Corba od tunjevine (Tuna fish stew)

Sastojci: 360g tune (ocediti od ulja), 1/2 mladog luka ili praziluka, 2 cena belog luka, 300g paradajza ili paradajz pirea, 2 paprike babure, 2 sargarepe, 1 crni luk, 2 lista lovora, 1 kasicica mirodjije, 1 L vode, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 1 kasicica mediteranskog zacina, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Mladi luk ili praziluk, crni luk, beli luk, sargarepu, papriku i paradajz ocistit i iseckati na kockice.
2) U serpu staviti ulje i zagreajti na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3). Dodati crni luk i prziti dok ne postane staklast. Dodati beli luk i mladi luk ili praziluk i prziti dok beli luk ne pusti miris, mesajuci konstantno da ne zagori.

Blitva i krompir salata sa tunjevinom (Swiss chard and potato salad with tuna)

Sastojci: 120g krompira, 50g majoneza (light), 2 kasike susama, 180g tunjevine (ocedjene od ulja), 1 cen belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 240g blitve.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti blitvu. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Krompir oprati. Staviti u serpicu, preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (4) i kuvati 20 do 25 minuta. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi pa oljustiti i iseci na kocke.

Tofu ili tuna sa boranijom (Tofu or tuna with green beans)

Sastojci: 125g kinoe, 120g boranije, 180g tune (ocedjene od ulja) ili 250g tofu sira (cvrstog) + 1 kasika paradajz paste + 1 kasika vode + 1/2 kasike gustina + 1/2 kasicice zutog secera + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu, prstohvat soli, za sos – 1 kasicica jabukovog sirceta + 1 kasicica meda + 1 kasika grckog jogurta + 1/2 kasicice senfa.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou. Tofu iseci na kocke (velicine zalogaja).
2) U ciniji pomesati sve zacine osim tofua. Promesati. Dodati tofu i promesati.

Kuvani djevrek sa tunom i avokado kremom (Cooked bagel with tuna avocado cream)

Sastojci: 180g tune, krem od avokada, kuvani djevrek, brzi kajmak ili krem sir.

Priprema:
1) Napraviti krem od avokada. Napraviti brzi kajmak. Pomesati tunu u avokado krem.
2) Hleb namazati kajmakom ili krem sirom. Staviti 2 kasike meavine tune i avokado krema, poklopiti sa drugim parcetom hleba namazanim kajmakom ili krem sirom.

Ingredients: 180g tuna, avocado cream, cooked bagels, quick cheese spread or cream cheese.

Preparation:
1) Make avocado cream. Make a quick cheese spread. Mix the tuna and avocado cream.
2) Smear the bread with cheese spread or cream cheese. Put 2 tablespoons of tuna and avocado mixture, cover with another piece of bread spreaded with cheese spread or cream cheese.

Pita od tune 1 (Tuna pie 1)

pita od tune 1Sastojci: lisnato testo 1 ili lisnato testo 2, 185g tune (iz konzerve), 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 200ml kisele pavlake, 1 kasika persunovog lista (sitno iseckanog) ili 1/2 kasicice suvog, 5-7 kiselih krastavcica, so.

Priprema:
1) Ocediti tunu od ulja. Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati tunu, kiselu pavlaku, crni luk i kisele krastavcice. Posoliti po ukusu. Dodati persun i promesati.
3) Pleh podmazati margarinom. Razviti lisnato testo na velicinu pleha, staviti fil na pola testa, krajeve namazati hladnom vodom, prekriti drugim delom i pritisnuti (prvo prstima, a onda viljuskom), izbosti viljuskom. Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 45 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Pitu od tune 2.

Ingredients: puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2, 185g tuna (canned), 1/2 onion, 200ml sour cream, 1 tablespoon parsley leaf (fresh, finely chopped) or 1/2 teaspoon dry, 5-7 pickles, salt .

Preparation:
