Mafini sa ovsenim pahuljicama i bananom (Muffins with oat flakes and banana)

Sastojci: 165g ovsenih pahuljica, 1 banana, 1 jaje, 65g proteina, 85ml sojinog mleka (nezasladjenog), 2 kasicice lucuma praha, 1/4 kasicice cimeta, prstohvat sode bikarbone, 1/4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 2 kasicice kokosovog ulja (otpljenog), prstohvat soli, 3x 1 kasika putera od badema ili putera od indijskih oraha, 3 banane.

Priprema:
1) U blenderu samleti ovsene pahuljice. Bananu izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) U ciniji pomesati ovseno brasno, bananu, jaje, protein, sojino mleko, lucuma prah, cimet, sodu bikarbonu, prasak za pecivo, kokosovo ulje i so. Promesati dobro da se sve sjedini.

Kolac od meda sa suvim vocem (Honey cake with dried fruit)

Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 250g margarina, 500g meda, 6 jaja, 200g indijskih oraha, 400g suvog voca (suve sljive, suve kajsije, suve smokve, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje), 1 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice karanfilica u prahu, 2 kasicice sode bikarbone.

Priprema:
1) Od 2 jaja odvoijiti belanca i zumanaca. Pomesati brasno, sodu bikarbonu, cimet i karanfilic. Penasto umutiti 2 belanca.
2) U serpici na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti med sa margarinom. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Dodati jaja i promesati. Dodati mesavinu brasna i zamestiti glatko testo.

Kolac od bundeve (Pumpkin cake)

Sastojci: 600g bundeve, 400g brasna, 200ml ulja, 200g secera, 200g oraha (seckanih), 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, komad margarina.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti bundevu i iseci na kocke.
2) U blenderu ustiniti bundevu sa uljem.
3) U ciniji pomesati brasno, secer, sodu bikarbonu, orahe, cimet i bundevu.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje, namazati ga sa margarinom i sipati smesu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 1 sat.

Ingredients: 600g pumpkin, 400g flour, 200ml oil, 200g sugar, 200g walnuts (chopped), 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a piece of margarine.

Preparation:
1) Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
2) In a blender blend pumpkin with oil.
3) Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, walnuts, cinnamon and pumpkin in a bowl.
4) Put baking paper in a baking tray, smear it with margarine and pour the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 1 hour.

Karamel kocke (Caramel cubes)

Sastojci: brasna po potrebi (da se dobije gusce testo), 2 jaja, 10 kasika secera, 14 kasika mleka, 12 kasika ulja, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, za fil – 300ml mleka, 5 kasika brasna, 5 kasika gustina, 250g margarina, 250g secera, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom. Dodati brasno i sodu bikarbonu i promesati. Dodati mleko i ulje i dobro promesati. Podeliti na 2 dela. Razviti kore velicine prevrnutog pleha.
2) U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C ispeci dve kore na prevnutom plehu. Ostaviti da se ohlade.

Medeno srce (Honey hearts)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 500ml mleka, 80g secera, 250g meda, 100ml ulja, 20g sode bikarbonem, 200g dzema od kajsija, 100g cokolade + 20g gi putera.

Priprema:
1) U serpicu staviti mleko da prokljuca na srednju temperaturu (4). Dodati secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati med i mesati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) U vanglu pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati mleko sa medom i dzem i dobro promesati. Pokriti i ostaviti 1 sat.
3) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C. Kad se ohladi vaditi srca modlama ili seci na kocke.
4) Otopiti cokoladu sa gi puterom na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
5) Umakati u otopljenu cokoladu. Poredjati na posluzavnik oblozen papirom za pecenje i ostaviti da se stegne.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 500ml milk, 80g sugar, 250g honey, 100ml oil, 20g baking soda, 200g apricot jam, 100g chocolate + 20g ghee butter.

Preparation:
1) Put the milk in a pot and let it boil over medium heat (4). Add the sugar and mix to dissolve. Add honey and mix to dissolve. Allow to cool.
2) Mix flour and baking soda into the bowl. Add milk with honey and jam and mix well. Cover and leave for 1 hour.

Piling za lice od kokosovog ulja i sode bikarbone (Coconut oil and baking soda face exfoliator)

Sastojci: 125g kokosovog ulja, 60g sode bikarbone ili medicinske sode.

Priprema:
1) U serpicu sipati malo vode i pustiti da prokljuca pa smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4). U metalni tanjir ili metalnu kutiju sipati pcelinji vosak, shea puter i kokosovo ulje i staviti u serpicu da se otopi.
2) Kada se malo hladi tj. bude mlako dodati sodu bikarbonu ili medicinsku sodu. Promesati da se sve dobro sjediniti.

