Pecurke u lisnatom testu (Mushrooms in puff pastry)

Sastojci: 250g lisnatog testa1 ili lisnato testo 2, 500g svezih pecuraka ili 50g suvih, 50g slanine, 100ml belog vina, 20g margarina, 100g ementalera ili gaude sira, 1 cen belog luka, 1 jaje, so.

Predlog 1: mozete napraviti Punjene pecurke.
Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Pecurke punjene prazilukom.

Priprema:

1) Ocistiti pecurke i iseci po duzini. Slaninu sitno iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.

2) Slaninu proprziti na ulju. Izvaditi iz tiganja. Dodati margarin i proprziti beli luk. Dodati pecurke i promesati. Sipati vino i pustiti da prokljuca.

3) Slaninu pomesati umucenim jajetom, pecurkama i sirom isecenim na kockice.

4) Razvaljati lisnato testo i poredjati pecurke. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 15 minuta.

Ingredients: 250g puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2, 500g fresh mushrooms or 50g dried, 50g fat, 100ml white wine, 20g butter, 100g Emmental cheese or gouda cheese, 1 clove garlic, 1 egg, salt.

Preparation:

1) Clean the mushrooms and cut lengthwise. Finely chop the bacon. Peel garlic and finely chop.

2) Fry bacon. Remove from the pan. Add margarine and fry garlic. Add mushrooms and stir. Pour the wine and let it boil.

3) Mix bacon with the beaten egg, mushrooms and cheese cut into cubes.

4) Roll out puff pastry and arrange the mushrooms. Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 15 minutes.

Suggestion 1: You can make Stuffed mushrooms.
Suggestion 2: You can make Mushrooms stuffed with leeks.

Sopska salata (Shopska salad)

Sastojci: 400g paradajza, 400g krastavca, 2 glavice crnog luka, 300g slanine, 2 kuvana jaja, 200g feta sira (izmrvljenog), 3-4 rotkvice.

Pripema:
1) Paradajz, krastavac i crni luk ocistiti i iseckati na kockice. Slaninu i jaja iseckati na kockice. Sve podeliti na dva dela. Rotkvice oljustiti i izrendati.
2) U dublju ciniju redjati red krastavca, red paradajza, red crnog luka, red slanine, red jaja. Zatim ponoviti jos jednom, odozgo posuti sir, a preko rotkvice.

Ingredients: 400g tomatoes, 400g cucumbers, 2 onions, 300g bacon (raw), 2 boiled eggs, 200g feta cheese (crumbled) or cottage cheese, 3-4 radishes.

Preparation:
1) Peel tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and cut into cubes. Bacon and eggs cut into cubes. Divide all into two parts. Peel and grate the radishes.
2) In deeper dish arrange layer of cucumber, layer of tomato, layer of onions, layer of bacon, layer of eggs. Then repeat once more, put cheese, and then sprinkle with radishes.
