanca, 500g brasna, 125ml mleka, 1 kg jabuka, 3 kasike griza (ili prezli).

Priprema:
1) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo.
2) Mast umutiti sa 200g secera, dodati jaje i zumanca. Dobro izmesati. Zatim dodati brasno i mleko. Dobro izmesati. Podeliti na 2 dela.
3) Jabuke oljustiti i izrendati. Prvi deo testa staviti u pleh, staviti jabuke, posuti grizom, pa sa 4 kasike secera. Staviti drugi deo testa.
4) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C.

Ingredients: 250g of lard, 200g+4 tablespoons of sugar, 10g baking powder, 1 egg, 2 egg yolks, 500g flour, 125ml milk, 1 kg of apples, 3 tablespoons semolina (or breadcrumbs).

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour with the baking powder.
2) Whisk lard with 200g sugar, add the egg and egg yolks. Mix well. Then add flour and milk. Mix well. Divided into 2 parts.
3) Peel and grate the apples. In baking pan place first part of the dough, put apples, sprinkle with semolina, and with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Put the second part of the dough.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 200 C.