Domaci osvezivac prostorija (Homemade air freshener)

Sastojci: 3 kasike omeksivaca za ves po vasem izboru, 1 flasa sa rasprsivacem (750ml), 600-700ml vruce vode, 1 kasika sode bikarbone.

Priprema:
1) U flasu sa rasprsivacem sipati omeksivac, dodati vrelu vodu i promuckati.
2) Dodati sodu bikarbonu i jos jednom dobro promuckati.

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of fabric softener of your choice, 1 spray bottle (750ml), 600-700ml of hot water, 1 tbsp of baking soda.

Preparation:
1) Pour the softener into the spray bottle, add hot water and shake.
2) Add baking soda and shake well again.

Hrono graham krekeri (Chrono graham crackers)

Sastojci: 240g graham brasna, 50g belog brasna, (obicnog), 80g margarina (hladnog, iseckanog na kockice), 50ml slatke pavlake, 70ml melase (ili javorovog sirupa, ili meda), 60g zutog secera, 4g praska za pecivo, 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone, 1/3 kasicice soli, prstohvat cimeta, 1/2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U ciniju pomesati oba brasna, secer, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, so i cimet.
2. Dodati margarin i zamesiti rukom.
3. Dodati melasu, slatku pavlaku i ekstarkt vanile i drvenom varjacom promesati da se sjedini. Zatim rukama formirati loptu; napraviti pravougaonik debljine oko 1.5 cm, zaviti u plasticnu foliju i ostaviti u frizider 45 minuta.

Kuvani djevreci (Cooked bagels)

Sastojci: 600g speltinog brasna, 1 kasicica morske ili himalajske soli, 4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 1 1/2 + 4 kasicice sode bikarbone, 120g gi putera (sobne temperature),300ml kisele vode, 2 L vode.

Priprema:

1.  U vangli, pomesati brasno, so, prasak za pecivo i 1 1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone.
2. Dodati gi puter i kiselu vodu i zamesiti glatko testo.
3. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da nadodje 1 sat (na toplom).
4. Testo premesiti uz dodatak malo brasna. Podeliti na manje jufke. Od svake jufke oblikovati djevreke.
5. U serpu sipati 2 L vode, dodati 4 kasicice sode bikarbone i pustiti da prokljuca.
6. Spustati djevreke u kljucalu vodu i kuvati dok ne isplivaju na povrsinu.
7. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i redjati kuvane djevreke.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C dok ne porumene, oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 600g spelt flour, 1 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 + 4 teaspoons of baking soda, 120g ghee butter (room temperature), 300ml of sparkling water, 2 L of water.

Preparation:

1. In plastic bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda.
2. Add ghee butter and sparkling water and knead a smooth dough.
3. Cover with a kitchen cloth and let it rise for 1 hour (at warm place).
4. Knead the dough with the addition of a little flour. Divide the dough on smaller balls. From each ball form bagels.
5. In pot, put 2 liters of water, add 4 teaspoons of baking soda and let it boil.
6. Place bagels in boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
7. In the baking pan put the baking paper and arrange cooked bagels.
8. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Stapici od mesanog brasna sa susamom (Mixed flour sticks with sesame seeds)

Sastojci: 150g razanog brasna, 150g speltinog brasna, 80g integralnog speltinog brasna, 70g heljdinog brasna, 3 kasicice praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone (ravna), 2 kasike soka od svezeg limuna, morska ili himalajska so po ukusu, 8 kasika susama, 45g putera (sobne temperature), 300ml kiselog mleka, 150ml kisele vode.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sva brasna sa praskom za pecivo, solju i susamom.
2. Pomesati sodu bikarbonu i sok od limuna. Promesati.
3. Pomesati mesavinu brasna sa mesavinom sode bikarbone i soka od limuna.
4. Dodati puter, kiselo mleko i kiselu vodu pa zamesiti glatko testo.
5. Testo prekriti suvom krpom i ostaviti 2.5 sata.
6. Testo podeliti u jednake jufke. Svaku jufku oblikovati u stapic.
7. U pleh staviti papir za pecenje. Poredjati stapice i ostaviti 45 minuta.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20-25 minuta.

Ingredients: 150g rye flour, 150g spelt flour, 80g integral spelt flour, 70g buckwheat flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda (flat), 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, sea or Himalayan salt to taste, 8 tbsp sesame seeds, 45g of butter (room temperature), 300ml yogurt (sour milk), 150ml of carbonated water.

Preparation:

1. Mix all types of flour with baking powder, salt and sesame seeds.
2. Mix baking soda and lemon juice. Stir.
3. Blend mixture of flour with a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice.
4. Add butter, yogurt (sour milk) and carbonated water, and knead a smooth dough.
5. Cover the dough with a dry cloth and leave for 2.5 hours.
6. Divide the dough into equal balls. Each ball develop into stick.
7. In the baking pan put the baking paper. Sort sticks and leave for 45 minutes.
8. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.

