Sastojci: 250g spanaca, 200ml vode, 1 kruska (zrela), 125g breskvi, 1 kasika soka od limuna, 3-4 kocke leda.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti spanac, vodu i sok od limuna i usitniti.
2) Dodati krusku, breskvu i kocke leda i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 400g spinach, 350ml water, 2 tablespoons cashews, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 250g peaches (frozen), 125g mango.

Preparation:

Preparation:

Leblebije sa spanacem i integralnim pirincem (Chickpeas with spinach and wholemeal rice)

Sastojci: 100g spanaca + 2 cena belog luka + 1 kasika soka od limuna,
100g leblebija + 1 manji mladi luk + 1/4 kasicice kima u prahu + 1/4 kasicice cimeta u prahu + 1 kasicica paste paradajza + 2 kasike vode + 100g pasiranog paradajza, 125g integralnog pirinca + 440ml vode.

Priprema:
1) Spanac oprati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Leblebije potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti. Mladi luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Integralni pirinac oprati u nekoliko hladnih voda. Ocediti.
2) Staviti leblebije u serpu, preliti vodom i na srednje niskoj temperaturu (3) kuvati 1 sat dolivajuci vodu po potrebi. Ocediti.

Spanac, zeleni caj i grejp frape (Spinach, green tea and grapefruit frappe)

Sastojci: 250g spanaca, 2 kasike nane (sveze), 1 stap celera, 125ml zelenog caja (sobne temperature), 1/2 crvenog grejpfruta ili zutog (bez kostica), 250g ananasa (smrznutog), 1/3 avokada, 2 kasike soka od limuna, prstohvat ljute aleve paprike u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Spanac oprati. Stap celera oprati i iseci na komade. Grejp razdvojiti na kriske.
2) U blender staviti spanac, celer i zeleni. Usitniti.
3) Dodati nanu, grep, ananas, avokado, sok od limuna i ljutu papriku i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 250g spinach, 2 tablespoons mint (fresh), 1 stick celery, 125ml green tea (room temperature), 1/2 red grapefruit or yellow (pitted), 250g pineapple (frozen), 1/3 avocado, 2 tablespoons juice of lemon, a pinch of cayenne pepper powder.

Preparation:
1) Wash the spinach. Wash celery stick and cut into pieces. Divide grapefruit into slices.
2) Put spinach, celery and greens= tea in a blender. Blend.
3) Add mint, grapefruit, pineapple, avocado, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and chop until smooth.

Sastojci: 6-8 lista spanaca, 1/2 paradajza, 2 parceta hleda od razi, 85g leblebija, 1/3 avokada, 1 kasika soka od limuna, prstohvat mediteranskog zacina, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Paradajza iseci nakolutove. Spanac oprati. Leblebije potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti. Avokado oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu.
2) Staviti u serpu leblebije, preliti vodom i na srednje niskoj temperaturu (3) kuvati 1 sat i 30 minuta dolivajuci vodu po potrebi. Ocediti. Izgnjeciti viljuskom. Dodati avokado i ok od limuna i izgnjeciti viljuskom. Dodati mediteranski zacin i promesati.
3) Na hleb namazati pastetu od leblebija i avokada. Dodati paradajz i spanac.

Ingredients: 6-8 spinach leaves, 1/2 tomato, 2 slices of rye bread, 85g chickpeas, 1/3 avocado, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a pinch of mediterranean spice, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

Sastojci: 3 banana, 3x 1/2 avokada, 3x saka spanaca (sirovog), 3x 2 kasike ovsenih pahuljica, 3x 30g proteina, 3x 250g smrznutog mesanog bobicastog voca (maline, jagode, kupine, borovnice, brusnice (ili suve), aronija), 2x 250ml vode, 3x 3 do 4 kocke leda.

Priprema:
1) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Avokado oljustiti, izvaditi kosticu i iseci na kocke. Spanac oprati, otresti od vode i ostaviti da se osusi.
2) U plasticnu kesu staviti jednu bananu, 1/2 avokada, saku spanaca, 2 kasike ovsenih pahuljica.

Kako blansirati spanac (How to blanch spinach)

Priprema:

1. Spanac oprati i otresti od vode.
2. U serpu staviti kocke leda i naliti vodom, ili u serpu sipati vodu iz frizidera.
3. U drugu serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.
4. Staviti spanac u vrelu vodu i ostaviti 45-60 sekundi, dok voda ne postane svetlo zelena.
5. Procediti spanac.
6. Staviti spanac u ledenu vodu i ostaviti nekoliko minuta dok se ne ohladi.
7. Rukama dobro ocediti spanac.
8. Spanac staviti hermeticki zatvorenu posudu i ostaviti u frizideru do zamrzavanje ili odmah koristiti u receptu.

1. Dobro oprati spanac pod mlazom hladne vode. Mladi luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpicu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.
3. Dodati spanac, poklopiti i kuvati 2 minuta. Otklopiti i kuvati jos 1 minut.
4. Procediti i ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseckati spanac.
5. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, majonez, spanac i mladi luk. Dobro sjediniti.
6. Ostaviti u frizideru najmanje 3 sata.

Predlog: ovaj krem mozete posluziti uz slane krekere sa sirom.

Ingredients: 250g sour cream, 100g mayonnaise, 150g spinach, 1 green onions.

Preparation:

1. Wash well spinach under cold running water. Clean green onions and finely chop.
2. In saucepan pour water and let it boil.
3. Add the spinach, cover and cook 2 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Strain and leave to cool. Chop spinach.

1) Ako koristite svez spanac – spanac oprati i ocistiti. Staviti da se kuva u posoljenoj vodi. Ocediti i sitno iseckati.

3) Ako koristite zamrznuti spanac. Odmrznuti. Ponoviti korak 2.

Sastojci: 300g krompira, 500g spanaca, 2 jaja (umucena), 100g kobasica (iseckana na kockice), 100g kackavalja (rendanog), 30g margarina, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), so i biber po ukusu, 1 muskatni orah (izrendan).

Priprema:
1) Skuvati krompir u ljusci, oljustiti, izgnjeciti i proprziti na maslacu, na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodati so i biber po ukusu i muskatni orah.
2) Spanac obariti, iscediti, iseckati. Dodati kackavalj, kobasicu, jaja, persunov list Izmesati.
3) Tepsiju pomazati margarinom, staviti krompir, a na sredinu staviti smesu od spanaca.
4) Peci u rerni na 150 C oko 45 minuta.

Ingredients: 300g potatoes, 500g spinach, 2 eggs (well beaten), 100g sausage (diced), 100g yellow cheese (grated), 30g margarine (butter), 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), salt and pepper to taste, 1 nutmeg (grated).

Preparation:
1) Boil potatoes in shell, peel, squeeze and fry in butter over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and nutmeg.
2) Blanch spinach, drain well and chop. Add cheese, sausage, eggs, parsley. Mix well.
3) Grease baking pan with margarine, put potatoes and in the middle, on top of potatoes put spinach mixture.
4) Bake in the oven at 150 C for about 45 minutes.
