Spanac i visnja frape (Spinach and cherry frappe)

Sastojci: 250g spanaca (svezeg), 250ml vode, 125g visanja (bez kostica), 65g jagoda, 125g borovnica, 1/2 banane, 1 kasika soka od limete.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti spanac i vodu i usitniti.
2) Dodat visnje, jagode, borovnice, bananu i sok od limete i usitniti dok ne postane glako.

Ingredients: 250g spinach (fresh), 250ml water, 125g sour cherries (pitted), 65g strawberries, 125g blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon lime juice.

Preparation:
1) Put spinach and water in a blender and chop.
2) Add sour cherries, strawberries, blueberries, banana and lime juice and chop until smooth.

Torta sa visnjama (Sour cherries cake)

Sastojci: biskvit, 500g maskarpone sira, 100g slatke pavlake, 80g secera, 500g visanja + 4 kasike secera, 2 kasike ruma, visnje.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit.
2) Pomesati maskarpone sir sa slatkom pavlakom i secerom. Umutiti. Ovojiti 1/3 mesavine.
3) Pomesati visnje sa secerom i rumom.

Punjena bombonjera (Stuffed chocolates)

Sastojci: 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 250g gi puter, 150g secera u prahu, rum, visnje, 100g badema.

Priprema:
1) Gi puter iseci na kocke. Cisnje potopiti u rum (ili razblazen rum) i ostaviti 1 sat.
2) Na pari, na srednjoj temperatuiri (4) otopiti cokoladu. Dodati gi puter i secer u prahu i mesati da se sve sjedini. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3) Sipati u modle za cokoladu do pola. Staviti visnju pa preliti. Na vrh staviti po jedan badem.

Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate (dark chocolate), 250g ghee butter, 150g powdered sugar, rum, sour cherries (pitted), 100g almonds.

Preparation:
1) Cut the ghee butter into cubes. Soak the sour cherries in rum (or diluted rum) and leave for 1 hour.
2) Melt the chocolate at medium temperature (4 over steam). Add ghee butter and powdered sugar and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly.
3) Pour into chocolate molds halfway through. Put the sour cherry and pour. Put one almond on top.

Sa jabukama i orasima

Sastojci: 750g jabuka, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 150g mlevenih oraha, 150g seckanih oraha, 20g vanilin secera.
Jabuke oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati jabuke i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i mlevenim orasima. Uviti. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i seckanim orasima. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.

Sa bundevom

Sastojci: 750g bundeve, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 20g vanilin secera.
Bundevu oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati bundevu i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore bundevom, posuti grizom. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.

Kolac sa visnjama 2 (Cake with sour cherries 2)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 4 kasike secera, 1 prasak za pecivo, 1 solja ulja, 1 solja mleka, 750g – 1 kg visnji (tresnji), 1-2 vanilin secera, 1/2 solje secera, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.

2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati ulje i mleko i postepeno dodavati brasno-po potrebi (da bude srednje gustine tj. malo redje).

3. Sipati u podmazan pleh i peci.

4. Pomesati polja solje secera sa vanilin secerom i visnjama (tresnjama).

5. Kada je kolac na pola pecen prekriti visnjama i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 baking powder (10g), 1 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 750g – 1kg sour cherries (cherries), 1-2 vanilla sugar (2 tablespoons of vanilla extract), 1/2 cup sugar, flour as needed.

Preparation:

1. Stir flour with baking powder.

2. Whisk eggs with sugar, add oil and milk and gradually add flour-if necessary (to be medium density).

3. Pour into greased pan and bake.

4. Stir 1/2 cup of sugar with vanilla sugar and sour cherries (cherries).

5. When the cake is half baked covered with cherries and return to oven to bake throughly.

 

Kuglice s visnjama (Small cherry balls)

Sastojci: 300g mlevenih oraha, 200g secera u prahu, 200g strugane cokolade, 2 belanceta, visnje iz kompota, secer.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati orahe, secer, cokoladu i umucena belanca.
2) Vaditi po malo od ove mase, u sredinu staviti po jednu visnju i formirati kuglice.
3) Uvaljati u secer i susiti na vazduhu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Bombice sa visnjama.

Ingredients: 300g ground walnuts, 200g of powdered sugar, 200g of grated chocolate, 2 egg whites, cherries from compote, sugar.

Preparation:
1) Mix the walnuts, sugar and well beaten egg whites.
2) Remove a little of from this mixture, in the middle put one cherry and form small balls.
3) Roll in sugar and air dry.

Suggestion: you can make Cherry balls.

Punjene krofne s visnjama (Donuts stuffed with cherries)

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 2 jajeta, 250ml toplog mleka, 20g kvasca, 50g margarina (putera), na vrh noza soli, 2 kasicice secera, oko 50 komada konzervisanih visanja ili svezih, 250g mase za marcipan, margarin za podmazivanje pleha/tepsije i za posipanje: 5 kasika secera u prahu.

Priprema:

1) U solju sipati 150ml mleka, izmrviti kvasac, dodati 1 kasiku brasna i secer. Promesati i ostaviti da kvasac nadodje.

2) U vanglu, sipati brasno, dodati so, nadosli kvasac i preostalo mleko i zamesiti testo. Ostaviti da nadodje.

3) Formirati rolnu i podeliti na 50 jednakih kolutova. Svaki kolut pritisnuti dlanom, da dobijete velicinu od oko 8cm. Masu za marcipan takodje podelite na 50 delova. Svaki kolut pritisnite dlanom, da dobijete velicinu od oko 4cm, i stavite na sredinu testa.

4) Na marcipan stavite po jednu visnju (dobro ocedjenu – ako je iz konzerve ili tegle i bez kostica). Kolutove testa sa filom formirajte u lopte. Okruglu dublju tepsiju premazite margarinom i poredjate krofnice (postavite jednu do druge), ispunite tepsiju, ali ne previse gusto.

5) Ostaviti na toplom da ponovo nadodju oko 20 minuta, a zatim stavite u rernu, prethodno zagrejanu na 220° i pecite oko 20-25 minuta.

6) Pospite secerom u prahu pre sluzenja.

Ingredients: 500g flour, 2 eggs, 250ml warm milk, 20g yeast, 50g margarine (butter), on top of the knife of salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, about 50 pieces canned or fresh cherries, 250g marzipan mass, margarine for greasing the baking pan/dish and for sprinkling – 5 tablespoons powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1) Pour 150ml milk in cup, crumble yeast, add 1 tablespoon of flour and sugar. Stir and let the yeast rest.
2) In bowl, pour the flour, add the salt, yeast and remaining milk and knead the dough. Leave it to rise.
3) Form roll and divide into 50 equal balls. Press each ball with palms to get the size of about 8cm. Divide marzipan mass into 50 balls. Press each ball with palms to get the size of about 4cm, and put in the middle of the dough.
4) Place one sour cherry on the marzipan (well drained – if it’s from cans or jars and removed pits). Rings of dough with toppings, form into balls. Deeper round baking pan/dish, grease with margarine and put donuts (set next to each other), fill the pan, but not too thick.
5) Leave it in a warm place for about 20 minutes to rise again, then put in the oven, pre-heated to 220 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
6) Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Priprema voca za sokove

1) Voce pazljivo odaberite da bude zrelo ali jedro, operite ga i stavite da se potpuno ocedi od vode.
2) Jagode i maline ocistite od lisca, sljivama povadite kostice, visnjama takodje.
3) Breskve i kajsije oljustite od ljuske pa i njima povadite kostice, sa dinje i lubenice skinite koru, oslobodite ih od kostica, isecite u komade zeljene velicine.
4) Kruske oljustite, povadite im jezgro, rasecite ih na 4 dela pa ih desetak minuta prokuvajte u zasladjenoj vodi. Vreme racunajte od momenta kljucanja sirupa.
5) Ukoliko ostavljate kompot od ananasa, ocistite ga od kore, izvadite drvenasto jezgro, pa ga isecite na duguljaste komade duzine 3 cm a sirine 1 cm.