Hleb bez kvasca sa semenkama (Bread without yeast with seeds)

Sastojci: 250g graham brasna, 150g razanog brasna, 150 heljdinog brasna, 400-500ml mlake vode, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike suncokreta, 2 kasike semenki bundeve, 2 kasike susama, 100ml maslinovog ulja, 1 kasicica kumina, 1 kasicica belog luka u granulama,  1/2 kasicice jodirane soli.

Predlog: mozete napraviti hleb bez kvasca od integralnog graham brasna.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve suve sastojke.
2. Dodati vodu (400ml) i ulje i sjediniti sastojke ili drvenom varjacom ili mikserom.
3. U pleh za hleb staviti papir za pecenje,
4. Posuti brasno na sto, sipati testo i lagano premesiti. Ako je potrebno (ako je retko) dodajte jos vode.
5. Stavite testo u pleh. Pokriti folijom
6. Peci u nezagrejanoj rerni na 230 C oko sat vremena, ili dok cackalica koji ste stavili u sredinu ne izadje cista.
7. Hleb ostaviti da se ohladi pa umotati u cistu kuhinjsku krpu.

Ingredients: 250g graham flour, 150g rye flour, 150g buckwheat flour, 400-500ml warm water, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 100ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic granules, 1/2 teaspoon of iodized salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add water (400ml) and oil and combine ingredients with wooden spoon or mixer.
3. In baking pan for bread place baking paper.
4. Sprinkle flour on the table, pour the dough and gently knead. If necessary, add more water.
5. Place the dough in a baking pan. Cover with foil.
6. Bake in unheated oven at 230 C for about an hour, or until toothpick that you put in the middle comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool then wrap in a clean kitchen towel.

Suggestion: you can make bread without yeast with integral graham flour.

Salata od leblebija s timijanom (Chickpea salad with thyme)

Sastojci: 300g leblebija, 3 paradajza, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika suvog timijana, maslinovo, ulje, so, biber i malo sode bikarbone.

Priprema:

1) Leblebije potopiti u hladnu vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kockice.

2) Pomesati maslinovo ulje, beli luk, so i biber. Ostaviti 2 sata.

3) Skuvati leblebije u vodi sa malo sode bikarbone.

4) Pomesati leblebije, paradajz i timijan. Preliti prelivom i promesati.

Ingredients: 300g chickpeas, 3 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper and a little baking soda.

Preparation:

1) Chickpeas soak in cold water and leave overnight. Garlic peel and finely chop. Tomato peel and cut into cubes.

2) Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave for 2 hours.

3) Cook chickpeas in water with a little baking soda.

4) Mix the chickpeas, tomatoes and thyme. Pour dressing and mix well.

Posna torta s medom (Fasting cake with honey)

Sastojci: 500g meda, 500g brasna, 200ml piva, 1 kasika sode bikarbone, 350-400g secera, 600g mlevenih oraha, 50g cokolade.

Priprema:
1) Zamesiti med sa brasnom, pivom i sodom bikarbonom. Podeliti na cetiri dela. Svaku razviti tanko i peci svaku posebno na prevrnutom plehu, koji je namazan uljem i posut brasnom.
2) Skuvati secer sa 200ml vode, dodati orahe i cokoladu, pa premazati tortu.

Ingredients: 500g honey, 500g flour, 200ml of beer, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 350-400g sugar, 600g ground walnuts, 50g of chocolate.

Preparation:
1) Knead honey with flour, beer and baking soda. Divide into four parts. Each part develop thin and bake each separately on an overturned pan, smeared with oil and sprinkled with flour.
2) Cook the sugar with 200ml of water, add the walnuts and chocolate and decorate the cake.

Proja sa cvarcima (Corn bread with pork crisps)

Sastojci: 500g kukuruznog brasna, 250g cvaraka, 1 kasika masti, 10g sode bikarbone, malo tople vode.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno i sodu bikarbonu.

2) Dodati cvarke i mast i zamesiti sa malo tople vode. Mesiti dok se ne dobije srednje retko testo.

3) Pleh namazati mascu, uliti smesu i peci na 220° oko 20-30 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g corn flour, 250g pork crisps, 1 tablespoon of lard, 10g of baking soda, a little warm water.

Preparation:
1) Mix corn flour and baking soda.
2) Add pork crisps and lard and knead with warm water. Knead the dough until you get medium-rare dough.
3) Grease the pan with lard, pour the mixture and bake at 220 ° about 20-30 minutes.
