Nova kategorija sa novim receptima. Kako se hraniti zdravo a mrsaviti.
Naravno potrebno je i vezbanje da bi bilo ucinkovitije. Sto se tice vezbanja za one sa prekomernom tezinom (kao ja), lagana setnja od pola sata na dana je sasvim dovoljna, za pocetak. Kasnije mozete da malo ubrzate ili da povecate minute napolju ili da koristite stepenice.
Nakon toga, kad steknete malo kondiciju  vezbe istezanja i 15-to minutni trening (bez skakanja) ili joga za pocetnike. Muzika za opustanje i/ili vezbanje – kineskakineska borbenamuzika iz dzungle.
