Nepecene rogac stanglice sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (No baking carob bars with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 4 kasike rogaca, 500g suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suve brusnice i urme), 300g orasastih plodova (badem, orasi, lesnici, indijski orah, pistaci, 1 kasika soka od pomorandze, rendana kora jedne pomorandze, 2 kasike kakao zrna, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog).

Priprema:
1) Suvo voce i orassaste plodove iseckati.
2) Suvo voce preliti vrucom vodom i ostaviti 15 minuta. Ocediti.
3) U blender staviti 125g orasastih plodova i usitiniti oko 2 minuta.
4) Dodati suvo voce i blendirati jos 3 minuta.

Preliv za salatu od avokada i citrusa (Avocado and citrus salad dressing)

Sastojci: 1 avokado, sok od jedne pomorandze, sok jednog limuna, 1 kasika meda, 200g listova korijandera, 250ml maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Avokado oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu. Iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti sve sastojke u blender i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
3) Ostaviti 1 sat u frizider.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, one orange juice, one lemon juice, 1 heap of honey, 200g coriander leaves, 250ml olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into cubes.
2) Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
3) Leave for 1 hour in the fridge.

Marinada za rebarca (Ribs marinade)

Sastojci: beli luk, aleva paprika, maslinovo ulje, suncokretovo ulje, so, biber, sok od pomorandze, sok od limete.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati sve sastojke.
2) Staviti rebarca u kesicu, sipati marinadu i zatvoriti. Promesati.
3) Ostaviti u frizideru od 12 do 36 sati.

Ingredients: garlic, sweet paprika (ground), olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, orange juice, lime juice.

Preparation:

1) Mix all the ingredients.
2) Put the ribs in a pouch, pour the marinade and close. Stir.
3) Leave in the fridge for 12 to 36 hours.

Sirup od pomorandze (Orange syrup)

Sastojci: 220g secera, 125ml vode, 180ml soka od pomorandze (sveze iscedjenog), 1 kasika gustina, 2 kasike margarina.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji, pomesati sok od pomorandze i gustin. Dobro sjediniti.
2. U serpicu staviti secer i vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu.
3. Dodati mesavinu soka od pomorandze i gustina konstantno mesajuci.
4. Krckati oko 8 do 10 minuta, dok se ne zgusne, povremeno mesajuci.
5. Dodati margarin i mesati dok se ne otopi.

Ingredients: 220g sugar, 125ml water, 180ml orange juice (freshly squeezed), 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons margarine (unsalted).

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the orange juice and cornstarch. Combine well.
2. In small saucepan, put the sugar and water and let it boil. Reduce to medium temperature.
3. Add a mixture of orange juice and cornstarch constantly stirring.
4. Simmer about 8-10 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the butter and mix until dissolved.

 

Preliv od pomorandze (Orange topping)

Sastojci: 300g secera, 1 kasika brasna, 1 kasika gustina, 350ml vode (vrele), 1 kasika margarina, 125ml soka od pomorandze (svez ili iz prodavnice), sok od jednog limuna, rendana kora od jedne pomorandze, rendana kora odjednog limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke i kuvati na umerenoj vatri oko 15 minuta.
2) Preliti preko kolaca toplo ili hladno.

Predlog: ovim prelivom mozete preliti Nepeceni kolac od sira bez jaja.

Ingredients: 300g sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 350ml of water (boiled), 1 tablespoon margarine, 125ml orange juice (fresh or store bought), the juice of one lemon, grated rind of one orange, grated rind of one lemon.

Preparation:
1) Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
2) Pour the mixture over the cake warm or cold.

Suggestion: with this topping you can top No bake cheesecake without eggs.
